We stopped here last week because the MTSU parents portal raves about these donuts. The staff was friendly and nice but the donuts taste just like normal every day donuts to me. If you are in mood for a donut please stop by as they have a drive thru at this location.

Love this place!! They have some of the best apple fritters I have ever had and the donuts are all very good

They no longer have waiters and waitresses.You use a kias to place your order and pay for your meal. Then get your own drink and wait for someone to call your order.We liked it more when it was like a full service restaurant and not a fast food restaurant.

The donuts are fine, but they have a very limited selection and dont seem to make enough of anything to last them through the day.

Donut Country is awesome. They have the best calorie free donuts in town. Come on, your eating donuts and calories are not what you worry about. Taste is. I buy donuts alot and I have yet to eat one I didnt like. The only thing they could do to improve their business is to deliver but they do have two locations to get your donuts at. I dont buy doughnuts anywhere else and neither should you. No donuts were hurt in producing this review but several were eaten.

So I was here just for one week for work and I was bringing donuts for my client. He specifically recommended me to go to this place to grab donuts. I got a dozen. The girl who sold me donuts was very friendly and helpful as I have never been here before. The donuts looked great. Cant comment on tastes because I didnt even get a chance to eat before they finished everything lol. Guess that means great quality!

I’m giving three stars because the donuts are usually delicious but today we got donuts and they taste like some type of cleaning spray. I understand we came within 30mins of closing time and you’re getting ready to close down but maybe covering the donuts when you’re spraying chemicals would work.When the window opened it smelled strong of cleaning chemicals already.

Im somewhat of a regular and the last few mornings Ive came here there has been some woman with a nasty attitude and has gotten my order wrong a couple times. From now on everytime I see shes there. Im turning around.

Just experienced the worst customer service at the Middle Tennessee store location. In the middle of servicing me, the lady stopped & answered the phone. I didn’t mind waiting while she was on the phone since she was working there alone. Once she got off the phone, she proceeded to help me without changing her glove. I kindly asked her to change her glove since she just got done holding the phone with that same glove. She responds by saying “Are you kidding me? This glove has nothing on it.” While there was other people in line. I answered by saying “ma’am you just stepped away & used the glove for other things, so please change your glove”. She made a huge deal out of it & tried refusing not to change her glove. I had to ask her several times too many, before she decided to change it. I then proceeded continue ordering & paid out. Even after I walked back to my car, I could hear her talking about me to the next guest. If this lady is the face of the company, giving out poor service, then I can no longer give my business to Donut Country. Great tasting donuts does not excuse the poor service. Highly disappointed in my visit today!

Best Donuts in the Southeast! Ive eaten donuts in almost all the major cities in the Southeast. Its a local company with soft and delicious donuts. I am not normally a cake donut person-however the cake donuts here are crispy of the outside and cake on the inside. Sturdy enough to stand up to dunking in a warm cup of coffee. The yeast donuts are soft & fluffy (not cloud fluffy like Krispy Kreme-but still really soft and fluffy-very good). They have a coco flavored fluff that they put inside some of the donuts-that is really good too. Red velvet cake is dreamy, too.

The drive thru girl was completely rude!! She made a comment about how she hadnt had customers for awhile and as soon as her coworker walked out we pulled up. Then we asked for a menu she said there werent any. We asked what kind of donuts there were she irritatingly gestured to the donut case. I proceeded to hop out of the car to look and she made a snooty comment about how we were holding up the line. I looked for about 30 seconds. Were we supposed to be able to guess or see through the wall? Unprofessional and if I were the owner Id fire her. If these donuts arent fabulous I will never go back!!!!

Small building with green roof has been on the corner of Mercury Blvd and Middle TN Blvd since 1978 making great doughnuts. Other businesses have come and gone, yet they are still there. That tells you they make great doughnuts and have great service.

I love their donuts but their attention is really really bad on the weekends... there is this white laydy that is really racist, shes old and only works there the weekends, she makes me dont want to go there because shes really mean...
