Love the Nike Free 5.0...prices are pretty high, considering the #childlabor Nike has in China....

They only have Nikes, Adidas, and Jordans. Everything else from their online store i.e. Puma, Reebok, etc. can only be found online.

Surprized at the lack of shoe options for being a Foot Locker...Limited shoes, limited sizes.

Drove here from out of town early to try and get the new Jordans. Been waiting almost an hour. 11:45 and no one is here. Doors locked. No sign on door, and maps says they’re open. No one answering the phone. Wasted my morning at this point.

Horrible experience went in there looking for shoes and wanted to say they didn’t have the size without looking then they pull out some Jordans that were for sale we were at the cash register paying for them and then they want to say they weren’t for sale !!! I’ve been coming to the store for years and every month I at least come once or twice and spend money can’t believe they would do this won’t be coming back here

Release late shipments as fcfs once employees friends show up. Footlocker social media says they will let the public know once they show up.

With having 7 employees and only letting 15 people in at a time, youd think theyll have decent service. Anyone whos been there knows what Im talking about and anyone who plans on going will see what I mean. F+ when it comes to customer service.

2/15 was an awesome day because I went to make an exchange and just asked if they had the Jordan 3 red cement in stock. Turns out they had a few and in my size! It was a nice surprise and it was an easy transaction!

They need to pick up the phone it’s been ringing for 15 minutes straight. They told me to call and ask so I could save myself a drive yet they cannot answer the phone and take 30 seconds to answer my question?

I tried to call them 5 times while waiting in line to check the stock of a shoe. They literally had 3 employees just standing there and they couldn’t be bothered to answer the phone. Horrible customer service.

Crowded with both employees and customers. The employees all standing just watching the customers. We looked at shoes for 29 minutes, wanted try a size on! We couldnt get any of the 10 employees attention to help us. Keep in mind they werent helping ANYONE! They were all standing around talking to each other! We finally left. Went to Nordstrom and purchased $600.00 worth of tennis shoes. Wont go back to this foot locker.

Purchased 2 Pairs of Shoes for a total of $155. Called the store this morning to confirm EXCHANGES can be made of the same value shoes. Manager confirmed easy & simple. I get down to the store, the Manager greets me & confirms we can do the exchange. I take 10 mins to see what options they have of the same value for both pairs. I find what i want, as I am about to checkout I see another pair i want to spend an additional $150 on. Due to me ordering the wrong size of 2 pairs I was willing to spend more money for my mistake....!. Instead, as I checkout& ask for them to grab my size the Manager reminds the employee that the $155 is an Exchange. She tells me she needs the original card and to swipe. I ask but its a exchange? She states first she needs the card. Then hands me a receipt for a REFUND. 45 mins later the Manager says Help Desk/ Corporate says they cannot put the $155 on a gift card and then just let me spend another $150...???? On top of that they had the audacity to just say ....you cant outright repay the $155? & buy the shoes you saw you want? ..Clearly someones Training Process has failed. EXCHANGE IS THE EXCHANGES OF PRODUCTS OR GOODS OF THE SAME VALUE. VALUE YOUR CUSTOMER NEXT TIME & yes i couldve paid for all of it & waited for the refund to hit my card. But why give the satisfaction when when I walked in with 2 pairs & attempted to walk out with 3 & spend $150 more ? ...Food for thought

Very helpful and friendly customer service. They go above and beyond to meet your needs. I wear a very petite shoe size and they offered to order in or get a pair of shoes from a sister store for no cost to me. Also, they do very large military discounts which are always appreciated.

Great selection of shoes and activewear. Just be sure to have a deeper wallet when you visit since they provide shoes on the upper $$$ end. But Im a shoe hoarder so I dont care. 😂

This is the only foot locker in Utah that almost never answers the phone.

Called to see if they had a particular shoe at the store. When I called and spoke to Brenner he told me they had one pair left and that he would set them aside until my wife could get there. When she arrived they tried to sell her a half size bigger and just told her that’s all that they had. Even when you call to verify a pair is still there, they are too brain dead to be able to shoot you straight.

This location just doesn’t care at all. I’ve had issues twice with the employees. I’m a platinum member and spend a lot of bread at footlocker. A hot release came out today and I went to pick up 40 min after they opened Incase there was any issues and of course there was. It was a sloppy shoe with glue all over protruding from the seam. When I asked if they had another in my size he said no with a smerk. That’s why I picked them up early. I probably won’t go back to this location. I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt, but regardless they were cocky. It’s to bad that was always my fav location too.

There was one other customer in the store. I asked for assistance in looking for a shoe my husband has been trying to track down and showed him a picture from their website saying their store had it. Was met with, oh, yeah, we dont have that. And then he went back to talking to the other employee like I wasnt even there. Didnt offer any other help on the matter.

Pretty bad experience with employees here. They were too concerned asking another customer for their number/flirting while ignoring other customers/bringing incorrect sizes then asked for; left empty handed.

I was there I buy my 6 yr old some Js and we were there so long my son was falling asleep waiting to be helped. I did not even see a single employee in the store other then cashier. It was a joke, so frustrating. I will just take my business else where.
