Did not have my tires on hand after I scheduled 9 days before. Had to make 2nd trip. Honest about not needing brakes yet. Belt was not adjusted right and now have to go back...Good information on exhaust laws in CA and personable. May give a second chance.

After going through a few shops I was recommended to Arneys for some issues I was having with my 04 kx250f. Honestly, probably the most informative experience Ive had with a repair shop. I tried to relay as much information as possible relating to the issues I was having and they shot me straight from that point forward. When I picked up the bike the mechanic brought me out and explained his TS process, showed me exactly what he fixed and how to handle the issue in the future. Ill be recommending this shop in the future.

They charged me a $1000 to do my stater And I am still having electrical issues my bike in charge they wont help they act like they did it right but they didnt they suck I would never bring my bike though again I want my money back

Wow. Great guys. Great business. Took my 1981 Honda sr 250 in. Most shops wouldn’t touch this bike as it’s old, and was just a mess, but Arnie’s got my back on this one. These guys are certified and have been working on bikes and anything with wheels all of their lives. Good pricing and good people. I use this place for tire changes oil changes and any other motorcycle mechanical needs.

I took my 1995 Harley softail in on a Wednesday and had rims and tires replaced, mikuni 42mm installed and full service. They kept their promise and finished it on time that friday. Very satisfied, 2nd time here and I would not take my bike anywhere else but here.

I own a 2018 ZX-14R ABS SE. For whatever reason Kawasaki did not factory install a quickshifter. I bought a Healtech QUickshifter Easy. Bill, the mechanic, professionally installed the modification and did a fantastic job. I would not think twice about recommending this garage.

I took my 2006 50cc Polaris for a carb job. I was quoted at about $120, which I thought was reasonable. When I was called to pick up my quad the bill was over $300. I was never called for an update to do any further work, I was just expected to pay the bill. We (they) came to an agreement that they would undo whatever problem they said they fixed, and only charge me for the carburetor work. Avoid this place or at least shop around before having them fix whatever motorcycle you have. Ill update tomorrow to let everyone know what they broke on my quad so I can go pay someone else more money to fix. Bottom line dont let them rip you off

Dont trust these guys specially the guy with the dread locks. went in for an oil change...they loosen the bolts on my license plate by the time I got home my plate was hanging by 1 bolt other bolt fell out. they were lock tight on so they couldnt have come loose. I installed brand new tires the guy revved my bike full throttle my clutch feels ruff now when its a slipper clutch. the tire when he came back had a Huge amount of tread hanging off the rear wheel. you could grab two hand fills of tread hanging off the wheel. this is a new bike went back for my second oil change now I hear something like a loose bolt jumping around inside my engine. also again they revved my bike to the max and now my slipper clutch is trash. it now clunks misses gears is extremely ruff. I also notice a great deal of power drop. when I start it now my bike is so quiet before it was 2 times louder. really dont know how much damage they did to my bike but it was NEW. I installed a custom exhaust rear tail light and fender eliminator and the tires the first 2k miles I had it. these guys like I said dont trust them they will cost you huge in the end. Beware of this place go at your own risk!

I found Arneys garage on a google search. Their customer service is great. I spoke with Bill about my 1973 Yamaha RT360. He immediately responded with enthusiasm about working on my old bike. Bill got the bike dialed in!! Its starts first kick. I have since taken my other pride and joy Denvers Chopper for service. They got this bike running like new. I highly recommend this shop.

I had the top end done on my Honda 450X at the shop. Two previous local mechanics didnt properly diagnose the problem wasting both time and money. Arney methodically went through the bike and laid out my options. I ended up opting to have the full top end done (which was overdue anyway) and the bike now runs great! No more worries weather or not the bike will start when Im back in the mountains.

I decided to bring my victory to arneys for new tires and an oil change after having rude customer service from another shop in town over the phone while just inquiring. From the start Arney and his crew showed nothing but extreme professionalism throughout my whole experience. Prices and suggestions were given right away and I got a appointment within a week. Within a half a day all service, and then some that arney found during maintenance got fixed. 100% extremely happy with experience and am sure to return. These days finding a good mechanic is next to impossible, arney and his crew are standup guys, no bs just incredible work. You will be doing yourself a great disservice going anywhere else, these guys are amazing at what they do and appear to genuinely care about safety and their service, appreciated more than you know, thanks guys

I am recovering from an accident on another bike and needed to have my 2002 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 Classic FI fixed. The steering was cupping. They fixed the issue and gave me a break on mounting/balancing a new tire on the front since the tire would be off. I found the communication to be good and they called for permission before proceeding past the agreed upon amount. I dont usually have people work on my bikes as I have been burned before. I wanted to have the Vulcan ready when I am ready to ride again. I will be back here when I need something else done.

I would NEVER take my bike to Arneys Garage again!!! I took my 03 Heritage Softail to get the six speed gearset installed. The price was $300 less than the Harley dealer, so I didnt see any harm in supporting an independent. That is a mistake that Ill never make again. They put the new gearset in, took it for a test ride, and then called me to say that I could pick it up. I had to wait for someone to take me to get it. But before I could get there, they called to say that it wouldnt start. That was in May. He had the bike for MONTHS trying to figure out why they couldnt get it to run.So now not only do I have a bike with something wrong with the security system, but also my saddle bags are screwed up from sitting in the sun for MONTHS, AND I have to pay the Harley dealer to fix the security system. Plus my bill is way more than if I had it done by Harley.Im very sure that there are a lot independent motorcycle shops that are reputable, that do a great job, and take good care of their clients.But Arneys isnt one of them.

Go to this shop! If I could give this shop 10 stars I would. Earlier this year I brought what I thought was a perfect condition honda cbr 600rr turns out Id been ripped off. Took it to arneys shop and found a very nice, professional group of people. The mechanic ( older guy think his name was bill) was very knowledgeable about motorcycles, he showed me the problems and even explained how he would fix them. Took a bit longer than I expected, but thats only because he took his time and went through the ENTIRE bike, just to make sure it was safe to ride. They also gave me a very fair price.These guys are not just mechanics, they ride too. They make you feel like more than just another customer coming through the door. If you want a good shop with fair prices go here. They actually care about motorcycles.

I should be able to give these people 0 stars. 2011 Heritage Softail with unknown electrical lighting failures. Kept bike for over 2 weeks troubleshooting. Added parts on bike without my consent and could not fix electrical issue. Twice they said it was fixed. I went to pick it up each time and the bike wasnt fixed with same issues. Front counter guy has a nasty attitude as well when you call and doesnt know a damn thing about whats going on in the shop and gave WRONG information. My girlfriend even called to find out and got a completely different story. I ALWAYS had to call them to check status as they NEVER reached out to me. After $500 and NOTHING fixed or solved, I had enough. Took it to the local Temecula Harley shop and one day later, Temecula fixed a wiring harness that had rubbed raw over time causing multiple shorts. Temecula only charged me $300 for parts and labor and its NOW fixed. Wow! Good job Temecula Harley for fixing what Arneys couldnt (faster AND cheaper). Never NEVER go to Arneys. They are incompetent.
