Staff profiles you as soon as you walk in the store. Easily caught 3 employees following me. Didnt buy anything cause the prices are ridiculous. Seriously, the prices on some of the stuff in there is like going to a mall to buy it.

There kinda empty with product, low supplies on some items or known at all. They havent been able to restock store

Went to this site for the first time to do a pick-up. Workers were kind and helpful. However, we feel bad for the workers/ employees at this site. Ceiling repairs and floor repairs are needed asap. Multiple tripping hazards. Items falling and dripping from ceiling. Fiberglass and other exposure at site. I hope more community complain to get mgmt and corporate, to fix store site for public and employee safety.

The service here is absolutely phenomenal in the furniture department very very helpful and patient.

Their customer service is not very good, we were four people on the line we were waiting to pay for almost 15 minutes, the cashier was attending a customer Im not sure what the problem was, but behind the counter there was another worker and I think it would have been more professional and considerate open a register and not have us waiting. But he did not help us he was just walking from one side to the other pretending to be busy. all the customers that were on the line were complaining and no one came to help us. I worked in a store and I know what good customer service is. for this I give them only one star. this was my experience

They have good selection but not always all furnitures in stock.The staffs are very helpful and definitely they will help to get your chosen one online or in catalogue if not in stock in the store.

They always have different items in stock so if u see something u like u gotta just get it. Happy shopping!

Its a nice place to get items for less than you think.

Sales lady with terrible two toned hair dyed tried ripping me off $700.00 for a basic bed platform that clearly read $75....she said the 75 dollar price is on every platform but they are really $700.00 i told her shes wrong..she insisted she wasnt..beware!!

Had to return corner shelf. Fell apart while putting it together.

Stopped by unexpectedly and found the perfect gift for the kids!

I found what I needed and some other items to take advantage of the lower prices. The cashier went above and beyond to find me in their system to apply an additional discount plus got free sanitizer.I came home very happy 😊

Lots of discount merchandise but the store interior is dismal, dreary and lifeless. Reminds me of late-stage Kmart. Found a 2-pack of toothbrushes for $1 though so theres that.

Most of the inventory was missing, but the prices are affordable.

The store was clean and organized. I liked the prices of the items as well. This is most likely the companies fault but there were only three employees it seemed? Thats all I could see and it was very quiet. Short staffing is a terrible idea Mr.Big Lots, dont do it

Its a good one very well kept. Organized and clean smelling but what I really like is all the parking yes even handicap parking however some isles are tight.

Store is unorganized, and dirty

Was a little disappointed this trip. They must have been doing inventory because there were several extra people all over the isles and other stuff. Im in a power chair so it was a challenge getting around the store. Still enjoy shopping there because I always find a great deal on something. Maybe will call a head next time to make sure no inventory is taking place.

Although extremely happy with assistance recieved, it was clear staffing coverage was clearly deficient and seeking out that help was difficult. Store itself very clean, organized and ell stocked.

Big Lots is a great store. They have good pricing on things. Food and drinks are discounted well. They have plenty of water toys, water shoes. and patio furniture. They sell household small appliances and goods. The staff was helpful and courteous. Lots of parking spots.

Dont shop here all the time, but can always find good stuff. 20 % off days are really good.

It was clean. A lot of the shelves up in front didnt have a lot and I could barely find someone to help me. They need more people (employees)

Found patio lights but they were made so you cant string together more than one...lame especially for the price. Was going to get a barrel of cheese balls but they expired a month ago. Always check expiration date on food at Big Lots.

Standard Big Lots items. What makes the place nice is the friendly staff. I am asked several times on the floor while shopping if I need any help. When checking out, cashiers are always friendly.

This store is an okay place to shop. I am not sure why, but it is not a favorite of mine. I cannot put my finger on it but I find my shopping experience there just so-so. I dont think that it is a bad place, just not an outstanding place. If someone else likes it, more power to them.

Actually Big Lots has great deals if you take the time and compare.

Has many various items that I can use household, beauty, auto, etc and also toys for the kids and some clothing and furniture. I am upset that in the area of hygiene/beauty and clothing/shoes there is little to nothing for young boys-men. Its as if the person who does the ordering is not expecting that anyone would shop for this category 🙄 I find this to be a consistent thing and talked to the store about it yet they have no control over items ordered.

Clean, friendly, line moved a little slow, but not enough customer base to justify opening another register. Prices on the party goods were Excellent. Wish we had gone there first. I would have been able to get more bang for my buck. Birthday card and gift bags, - Ridiculous! $6.13 for card. $4.69 for a tiny gift bag? No deals there and back on the shelf.

First of all when I walked in I didn’t think I was in a BIG LOTS. It’s been a couple of years since I’d been here. Last time was a typical messy store. This place must be under new management. It was clean and organized and friendly staff. I’ve been in Corp retail management all my career. Reciently retired. So I’ve been trained to notice everything. I get no kick backs & nothing to gain from this review. I know all to often, companies get awful and sometimes uncalled for bad reviews but when I have a good experience I will be the first to give recognition. This staff has been trained well! That starts at the top, so kudos to top management. I was asked several times by hard working staff that still stopped and asked if I needed help. ( mind you this was at 4:30 pm ) by this time a store is usually torn up & shopped. So a piece of furniture catches my eve and SCOTT B. comes over to me & I ask if there is stock on this item. There was not. So I moved on. See something else that works better. This guy was over the top friendly & knowledgeable about the entire store. He reminded me of myself @ his age. Lol( a good thing) so again he goes to the back and indeed he has it. Brings it up to the front for me. The cashier that checked me out was very friendly and signed me up for the rewards card that SCOTT B told me about. Not sure of her name but C1766001 is on my receipt. When I brought back the dolly I noticed something else. SCOTT B helped me again. I checked out again and Terry #C1650433 helped me w/ the same excellent customer service. I hear he is the Asst Mgr. I thought maybe it was a fluke that he just felt sorry for me and was overly helpful. Lol. I noticed that kid stopped what ever he was doing for every customer he came in contact with. Customer service w/very high standards. I know this comes from with-in so I’m not giving BIG LOTS much credit, because I shop your store off & on over the years. ***Just a warning to the higher ups, if I was a recruiter or owned my own company still I’d have recruited this guy before you know what hit you. He will make some company look very good & profitable!!!* I purchased a Kitchen pantry & 84” deco Shepard.

This is Big Lots. It is a discount store, with discount paint, upkeep, management, and even product. There is nothing special here but if you know what to look for, its a different story.

One of the cashiers did not know what he was doing he charged me 4 times for a four pack item clearly they dont know how to train their staff properly I work in reatail, so i know how it is, charge people right

Worst experience from any big lots, we bought a couch that the employees careless handling of dragging the couch by herself damaged our couch and the employee seemed she had a bad attitude . We go to return the couch and the manager not there. What a waist of time and lack of professional service from this big lots.
