I can’t say they deserve anything less than 5 stars. Originally, I went to a different tailor and asked if they did semi-custom alterations. He was stiff to render service and acted as if what I was requesting wasn’t possible. I reasoned with him and hoped he wasn’t turning me away because I’m of African descent. I hate to assume that, but I sent a friend over to them who had quite a similar experience.I had a barber cape that I felt was too short for my clients. I wanted to extend the material to allow the cape to cover my clients’ shoes while in the chair. So I bought an additional cape to be cut, stitched and added on across the bottom. It sounded simple in my head, I was told they wouldn’t do anything like that.Well, these guys had no problem helping me.Her name was Angie. I had no question she knew what she was doing. For someone who’s really good, you expect them to be really busy. I was expecting a week or two. Angie said she’d have it done by the next day. It was done the same afternoon. Along with three additional barber capes. All extended, done perfectly. I didn’t have to lose out on any time or business myself. This is important to me, and should be to the community because everybody has stuff that needs to be done. Thank you, Angie and to the rest of the team. I notice no one takes the time to write a review unless they have a bad experience. That causes an extreme unbalance in the overall rating. That’s unfair to small business who rely on advertisements and word of mouth. We’ll take my word for it. These guys are legit.

Majority of my experiences have been good, but there were a few times that weren’t so good and I appreciate them rectifying one of them but the other left me feeling uncomfortable. Otherwise it’s a good store that carries pretty much everything you’ll need if you work for the fire department. I got this hat custom made there.

Horrible service. I have been waiting a month for my stuff and still haven’t received them. Every time I call I’m put on hold for 30 minutes just to be told that they still haven’t shipped anything out. Distinctive Recognition is way better and has better prices.

I’ve made multiple calls attempting to figure out where my uniforms for my academy are and each time I cal I make absolutely no progress. I’m simply told it’s not here yet, it’s on it’s way or put on hold and then hung up on. I don’t understand why I’ve waited almost 2 months and still have nothing yet everybody else in my academy got there uniforms by the first day of class..... horrible service. ZERO COMMUNICATION

I want to preface this review by saying this business has quality products, but there are some current issues I can’t overlook. I’ve been in there twice recently with my husband and despite there being signs on the doors requiring customers to wear face coverings, the two bigger blonde women up front haven’t worn masks when helping any customers including myself. This is completely disrespectful to every customer wearing a mask and an obvious health concern during a pandemic. I hope action is taken soon because I really do want to rate this business higher

The website is down and the lady answer the phone was very unhelpful and slightly rude. I was highly disappointed with the customer service.

Love this place. Been coming here for years and have always helped me out. Went in today and needed to get a simple patch swap and they did it in minutes. Also spent some money that I probably shouldnt of but they always add things.Definitely recommend going there for your uniform needs

They have Saturday hours! ! That is enough to get them a good review, but theres more. I havent been disappointed in bringing In my uniforms for tailoring or during in patches. High quality and the staff are pleasant. Depending how busy they are the turn around for tailoring uniforms is a couple of days. Try them out. I like them. Enough said.Update....Went this week as I had been to another uniform shop to buy uniforms. Still the same great service and quality as before. Even as they were busy they still had time too spend with me as a customer. Keep it up! !

Great place for EMS and fire gear. Pricing is a bit steep but that’s expected in any brick and mortar retail establishment theses days.

These guys used to be really good with my uniforms lately (passed 2 years) Ive had to take things back to get them fixed. Patches are not lined up correctly and shirts were not tailored right on class A and B uniforms. Im looking for another vendor.

Drove an hour to get here needed a mesh snap back hat asked a worker if they had any available he stated they had two different kinds but all on back order so instead of waisting the trip decided to get some t shirts instead shelves are completely empty ask the same worker for large short sleeve cal fire shirts. Proceeds to say they are out. Sitting right next to the shelves are 10 boxes of cal fire shirts two boxes showing the size and style I asked for. Go to same employee and he tells me they are backed up and cant give me the shirts needed. Was not helpful at all and didnt seem to care.

Even though they were super busy the staff was still friendly, patient and helpful!

Had a week of notification for my start date. Called 2 hot and they had me get fitted at a local place closer to me then phone in my order. Uniforms were done in 3 days and at the best price with their package deal. Very helpful and responsive. Great to deal with. Uniforms are high quality as well.

Very nice uniform store. Although they specialize in fire service related uniforms, I was able to find what I needed. All the staff was very helpful and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

U can find a lot of scrubs here and Dickies pants and also fire Dept logo shirts and sweaters...very nice place. Rachel was very helpful.

Gets better every visit! Lots of stuff in stock and the tailor was able to tighten up my dress shirt while I waited.

Some of the hats stitching were sloppy and not completely readable, I offered to purchase them at a discount rate, but the employee would not sell them at a discount rate. He said that the Hats would be thrown away rather than be sold. Thats just Crazy and wasteful, wouldnt they rather sell them and make a little money. Ive purchased merchandise here before and was not impressed with his response.

Had some uniforms embroidered did a great job and done the next day.

Went here to buy scrubs because on the outside of the store in huge letters they advertise they sell scrubs. Well what they dont tell you is that its for the school only so all of their scrubs were embroidered with the school logo and they wont sell it to you unless your in the school program. Kinda falsely advertising
