Always top notch quality and service from In-N-Out! The drive through line was about 15 cars when I arrived (during off peak hours) everything was orderly and expedient. From the time that I placed my order to receiving my food was less than 30 min! At the drive through there are two options; eating in the car, or take out. Eating in the car, they give you the food in a tray like this. Taking out, they bag it up for you. Very thoughtful and convenient!

I eat here about once a week since it’s so close to work. They are always professional and fast with every order. I work at the church right next door and we have even given them large orders for events and they do a great job handling the quantity. Big supporter of this place!

Still my absolute favorite fast food place. This location is close to my house so I come here all the time. The staff is friendly and they are always busy as with all In N Out locations. For the food and price they cant be beat and I will continue to come here FOREVER. I cant imagine someone never being here before but if you havent go and give it a try.

Ive never been to an In-N-Out Burger before. There was a gentleman, Nathan, standing outside the drive thru taking the orders, He was very nice and helpful. The burgers and fries were delicious! LOVED the long pickle strips on the burgers!

One of the best In-N-Out Burgers I have been too. I dined in, but the drive-thru looked pretty efficient. The service was friendly and very well staffed. My food didnt take long and was delicious! One of friends had a couple of requests when she ordered, no onions in her animal style, and extra crispy fries and this In-N-Out staff delivered.

I cant say enough good things about In &Out. All there locations are busy all the time and for good reason. The food is delicious 😋😍😊and the service is excellent. Did you know you can ask for chopped chilis in your burger? Its a nice hot change of pace.

First time trying the in and out burger, love it!!! The French fries tastes something new because my friend told me they freshly cut and fried right away. I ordered the combo #2 of the cheeseburger, medium fries and I subtituted the soft drinks with the shake. Love the green chili too.

The best location been to compared to National City and La Mesa Locations. They know how to fry the fries light just like how they should be. Their burgers look just like the picture and taste is so yummy. This is my go to location going out of town or returning into San Diego off the 15/215 junction (exit 2 on the 215 HWY).

Embarrassing to call this place a In N Out. 3 cars in the drive thru when I showed up at 1044am. I made the awful decision to go in and wash my hands, and order inside. 20 minutes later, I had counted 10 cars get their food while I was still waiting. Those 10 cars were after I had washed my hands and ordered. Ill let you do the math. Getting my 7 dollars back was even more difficult. All of your employees can stand around and joke though. Just close inside if you are going to only help the drive thru. Idiots. Never go here.

Ordered a well done fry. Didnt come well done but they said they would remake it15 minutes later I asked about it and was offered a refund.Was offered a free shake...i already had ordered a shake I wanted fries.Wth.

This location isnt the best one. When they get busy they really lack quality control. Our fries were all small pieces and over cooked. The buns were all burnt around the edges and were hard.

The drive thru line is usually long so plan ahead, but it goes faster than you’d expect! While you wait, why not study the SECRET MENU. Then live dangerously and order something “off menu” for fun🤫. The employees always seem happy and friendly. This seems to be the place to hang out after football games and late nights.

Its In and Out ...come on whos kidding who. Aside from what any and everyone says you go to in and out for 1 thing and they are no different from any other burger place, shrinking meat smaller size over all price increase but its is the best made of all the others.

Was sad to see when I walked in without a mask and there were not any other customers in the building. The employee didnt say hello first but said I needed a mask. Their plexi glass and mask isnt enough? They had me go outside and order like I had the plague. Ive always loved it here. But I wont be back for a while. Until their employees are done being brainwashed that its OK to talk to unmasked people.

Its always busy lunch time and late dinner its what to expect from all inNout burgers in surrounding area but food is always hot fresh and Great the employees are always nice greet you with a smile. Firstly its In N Out, it doesnt need a review. They are all equally great. Ive never had any complaints. This one here in particular has some of the hottest girls in the fast food industry. Seriously, they look like models and with those face masks they really accentuate their eyes

Paid with credit card the young man handed me back my card and my receipt soaking wet both of them I said whats going on here everythings wet he asked me to give him my receipt back so I did thats all I said and I pulled forward fries were hard and cold the young ladies were professional I asked for a manager they gave me a warmer softer fry

Ive been here multiple times, its always a good experience. Nice, quick customer service. However, sometimes the traffic/drive-thru line can be pretty long. So depending on the day of the week bringing patience might be a good idea.

Its In-N-Out. What can I say. The Double Double Meal with fries and a lemonade will always be my go to. We stop by this location every time we are headed to Lake Arrowhead. The drive thru can be looong on Friday nights. We typically go inside to order, which seems to save a ton of time!

Ingredients tasted super fresh, my favorite thing about the Double Double was the sweet crunch of a toasted bun (as well as the veggies). The American cheese is not just a layer on the patty, it adds flavor. Patty is quality and has a deep flavor despite being thin. Loved the idea of the Animal-style fries.However, I thought the fries were dry and too soft in comparison to crispier, juicier fries like at McDonalds or Chick-fil-A. Im not sure if I just had my expectations too high from YouTubers or something, but while I enjoyed my burger I couldnt see myself going to this more often than Chick-fil-A or Shake Shack.I also thought that the burger/Animal-style sauce was underwhelming and didnt compare to a special sauce like Chick-fil-A sauce.

This spot, has been great. That changed in the last month, for me anyway. Dont know if they have new management, new people or what. The first case was getting the wrong order. Went through the drive through a couple of weeks ago, got home, and it was not what I ordered, wrong items, etc. Went back today for lunch, and explained what happened. I was told that I could have come back and they would have changed it right away, mistakes happen etc. OK....but going through a drive through, I then drove home, got the food out, saw the mistake, and a return trip was not in the cards that day. And to pour a bit of salt in the wound, one of my sandwiches was a grilled cheese today. The cheese slice was not melted at all, perfectly square, and that was disappointing as cold cheese on a bun is not a grilled cheese. It was not very busy, and I am hoping they get back to normal. And a tip to save some cash for the company, the time I went through the drive through I asked for ketchup for the one order of fries I. They gave me enough for several orders, maybe someone would have used them all if they liked some fries with their ketchup. Very wasteful.

I went to buy dinner here and I was very dissatisfied with the meals I purchased for me and my Husband. I ordered a double double supposed to be animal style burgers. They where not the burgers had no flavor and the lettuce was sauggy. The animal style fries where cold. Need less to say last time we ever eat at inn and out. Poor food poor quality. I could have ate at McDonalds for less. Very dissatisfied. I will never eat at any inn and out again garbage food.

This location has always had amazing customer service and great food. They uphold the standard of consistency with what seams like ease. Whether in the drive thru or inside the team looks to move flawlessly.
