This place is great. Friendly atmosphere and they serve thee most exquisite fades. Josue has been cutting both of my sons hair for the past couple of months and always makes sure I’m satisfied with the results! Both of my kids enjoy going to him so that’s a plus. I’m not usually the type to do this but I went here and got a cut By Keith seen him cut before and thought he was a good barber until he cut my head. He took my hairline back so far and used the straight razor so hard on my head my hairline is growing back everywhere but where my new Keith hairline is currently at. Lol it’s even growing around it which I think is crazy because I cut hair for a lot of guys in Temecula under the radar and I can do a better job then this guy who actually is certified to do this job. I can come in there and cut for cut I would have this guys job he also was 30 mins late to my appointment and looked high as heck. I was a loyal customer before with u guys but will never return again.

Tried to set an appointment via my phone. Decided to walk-in. Was seated after 1/2 hr wait. The quality of the line-up was awful. I couldnt tell initially since my vision isnt the greatest. After getting home and checking in my magnifying mirror I could plainly see the lack of concentration showing through. I cant say if every barber there is that bad but I know for myself I wont be going back.

I had been a loyal customer to Legends Barber shop and thought there had been a few times in the past when service was not at its best the now owner did reach out and tried to make things better, but today was the last time I ever step foot in that barber shop. I can honestly say from getting my haircuts their since 2017 that I could really trust Rudy and up to today Keith. I had an appointment at 11:15 with Keith and he texted me that he will be running a bit late and rescheduled to “11:30ish” I walked in to the shop at 11:32 and he was still in the middle of cutting someone else hair. I waited till 11:45 and at no point did he ever reach out to apologize for the longer than expected delay. Finally at 11:55 I decided to cancel an appointment that was scheduled initially for 11:15 and then rescheduled for 11:30 and finally just never happened. Legends is far from being what it used to be. Just disappointed in their inability to stick to their “Appointment” and lack of professionalism.

My boyfriend is too nice to write a review but as a salon owner myself the owner and clients need to be aware of what’s going on.Over the course of 3-4 months, my boyfriend has booked an appointment with Miguel on 5 different occasions.The first appointment went fine- he loved his hair which was exciting because he is so picky.The second appointment Miguel text a group of clients at 5A stating he was sick and had to reschedule everyone. No big deal. Done.The third appointment Miguel sent another group text stating some other excuse as to why he needed to cancel day of - again around 5A. Weird, but fine. My bf is flexible. No big deal.Yesterday, my bfs fourth appointment - he gets a text privately to him at 530A stating he has a doctors appointment and needs to move his appt to a later time. This time my bf couldn’t move it because he has plans w his sister who is in town. Miguel moves his appointment to the next day at 9A. Cool.Today- as my boyfriend is driving to get his haircut- receives a text from Miguel with absolutely no apology and instead saying that he needs to cancel bc he’s going through health issues and he doesn’t need to explain himself because no one will understand.Honestly, from the very beginning of him cancelling I thought he was probably out partying because of the time of the texts and the tone of the texts. Obviously, I don’t know that 100% but whatever “health” issues he has going on needs to be dealt with before he continues to take clients.He also shouldn’t be defensive and actually apologize for being so disrespectful of his clients time/energy. It’s not the clients fault he is having health problems. I sincerely hope he gets the help he needs to become healthy - he’s a great at cutting hair- but not professional at all.

Joseph gave a horrible haircut for my little man, how did he pass barber school!!!! Josephs work lacked technique and skill; he was rude and unprofessional; lacked customer service and didnt even offer to fix it, although I dont see how his skills couldve fixed anything. He didnt even style it, or take any pride in his work, and it was very clear he didnt want to do a child haircut. It looks like my little dude has different haircut on each side of his head, and a bad haircut at that. The fade is completely uneven and patchy! I never should have strayed from Rudy! Honestly the best barber! Stay away from Joseph and book with Rudy!

The Legends Barber Shop team members were both personable and professional. My barber was Daniel and he was very knowledgeable and took the time to perform my haircut in multiple steps to ensure I got the cut desired to the entire detail. I was also given a great shave & trim around my neck area. The most important aspect was Daniel and the staff taking time to offer great conversation; and making the experience very enjoyable.

Wonderful experience! I was able to book a same day appointment online and it was super easy. I brought my two year old in to see Joesph and he did an outstanding job. Was quick and professional. My sons hair looks amazing, we are very happy and will be returning.

Double book appointments! Left side of hair cut does not match the right side. You probably shouldnt work high, while you cut hair. Music being played is not for children and the workers frequently yell/ use profanity around children. Not a professional shop at all. Good Luck!

Hair cuts are best in area. Ive tried most of them. Their wait times for walk-ins are long because they are good and everyone wants to go there. The longest Ive waited is 15 minutes because I make an appointment. This is not your last minute, I need a cheep, quick hair-cut place. Go to super-cuts for that. They are pros here.

They care more about having a good time and listening to music than giving a good haircut and listening to what the customer wants. Dont come here unless you want to get your hair cut like a 17 year old bad boy. In addition to fades and stylings i didnt want, the haircut overall is uneven and I had to fix it when I got home.

Not kid friendly at all. Brought my 6 year old son in and everyone turned their shoulder when I asked if he could get a haircut. I just don’t like dealing with rude people when you’re about to give them your money.

I like this barber shop they give you clean precise haircuts and line ups but if you go to this barber shop pick someone you are familiar with or make an appointment with that person because I did a walk in and I got a new barber and he took forever to cut my hair and he didn’t even put alcohol on after he finished so I got nasty rashes on the back of my head.😡😤🤬

Walked in with my two boys.... no appointment; we were greeted promptly and welcomed into the shop. The guys were patient as my boys picked their style of choice and the style was executed with percission. Well definitely be back for more service and would recommend the shop to others!

Waste of my time. I booked an appointment the day before at 9am for my son and I was left waiting for half an hour as other people walked in and were immediately attended. I don’t understand what the purpose of an appointment is if you are not attended at the time you scheduled. It’s a double standard, don’t expect your customers to respect your scheduling policies if you don’t take care of them at the time they scheduled. I specifically scheduled the appointment right at opening time to avoid a setback and they were already cutting hair prior to opening. I’m not sure if it’s a matter of allowing friends and relatives walk in and be attended but that’s a lack of professionalism. Never going back that’s for sure.

This barbershop literally switches up so much. Only way you going to get in their chairs is if you book an appointment. Looking for a nice quick cut on a Friday sat or Sunday you aren’t getting it at legends 👎🏼 No walk ins allow. I mean by all means don’t take any extra cash then.

Booked an appointment for Saturday at 10:30AM and I showed up about 10 minutes early. Once I walked in the gentlemen in the front asked if I had an appoint and I told him I did and took a seat. After 45 minutes passed my schedule appointment I decided to leave. Seems like the staff doesnt care about keeping appointments and will take returning customers or friends who walk-in over their scheduled appointment.

Best haircuts around however they are NOT kid friendly. F-Bombs are dropped like its WW3 in there. Choice of music is horrible. The teenager barbers are easily distracted, especially the A.D.D. guy in the first chair. Even with an appointment you are waiting at least 30 mins after your appt time. Good luck. Better off getting a crappy haircut from great clips with the bonus of on time appt and friendly service.

The lead barber Bryan accidentally but looked intentionally because he didn’t apologize kicked the chair as he was walking to the back while I was getting a cut by Rudy. Neither of them acknowledged the incident. That’s the last time I’ll go there! Rudy cuts for 2 min straight then goes on his phone or someone talks to him and stops cutting leaving me in the chair. There’s a girl name Cassie there judging by the looks they only hired her because of her body practically because she is the only girl there. I went in for a hair cut just before 4th of July weekend after growing my hair out for almost 2 years. After two days I wasnt pumped on how it came out. So I went back in and they cleaned it up for no charge! Solid crew in there! I would definitely suggest these guys👊👌👍

This place is great at cutting hair but, the wait time is ridiculous!!! Most of the time the wait time is 2-3 hrs. The guys in here are great but, they have no time management what so ever. While cutting customers hair they have conversation amongst each other that prolongs the wait time even longer. I know there good but really 2hrs??? Sometimes even longer... If there were any other place that cuts hair Jst as good I would have no hesitation going there. So, if you have 2-3 hrs. this is the place if not ur better off Jst going somewhere else. Oh, and another thing that gets me is that if u dont want to wait you could make an appointment for $20 bucks not including tip. Ive tried this process a couple of times before but, I end up still having to wait not as long but still wait. I gave them 2 stars only because they do cut hair pretty good.

First and foremost the haircuts are good, however, the shop simply does not care for walk ins, it is very clear that if you want to be in the chair within an hour and a half, you need an appointment, even if you are there and you sign in and no one is there, they simply overlook you for the people walking in with appointments no matter how long youve been waiting, PLUS its extra to make an appointment, kind of unfair to charge someone extra just to get in the chair faster than someone whos been waiting for over 2 hours sometimes, no other barber shop does this

Called the Murrietta shop and asked if they had any openings in the next 2 hours and the guy answering the phone says idk man check the website then I asked again if anything was available the rest of the day and he said again idk go to the website. Unreal horrible customer service, lost my business.

From my observation of about 1 hour waiting on my kids haircut, I noticed the following: the barber/owner, Bryan, was making inappropriate comments to a female customer (while she had her kids with her). It seems to be an environment that promotes obscenities and over the top gestures. Unfortunately, it was only the owner who was conducting himself in this manner.

Havent even been able to get a cut, Ive made appointments they are always booked, or make up some excuse to as why they cant fit me in. It takes 10 minutes. Ive tried too many times, dont expect me to try again.
