Love this place. Beautifully trimed meats, big selection. But best of all, they make my familys traditional sausage recipe for me, a custom order. Brings back lots of good memories when we have it for dinner. Thanks.

Worthless staff, used to love this place.What happened? Over Priced. Lazy staff, ignores you first few min, meat should be cleaned up a lot nicer for the price they ask. Always spend a couple hundred bucks when I come in, never again. Owner should be ashamed.-100 ☆

Finally had a chance to stop in while this place was open. Nobody in line, about 6 employees standing around no one greeted me or tried to take my order. Sign on door says help wanted for sandwich maker. They should put one up looking for a manager 🤣 Good thing Jersey Mikes is nextdoor. Kinda bummed really wanted to try there sandwiches. Im sorry as well. Check your camera 6 employees standing around talking to each other. Customer service is Key

The food is great, but the customer service is a deterrent. On two different occasions I’ve had a problem with the lunch. Once I got ahold of someone that said they would prepare a sandwich and I could just pick it up. When I got there they had no idea. It was very inconvenient because I was working and didn’t have time for that so I was late back from my break. The second time, it was in a day off. Since they close before dinner time I arrived at 4:20 and they guy had a bad attitude, he said I was 20 minutes late for the kitchen. Oh and the he wasn’t even wearing a mask. Handling food in these times without a mask is unacceptable. Also, they never answer the phone or return your calls. Every time I’ve been I. There I spend more than $100. I will be taking my business else where.

Came here for lunch and had the pastrami royale and it was delicious! Jersey Mikes got nothing on this place. Im definitely coming back. This place has a great selection of tip quality meat.

They really know what theyre doing here. Yes, it is expensive, but you get what you pay for so its hard to complain. Besides, where else are you going to get A5 Wagyu in Murrieta? Nowhere.Also, their sandwiches are awesome. The first time I came here I got the BLT. All the other sandwiches look great but I cant stop ordering the BLT. Luckily, I have a wife that tries the other sandwiches so I can have a bite and I havent been disappointed yet!

Terrible service, sloppy overcooked crispy beef jerky. Never going back sandwich dripping with mayonnaise. So disappointed .

This place has great product and food...Could work on customer service.Tried calling this location to buy sandwiches at 3:50 pm.No answer.After finally getting a hold them at 4:04 pm, congratulating that they were still In business, I was rudely told “Sandwiches Close at Four”.My attitude completely changed as well.I felt like my choice to support their business was not appreciated.To them business as usual. Order before 4pm. Get in line you filthy consumer.Thanks guy.

Heard about this place from a client of mine. I was talking about having to always drive into OC for a good butcher. Looked up reviews and saw there were quite a few negative reviews on customer service. Figured that was just yelp extorting the co. Called in advance to make sure they would be open. Was told they would be open till 5pm today. Got there at 4:24 and as soon as i walked in the guy behind the counter stated they were closed and was rude when I mentioned we called in advance to make sure they would be open before we drove 30 minutes to get there. The guy shrugged his shoulders turned his back and walked away. The lady behind the counter walked out to see if i knew what i wanted but was called back by the guy. Trust the negative reviews on customer service. He could have handled that much better. 0 stars!!!

Hard to get food anymore. Came one day and was informed they stop taking orders at 4. Come in today and the person who makes the sandwiches left early (had something to do). I guess they forgot to tell them they take orders until 4pm.

This place smells amazing when you walk in. I’ve never seen meat look so marbled. I saw this like sausage rolls and decided to get one along with a chicken. They are amazing. I will have to go back for more. I’m looking forward to trying my whole chicken tonight too. Worth checking out and trying some different cuts.

My husband and I absolutely love this place! They have the best selection of meats, and they’re sausages are amazing! On the days that we can’t figure out what to make for dinner we come here, and always find something that hits the spot. We’re never disappointed.

Only butcher shop in town. Amazing quality and service. You can find so many specialty items here that you would never be able to find anywhere else. All grass fed beef, best seafood and cheeses. If you want to make a great meal start here! They have two locations now so if your in Temecula it’s a quick drive as well.

Stopped by yesterday in search of some good home made sausage. Was very surprised to see such a variety of different items. Amazing smoked smell in the air and very clean store. I bought two different types of sausage and they were both great. I live in Long Beach but I will definitely be back with my ice chest.

The prices are higher than a grocery store but completely worth it for quality meat. Even if you have no interest in this place as a butcher shop, go for their sandwiches. The quality is so good it makes me wonder how the Jersey Mike’s next door stays in business.

Overpriced. Though makes sense since there isnt much competition here in Murrieta. Unfortunately, this leads to higher prices. If you do your homework you can get better meat few miles from here.Really cramped space. They do not greet you when you go inside the store and no acknowledgement. Some of the staff misinformed about where the meat comes from. Discriminate about who they cater to.If you are looking for organic and grass fed options there isnt any here. Not from here but I would gladly go a few cities over to get healthier options of meat (organic/grass-fed) for the same prices offered here at the same price or even below. Quality doesnt mean overpriced.Also, found it a little odd that their deli lunch menu were equally priced considered the types of meat involved to make them in contrast to what is offered in the butcher isle.

Have visited location a few times. Some of the employees provide high level of service. Have been trying to try a sandwich from the location on a few occasions. Upon recent visit attempted to go in and pick up a sandwich that I placed a phone order for. Arrived at location before official closing time and location was closed and employees were leaving upon my arrival.Then I receive a response stating that sandwiches are only available between 11 and 5. I placed an order over the phone for pickup. Not pleased with the response! Nothing stating that the location actually closed before the designated time!

So this place is great. You know its a decent butcher shop when it doesnt make you want to gag from the smell. We tried the bacon and some sausages. Both were delicious and we will buy again. Very good customer service!

Great butcher and great sandwich shop. The cuts are prime and delicious. Wonderful selection of bacon and cured meats. And their sandwiches are ridiculous. Their duck sandwich is a huge mountain of duck meat on rye. I feel so bad for the people eating at the chain sandwich store next door.

Asked for the membrane to be taking of ribs. Guy ask me whats that? I try to explain...guy turns to another employee and asks..another guy saids its off already. Get the ribs home and sure enough membrane is still on.

Rather have one bite of high-end, gourmet food than a pound of normal meats. Please eat here. You deserve it. Dont tell too many friends though. I dont want big lines. Already very popular.

I bought some fish (cod) there and it was extremely fishy and my place smelled like fish for several days. I told the person who worked there about it and he just looked at me like I was lying. I was disappointed in the service there but their chicken and meats are good and fresh. Customer service is important and I did not get it. (You missed the point in your response. I was dismissed! I am a Foodie and not a novice to buying fresh food. I expected better) I will be back as your meats and poultry are excellent. Just some feedback for you.

Place was reccomended by a close friend and I was completely dissapointed and wasted my money. The staff is so rude and have such a heavy, negative tone when addressing customers. There was a specially absurd and rude woman, I think her name is Linda? She was in charge it appeared. When I asked questions about the menu she snapped and was so rude. Never again. Save your time and your money, until they check and stop their rude employees this will be a negative place

Very good quality meats and poultry. Excellent selection with some specialty items as well. Not inexpensive but worth it. Very happy to find a very good but her in the neighbourhood. Their lunch sandwiches are a treat!

The staff was great. Answered all my questions with a smile. Gave me a free sample for my first visit. The caramelized onions sausage is my favorite

Delicious lunch menu. I had the pork belly Reuben and my sister had the turkey. Very helpful staff, willing to answer questions about what ingredients are used in pre-made butcher counter items like the house made sausages and the smoked salmon spread. Glad they opened up a location in Old Town Temecula too though havent visited that one yet.

I was in town for training this week and the instructor took us here for lunch. The first day I had the tri-tip sandwich. It was perfect! Came back again the same week, this time I had the smoked duck sandwich! Wow, maybe one of the best sandwiches I have ever had in my life! That same night we decided to grill at the hotel. Picked up some ribeye steaks and sausage. The sausage tasted great on the grill and the steak was awesome!The staff and owner were super friendly too. If you get a chance, check this place out! You wont be disappointed!
