I ordered a acrylic panel from Fastsigns.Services: Matt Carr was absolutely incredible helping me every step of the way getting my order put together. He answered every one of my questions very promptly and accurately, provided suggestions and helped me put together a great product. On top of that, the order was build and completed very quickly, and they helped load it into my truck.Product: The finished product looks incredible! The coloring of the print and the cuts of the acrylic came out clean and precise. Overall it was a really phenomenal experience and I will 100% be using FastSigns again!

I ordered a yard sign and a banner. Both turned out fantastic and they were done and ready for pick up in less than 24 hours. The website is not designed for a cell phone but I had a computer and was ok with the use of the website. Will definitely use them again.

With little notice, I ordered some Big Head cutouts from Fast Signs for my son’s birthday, graduation, wedding, etc. I plan to have these rear their “big head” (pun intended) randomly through out the years to come! Fastsigns under promised and over delivered! I needed a name rider by Sat. I ordered on Tuesday. They said they could have it to me by Friday, but it was ready be Thursday. Friendly staff with an easy proofing process.

I was in need of wrapping a company vehicle. I called around and was recommended to use Fast Signs 2 or 3 different times. I decided to go for it.I came and met with Bryan their general manager, we went outside; measured, discussed, and took pictures of the company vehicle. I briefly told Bryan what I was wanting done. We went inside and he explained the proofing process to me, the 2 week turn around, and lastly the price. He assured me that all I would need is vinyl, that the vehicle wrap is good, but after all vinyl will work (looking back I can tell he wanted to make the sale). I got an invoice and went on my merry way.I decided I wanted to use them so I called up Bryan, sent over my logos and text and waited for the proofing process to begin. I got my first proof 3 days later (they say 1-3 days) and rejected it due to its complete lack of effort. I felt like I could have designed a better wrap using Microsoft Paint. My confidence was a bit shaken after seeing the first proof, but I held out.I noticed that quite some time had passed before my second proof, I called up Bryan and told him it had been 5 days. He admitted that he forgot to place the paperwork in the right stack, and that it was his fault. I totally understand this, we all make mistakes. I appreciated the fact that he told the truth. They had a proof out to me the next day.I was very impressed with this next proof, it was looking more professional and the effort was evident. My confidence went back up with the company, and I eventually accepted one of their proofs. I was ecstatic to get my decals on, Bryan had told me 2 weeks after I accepted my proof the decals would be on the vehicle.Some time passed and Bryan called me and explained to me that the vinyl we had agreed on from the beginning was in stock. The color that they sent me on the proofing process wasnt in stock. He told me that I would have to either wait a week (if they could find the vinyl close by) or 3 weeks (if they had to order it) or I could simply pay $160 to upgrade to vehicle wrap.Bryan had assured me from the beginning that vinyl was just as good for my needs, he assured me that 2 weeks would be all it would take, now Bryan is telling me that I should just upgrade to vehicle wrap (looking back it seems that he didnt want to have to track down the color I wanted in vinyl).I grudgingly accepted and went on with my day. After giving it some thought it didnt sit well with me, I called Bryan back and told him The proofing process took longer because of a mistake you made, I let it go and didnt hold it against you. The decal process will either take 1-3 weeks longer because of another mistake you made (not having the vinyl in stock before sending me a proof using that color). And you expect me to pay $160 more to make it right?I told Bryan to eat the cost and have my decals on by the end of the week. He assured me couldnt do that. I told him to give them to me at cost, he assured me he couldnt do that. I reluctantly got him to eat 50% of the price (a little bit above cost) and have the decals on by the end of the week.They delivered and the decals were on that Thursday.Pros:Decals look greatProofing process got betterGood pricingCons:Customer service lacked in my situationBryan lacked the gumption to fix the situationSent a proof using colors they did not haveOverall, its a good company.
