Ordered the cheesecake ... all it was is cheesecake ice cream and caramel... really ?what the? ....its supposed to have berries and other stuff in it. Nothing.Then got into the coffee heath bar ... boring. Just coffee ice cream with alil of heath bar on top. I paid extra for extra toppings and got jipped. 18 bucks in two pints of ice cream. What a rip off.

Love me some Cold Stone. Convenient location for travelers. It’s next to Marriott Residence and Courtyard Hotel. Friendly staff. Also next to 3 or 5 restaurants, so you know dessert is nearby! Hey, it’s Cold Stone! Ice cream your way. How can you go wrong?

Decided to stop by 9pm Saturday night for a quick treat. Very hot and stuffy inside. Had quite a bit of people in there. Very limited amount of seating, due to the small size shop. But we were able to find a spot outside. We ordered the strawberry blonde and a Reese Cup selection. Thet staff was very helpful and nice. Ice cream creation was delicious as usual. Will be returning.

I love this place! Feels like the shake sizes are smaller for the same price, but still worth it. Amazing ice cream, and a large selection of mix ins.

I feel bad giving this place such a low review because their ice cream is AMAZING and service is always good but this establishment seriously needs to do a deep cleaning. Their floors are absolutely disgusting. As you look around, you can see that the place is not cleaned properly or perhaps not cleaned regularly. Please!!! Owners or management, please have this place professionally deep cleaned and then make sure staff is properly trained to do the upkeep. Even though its an ice cream shop, its still a place where food is served. Cleanliness is VERY important. I truly believe sales would increase dramatically if this place simply cleaned up!

The place was packed but the staff was so friendly and fast. They were controlling the social distance as they were helping every customer. The girl who helped us (I think her name was Kelly) did an amazing job with our order even when we ordered strawberry banana rendezvous which is no longer on the menu but she knew it and she did it. I really love the place and the staff. Keep up the amazing work.

The gentleman worker was so patient and helpful to one of the lady workers teaching her how to redeem a voucher and how to make the Dipped Dough! We got 2! The lady was very nice and helpful to us and made our ice creams! I wish I got their names but this location is the best Cold Stone in the Inland Empire! No exaggeration =)

August 24th about 2pm a new girl appeared to be training. I just wanted to let her and management know what a great job she did. I come here at least twice a week, its a bad habit but Im addicted lol! Its always a good experience and never any complaints. The trainee went outta her way to be friendly and poliet, noting. Its a great day for ice cream unfortunately i had to make her say it 3 times because the masks muffle voices and I didnt understand. I gave her a tip to show some support but also, she did a perfect job of mixing in the brownies which isnt always done evenly. Im gonna be coming back often with no plans to kick my cold stone habit!

It was okay, didn’t like how everything was rushed to the point that the rocky road ice cream wasn’t made correctly for my daughter.

The girl who prepared our items did not pay attention and was very scatter brained.

Gave me the wrong online order. Drove home then opened up the bag and figured out it was wrong. Go back and tell him, he looks at it hands it to the right customer and goes in a fridge to just slide my bag on the counter and that was it. Cool. Not coming back to this location.

We love Cold Stone, and got the flavors we expected here along with fast, friendly service - even though there was only one person working (I think it was the owner). The place does need some updating, however, and cleaning. A cursory glance at the ceiling tiles - esp around the A/C vents - tells you it hasnt had a good cleaning in a while. For that reason we will probably not go back to this location.

The staff was very attentive. We ordered from the old menu and they did everything possible to accomodate us. They were not only able to figure it out, but they did this happily, no complaints. They even said they would keep record of it for future visits since we told them it was our long time favorite. Kid friendly, clean, plenty of parking, and friendly staff. TIP TIP, HOO-RAY!

I have been in this Murrieta location twice in the last week. Smelled horrible both times.

It was a Valentines Day treat and the strawberry blonde mix(not sure if correct name) was creamy with the strawberry ice cream, whipped cream, graham crackers and real strawberries. Mmmmm!! The young lady that mixed it all together was very sweet and had great customer service.

Ice cream is good. Employees friendly. Menu expensive, Im sure renting this store location is expensive right in the middle of a tourist trap area. Its nice to have quality ice cream while walking around historical San Diego.

A great range of flavours. Very friendly staff. A must have on a Sunday afternoon or any other time really.

I use to absolutely looooove this place. However I sent my teenage son there the last 2 times to get a couple of everybody sized ice creams only for him to get back with them bot even full. Im sorry if I pay for a certain size I expect to have it full one was probably only 3/4 full and we live 3 minutes away so it wasnt melted at all. Called in about it and I was told they use the same amount of ice cream and that my son probably ate some! Just horrible customer service! Also this place is always filled with teenagers who are friends with the teenage employees and you can sometimes wait so long because they are busy talking and going so slow making their friends items. Hire better people!

Male employee in charge (Josh?) that evening of 3/4/18 shouldn’t be working there. My son tried to redeem the Cold stone stamp card for this location and he rejected it. Why give out stamp card to customers in the first place when you’re not going to honor it? Also we got charged for ‘Love It’ prize and yet gave my son the ice cream on a ‘Like It’ size..bad service ever. The bathroom every time we come here is never clean and some employees are definitely needed some training on customer service part. For so many years that we’d been coming to this place and lately it has NOT BEEN A PLEASANT visit for my family. In my opinion, the manager or the owner of this place should really hire the right people.

Sorbet was good, its preparation was a little sloppy due to what looked like the spot where they mix the toppings in, wasnt set to a cold enough temperature to keep it from melting. Still good, just had to eat asap.
