Extremely over priced, home decor items were marked as retail prices as if they were new.Found items from other thrift stores marked for $1 and a good Will sticker marked for $7.99.If youβre going to scam people at least take off the precious thrift stores price π
Very clean and organized. Love their upbeat music playing for shopping pleasure!
I love this Goodwill. I got a great desk for only $15! Their selection of womens clothing is pretty good too.
Itβs really clean the furniture prices are really great it was almost all $1.00 for kitchen tables and chairs were $1.00 and they had couches and chairs that were also $1.00 but if it wasnβt furniture the prices were really high
This a great store, most times you will find something you want to buy. Great deals and friendly staff. You do have to be aware of your surroundings, some shoppers are not keeping their distance nor following the recommended paths to keep a safe flow. Im frequently having to move to different areas of store where is not busy. Be smart, keep everyone safe and healthy.
This store is utter garbage they only do well from there clothes....Jewelry is all sold online and the cheap garbage jewelry is sent back and sold there.messy smells and staff is rude....
Racks always empty and items are extremely overpriced
I can say ill never go back to this Goodwill ever again, over priced used items. What a joke of management and service
They are raising their prices. I showed them a regular cotton t shirt that had a $10 price tag. They said because it was Nike. But I found Nike Golf shirts for less money, I found Dolce and Gabbana for less money. This was literally a Nike standard 100% Cotton T Shirt! I was dumbfounded that theyre trying to defend a used T Shirt for $10 but thats on them. SMH
Generally well organized.
BEWARE! INCORRECT HOURS! Dont set yourself up just to be disappointed (like me) by trusting the hours currently posted here on Google!! They do not stay open until 9PM! Im not even sure WHEN they actually close on weekdays but when I stopped by the other day it was not even 7pm yet and the doors were shut for the night. They had a LOT of people (workers) inside so I first assumed it was just full of shoppers, but as other prospective customers walked up to the doors, I quickly realized those very doors were actually locked.I sat there for 10 minutes texting a friend before heading home and I watched the same incident happen with 4 separate sets of individuals. No note on the door that might help save the time of people wanting to go inside; all the workers inside just stood around talking and seemingly ignored every one of them. It was very heartbreaking and I felt bad for all those people pulling on a locked door getting ignored and forced to walk away in embarrassment... Again, this was at like 6:30pm on a weekday! Google states its open until 9pm! & It still does so thats why I am updating my review cause its still wrong!IN SHORT: So just keep in mind that the hours on here are not always accurate! Id be sure to call ahead of time to make sure that they are still open! (If its mid-late afternoon and onward, at least!)πππ»- Original Review -Come here all the time! Love the selection and prices! Nice employees.
Little bit of a wait but covod makes everything take a little longer its expected. Good store :)
Very clean and organized isles and shelves. Friendly staff. Wide selections
WAAAYYYY OVER PRICED ITEMS!!!!!! Cant believe this store is part of the inland empire discount program. You call this a goodwill? Just Horrible.
Love $1.00 Thursdays.
Cant try some clothes out, So it doesnt directly display the size, which means I could choose a bad size and end up wasting money for something that wont fit me.
Super over priced and employees like mike care more about profit than helping the community in need.
Friendly clean very careful Covid safe prices look decent
I almost never find anything worth the price here. Not even fabric. Damaged goods are overpriced too. Even when something is pretty nice, it ends up being like $8.99 for a top I could find elsewhere for $4.99.The only score Iβve ever gotten here was a cute little Dooney and Bourke bag for $25. Overall, the dozen or so times Iβve shopped here have been underwhelming.
We Love coming here, its our nieghborhood store. We find everything we need, and theyre our familyπ
Dont have much of a jewelry selection at all. Small selection of glassware./decor. Lots of shoes and clothes
Every now and then, I can find a nice treasure, but there are alwayscool things to buy. Quite a good selection of electronics. I bought acoffee pot, a keyboard, and a drill at this Goodwill. The sales peopleare always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend shopping there.
Place had a good emmployee vibe, interested in keeping you safe while shopping
I Shop here from time to time and almost 80% of the time I come here the employees are very rude!
Ive taken everything from books to clothes, small items household items. I get help from the unloaders at the donation center. This place is always busy and always full from the community contributing. They always make sure I get my donation receipt when I leave and kindly thank me every visit. Good people work here and Im so grateful for them. The store has plenty of good items at rock bottom prices too.
I posted this on yelp but long story short most of the staff are nice except for one employee who is named Delia. She was unforgiving and rude when she invaded my privacy after unlocking the bathroom door with the key to check on me. I didnt know what her intentions where or what she thought she was going to find but I stated OCCUPIED and she STILL opened the door. I tried to file a complaint to the manager Jeff still dont know if it is going to be address but will be contacting regional office to escalate this issue. It is a serious concern if an employee like that can still work in customer service with such a poor attitude and bad manners. Just because of this incident I am boycotting this store and driving on the other side to Savers where the staff are professional and kind.
Really fun treasures to be found. Its fairly clean, but always messy. But the staff is super nice and most of the time the prices are good.
Fun
Selections were slim pickings
Unfortunately, staff here was pretty unfriendly to me. Not sure why, but I will not be coming back.
Nice clothes very good prices
Staff aint rude which is a plus. They are hard to understand though.Beside that, I love find some nice clothes for cheap. The literally just have just about have everything, even furniture!!! I got a $40 shirt one time for like $3, what a miracle!!!
So My husband and I, drove 40 min to donate at this store because the Lake Elsinore goodwill was not accepting clothes, soonest as we are pulling in front of the store this lady is looking at us and decided to hang a sign saying no more donations, clearly they do not need donations at this time, and it didnβt matter how much we asked her to accept the bags all she said was sorry and closed the door, could not accept one more donation, nobody else was there but us π«
Dropped off items for donation. They didnt want Christmas stuff due to storage issues (store till the holiday season). Attendant was very kind and helpful.
Its goodwill. You cant expect designer items in pristine condition. I found 2 AMAZING items for my daughter, only required a little cleaning and some glue. But again, iy expect that! No one buys something to turn right around and donate it! Great place, little small, but thats not an issue!
Actually very good for a goodwill. Not super big, but still had a good selection. Extremely helpful staff.
This place is great, staff saw me looking at lamps and pointed out a really nice find for me. I didnt get it because it wasnt what I needed, but the gesture and the item were both very nice. Been to many goodwills, this one is one of the best
They have a verity of things including new items
Worst thrift store. Racks empty and overcrowded, as well as overpriced.
Goodwill Stores are one of the best stores for the used/2nd hand textbooks, but right now you cannot even buy a good textbooks becuase all donated books are scanned by their employees and if it is good textbooks and have a good price or value online they have to sell on Amazon. Why do they need to compete with their own customers?. How about those customers who can only afford to buy textbooks at thrift stores?. Goodwill are already makings millions of $$$ from donations without any cost from them, then they want to make more money by selling those used textbooks to more more profits.
Just trying to donate some items. Waited 45 mins in long car line.
Great selection, nice people. Prices are a bit high for thrift items, though. Open until 8 or 9 for easy shopping.
Huge store compared to the store in Temecula but the quality of items available is not as good as what you will find in Temecula. They do have a ton of clothing and shoes and a large area of household items. There is a section of furnishings too. They offer discounts on certain color tagged items so watch for the signs.
The cashier was outstanding. Made eye contact, asked about my experience shopping and seeing me as an open friendly person she even asked about my holiday shopping. Very nice. The bad side is that their pricing os sometimes very confusing. Too complicated to even discuss.
I scored 2 gorgeous Le Cruscet pieces here today. Lots of hidden gems just be prepared to search a little.
You will find some good deals if you look closely. I find the Temecula location has better pricing.
Always finding unique and quality used items for my household. Have been going to the Murrieta location for 5 years now. Only thing I dont like is their new return policy.
Rude employees
Always super helpful. I went in to get old sweaters for my ugly sweater party. They had more than enough and were nice and helpful.
Prices pretty good usually sometimes u find a item old price 5 their reprice be 20 but thursday the ticket of the week goes sale for 1 dollar so it adds up sometimes for both
Ive visited every Goodwill and and other thrift shop in this area and the Murrieta Goodwill has the best and most unique choices.
Very tidy. Good pricing for clothing and great selection.
Its a nice clean store with lots of selections. Good customer service.
Excellent staff! Often have items lying around. Other than that! Great store for donating!!!
Overshopped overpriced $4 for a school t shirt
Good selection of Mens Shorts Slacks and Shoes Thursday is Dollar day for Mens Slacks
Great Store but wish they had Shopping Baskets.
Variety of things to find, not always in one piece but there are some hidden treasures
The store was clean and well-organized and the associates were smiling and friendly. The pricing on the items seemed very fair considering the like new condition most were in. This is my go-to place for one-offs and slightly used items.
We found absolutely nothing of any value.
Cool
Emily was very helpful when I came in looking for a halloween costume A++ service
Its a nice GoodWill. Mostly lots of clothes.
So much to pick from and always have very nice items
Staff needs to maintain the appearance of the store and items for sale.
Fun place to look around can find some treasures
A pricey goodwill location but a decent selection
Rude people zero customer service
A great place to go thrifting or to donate.
Big store. Nice things but kind of pricey for a thrift store.
It was clean and well kept thank you

There was absolutely nothing of any value here! π
Has some great steal items! Check it out if your ballin on a budget!
Very organized & good deals.

The Goodwill is my favorite store to go to especially on Thursdays
First visit. Will definitely be back.
I was going to buy a painting and asked them to hold it while I finished looking around when I was done I asked for the painting but found it now had a hole in it
Lots of cool stuff!
Seems that every time i walk in looking for something they have it. Thanks Goodwill!
Great thrift shop.
Good thrift store to find bargains; shop early to avoid the crowd and long lines at checkout.
Good stuff here!
Not much interesting to look through an prices are high.
They have a wide variety of options but the pricing is too high for most electronics.
A college students paradise
Not the widest department selections.
Treasure hunting!!! What more can i say π
Very clean and organized.
Prices our little high for Thrift Shop
Good stuff
Management and staff stink very rude
LOVE THIS STORE
This is just a donation center.
