There are several things to consider when buying a new mattress. Santiago was extremely helpful and gave us an incredible discount. The mattress we wanted came from a location different than where we made the purchase. He went out of his way to set up the delivery process from the warehouse straight into our bedroom. The people are always super helpful and great to deal with. We recently bought our Temur-Pedic Breeze mattress, adjustable base and a pair of tempur-pedic cooling pillows. We went in again to get a better pillow to match my change in sleeping positions. There’s so many to choose from. We went with a pair of Sub-0 soft cell chill pillows as they were the only ones they had in stock and I needed my sleep. Tried it for a night and realized after about 10 minutes it wasn’t for me. I should have stuck with the tempur pedic pillows. All in all, great service but huge mistake on my behalf. The search for a perfect pillow continues!

I went to Mattress Firm in Murrieta because of the great reviews it received, and I was not disappointed. I went in and told the salesperson mine and my husband’s sleeping habits. She took me to see 2 mattresses in the store - one of which I ended up purchasing. She took time to explain all the different types of mattresses, and took me to try different ones, but I ended up getting one of the ones she initially recommended which was not the most expensive one. Fast, friendly, and actually listened to what I was looking for rather than try to upsale me. Would recommend this location to everyone!

The employees were great. I was helped by a guy named Dale. I wanted to get a particular mattress but ended but liking a different one thanks to him. Dale was super friendly and energetic, making the experience quite enjoyable. There was a slight problem with card machine when checking out but with quick thinking, Dale had me pay online.

I bought a 3 inch mattress topper, seemed comfortable at first but started to feel very uncomfortable very quick.. you just sink In horribly especially in the wrong areas like your lower back, I started to wake up every morning with horrible back pain my fiancé did as well.
