Not sure how their service is, called for an inspection on my new to me camper. They said it would be 3 months before they could even see me. They must be good for people to want to wait the entire season to be seen.

We were three days from heading out for our first trip of the year when i realized that the water heater was leaking water all over. Turns out I failed to drain for winter and it burst. Everyone I called said it would be at least 2 weeks before they could get to me. I called Straightline RV and spoke to Kyle. He was very understanding of my situation and offered to look at it and said he would get it done before my trip. True to his word I picked up my trailer 2 days later and fully functional was the water heater. Kyle was very honest and professional. Not the cheapest quote I had received but his quick work and honest assessment was well worth it. Highly Recommend Straightline RV Repair.

I worked with Kyle at Straightline. He and his company are great! I had some wring issues on my ATV tailor. He repaired it fast and at a very fair price. The fresh water inlet to our motorhome toilet started leaking in Great Basin National Park and would leak whenever pressure was in the water line. Two days later in the late afternoon I drove to Straightline and told Kyle what I thought the problem was and knowing it is their peak time for work if they might be able to fix it in a couple of days (I was visiting Salt Lake City for 5 days). He took a quick look, said he would have to order a part and when it came in the next day he would call me to have the repair made. Repair made within an hour at an acceptable price. It is nice that Kyle was able to fit a stranger passing through into his busy schedule. I highly recommend Kyle and Straightline R.V. Repair.

I stopped by this place and asked if they would rebuild a piece of wood for my RV. They told me I would have to bring in my whole RV or they wont do any work at all. All or nothing and did not seem interested in doing anything really

Had a tire blowout on our tent trailer on a Nevada highway, which ripped a hole in the flimsy wheel well, had the tire reach in and rip out wiring to lights, furnace, and fridge, and also a tail light. Pulled in to Straightline first thing in the morning hoping to at least get the tail light fixed before driving back to WA state. Kyle managed to juggle his schedule and fix the whole thing for us in one day (lots of seriously messed up wiring, and replaced the wheel well), he even stayed late on a Friday to make sure the job was done so we could drive home Saturday. Im not sure how much other shops would have charged me, but the price seemed fair to me, and I was very impressed with the work and the communication. If I ever need RV repair in SLC again, Ill definitely go here.

I Love this repair shop! I want to thank Kyle and his crew for taking care of my 2006 Dutchman class C Motorhome! They took care of my insurance claim and fixed the crash damage beyond my expectation, every time I called they answered the phone and took care of my concerns. My company has been taking RVs to Straightline for 4 years. Kyle is easy going and most importantly does clean professional work. There may be a slight wait time in peak season, but thats to be expected in the RV industry. This is not uncommon at virtually any RV business nationwide.I cant recommend Kyle enough if you need the job done right.

Kyle (the owner) got me in at the last minute to winterize my RV even though he was booked out for weeks, I was very appreciative, first time Ive owned an RV so I didnt know to schedule earlier for this service. Straightline RV owner Kyle has done two jobs for me this year, including a nearly $5,000 insurance collision repair and I couldnt be more pleased with the experience. He takes great pride in his work and delivers personal service to his customers. His $120 per hour labor rate is very fair compared with service departments at the dealers, where you dont get that kind of personal service. Hes been terrific about letting me bounce ideas off of him and then making them happen. One large national RV rental company brings all of its Utah repairs to Straightline, so you know that their work is top notch. Just like a trusted auto mechanic, its reassuring to know that Straightline is just a phone call away.

King Kyle! This man is the best! We brought in our C class for body work and an awning replacement. We took it in on Monday and he had it finished by Friday! Absolute beautiful work, even replaced the decals on both sides to make it match. We had also meant our refrigerator was having trouble lighting, he looked at that cleaned the ignighter, it works perfectly, and he didnt charge a cent for it.

I recommend Straightline RV, Kyle was Awsome to work with. After we damaged our Awning and had to replace it, we tried several times to contact the place where we bought it but no one would even answer.I called Kyle and there was no problem at all.In fact I took it in to get a quote, because we were going through insurance, and we needed to take it out to go camping before he could get the replacement in. Kyle fixed our existing broken awning so we could take it out then we brought it back in to have our new awning installed. Kyle worked within our schedule and his work was very professional.I will only go to Kyle for any future repairs but I hope I do not see him again.

Kyle fixed my trailer wiring where it connects to my truck. He did this with zero notice, I just pulled in to his shop and he fixed it right away. Simple 15 minute fix, no charge, awesome service I highly recommend Straight-line.

I was charged $75 for 2 minutes of their time. The steering went out in my truck while I had pulled into their driveway so I was unable to back up my trailer. The guy unhooked it and turned it around and it took all less then two minutes and he charged me! Do not go here!!! Poor customer service
