The person who set us up was awesome we just switched to Verizon and have had nothing but problems like my voicemail still doesn’t work went to this store they couldn’t help I understand that had a couple other problems also but the guy who stands at the door was really rude I think he’s one of the managers not sure didn’t catch his name already had to go to this store 4 times because something wasn’t right

Places you need an appointment: The doctor and Verizon. What? There were no customers in the store, but they would not let me in because we did not have an appointment. Somehow, Verrzon has a capacity limit (which was maxed by the employes) but I could go to Best Buy (which was full of people) and get a phone there.

Had a great experience!! Garrett S. Was a huge help!! We had a really bad experience with sprint and have a hard time trusting cell phone companies, Garrett was up front with us and let us know the great deals we could get and some really good discounts I highly recommend Verizon murrieta hot springs and Garrett S. The people on the team here are great, but are hindered doing there job by Version. They not aloud to do everything that customer service on the phone can do. Other than that all is good here.

Karen is awesome! If you ever need to go here, look for her because she honestly knows what shes talking about. Shes super good at her job. Shell let you know if there are any good deals or promotions, and she breaks things down real easy when discussing your payments, upgrades, etc. Friendly staff as well. Small store but very clean and open floor.

Don’t come to this location!It’s the worst customer service we’ve experienced!😡When we went there this morning to pick up our online order, the lady who was working there was extremely RUDE! We had all the info they needed, but she was like, “No, you can’t pick it up at this store, you are not allow to! It looks like fraud! ” We were like, ok........ we would go to another location then... She looked unprofessional and she didn’t know how to run her business...When we went to the other Verizon location by Murrieta hot springs rd, they treated us like family, the little girl there was so nice! She is knowledgeable! We love her!Just don’t come to this location, they definitely will let you down!!!!!We were so disappointed!!!!!!We won’t be back!!!!!!

Placing an order online, when I went to pick up the order, The lady is very rude and have no patient. Customer service is realy bad. The service was slow. The representative appeared to not know what he was doing. We upgraded a phone and when asked if the data was transferred he said it is all on the cloud. However, we spent an hour on the phone with Verizon who stated that they should have transferred the phone information at the store.

My phone went comatose with no way to access any data. The rep helped me find a phone with a great deal with more features, increased my minutes and data, and lowered my monthly rate. The only thing that would have made it better would be if they replaced the phone recycling slot with a heavy duty phone smasher.

Wow! worst customer service ever!!Went in with a note 3 not working still under 14 day warranty and staff were disconnected, uninterested in helping more interested in blaming me the consumer and stated several times, We only warranty WORKING phones What!! IF it was working I wouldnt be there. What happened to the Worry free no hassle warranty We got your back and my favorite, Android phones are now made even STRONGER & SmarterThis store has a 3.3 star rating for a reason. No they never replaced my phone, They did nothing, I had to buy a new phone at FULL price.Later I called to speak to the Manager who was not there when I went in, she told me she was not able to speak to me because she was with a customer, I asked her if he was buying a phone?She said she could call me back (or I could try again later) when she had dealt with ALL the customers in the store. Not the one customer she was dealing with, when I called, but ALL the customers in the store! Isnt that why there is other staff? Just like before Brrrrrrrrr,freezing COLD customer service if you are not looking to BUY a phone from this store forget it. IF you have a problem, go some where else they will not take care of you. Wish I knew that before going there. I hate to give them even one star. Verizon this store makes you suck.

Horrible customer service from agent that sold me my phone and that, some what, set it up for me. Low/poor energy. Didnt explain much at all. It was like pulling teeth. Didnt show me/educate me on a SINGLE action or highlight or function of my new galaxy 10E. Did not like my service at all!

My Google Pixel purchased from this store stopped charging a few months after buying. No big deal, phone issues happen. I went in to use my warranty to get it replaced and the rep immediately tried to sell me a new phone. He looked at the charging port and said it was corrosion and water damage without even checking the water damage indicator sticker as shown on their own website.I went to the Temecula store and the staff were immediately helpful and said it was a common issue with this phone. Im supposed to be receiving a replacement tomorrow.Thank you to Verizon Wireless Murrieta for trying to scam me out of $600.

Would give zero stars if I could. Went in to get a sim card for a new phone on an established account. Was told I needed the phone with me to accomplish this. This of course was completely counter to my experience from a year or so earlier when I switched to a replacement phone (same model in question as this incident) and the Verizon store in Inglewood just gave me a resized sim without question. We had the account information and account owner with us, but were told it was store policy due to fraud and zero-ing out inventory.I called Verizon support in the store, and was told by their tech that they should be able to give me a sim, and I would do a test call once installed into the phone through the website after entering the IMEI number, which is exactly what Ive done prior. However, the store held firm. I had to have the phone brought to me by a family member as I didnt have time to drive all the way back to get it. The reps at the store then attempted to sell us a warranty on a phone I already owned, that they didnt sell (its an unlocked Pixel XL).I called Verizons support again and cancelled my payment, informed them why, and let them know I was moving back to T-Mobile after being with Verizon for the last three years. The agent I talked to told me having the phone in person wasnt company policy, and was surprised an actual Verizon store (not a franchise) had said that. The good news is the data plan at T-Mobile is better (double the limit before throttling, and doesnt count Netflix against you) and about $15 cheaper a month. I would never have even thought to look that up had this not occurred. So I guess, in a way, I should thank this location for forcing me to find a better carrier by being incredibly rude and useless.

Unprofessional. Smug. Rep walked away 4 times while I was talking. Waited 40 minutes before being acknowledged-(After checking in), and place smelled like a can of tuna fish was freshly opened. Rep spoke unprofessionally about another rep from a different store TO ME, and after rep walked away the 4th time, I gathered my things and just walked out. Twilight zone.

Terrible customer servixe. I was told I had to purchase a monthly installment plan for 2 years and not a two year contract which meant I would pay 700 instead of 300. purchased the phone online for 300 with a 2 year contract. went back in and same rep. He told my reward point cpuld be used for any accessories and that would loose my discount rate because I was signing up for a new contract. luckily I left my credit card in my other purse. i left the phone there and called verizon. after two unsuccessful trips to thr same store. I puchased online a phone with a two year contact, same plan with discounts and there were some items I could use my reqards. Very few though. worst Verizon customer service experience ever. the two stars is because it is five minutes from my house.

This place does not care for their new customers or old customers I literally bought a Sim card for my phone and asked the lady if it was return them if it did not work in my phone she said yes and then go to return it, does not work and I’m told that they don’t return that they only return merchandise and to my knowledge the Sim card is their merchandise it cost me $60 per literally nothing and never use one minute of there plan I went back next day and was told nothing they can do so I just tossed 60$ in there pocket for nothing mind u I won’t and don’t have phone service thru Verizon and never again will I
