We went to a couple of other muffler shops around town. Just to shop prices. And I’m so happy we came back to rays custom muffler shop. Because the service is awesome,clean sitting area and unbelievable mechanics who take pride in their work. I would recommend to use rays if you are debating or not to get a custom muffler job. I decided on series 40 flow master and it sounds so good. I’m so grateful for rays for doing such a professional job. And don’t forget Sometimes cheaper isn’t better even do rays is very competitive with their pricing. So don’t sell out for a cheaper place. Because you get what you pay for. Excellent job rays we will be back with our Dodge Ram.

Needed to replace my downstream O2 sensor. I couldnt get it out. Took it to Rays. They couldnt get it out either but they were happy to create a new threaded hole right next to the old one. I was in and out of there in less than 40 minutes problem totally solved. Will definitely return for any further exhaust needs I may have

They quickly put my car on the lift to check for exhaust leaks. I asked them about installing exhaust headers on my Mustang and they said they dont do exhaust headers... at the custom exhaust shop. So I guess Ill go somewhere else for that.

I looked for a shop like Rays for a long time to install a dual exhaust system on my 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis LS Ultimate. Gary and Michael did an amazing and perfect job - with the kind of attention to detail and precision work that almost nobody does anymore.They installed a full custom exhaust system from the cats to the rear bumper: 2 1/4 aluminized pipe with an H-pipe crossover, MagnaFlow mufflers and polished stainless steel tips. The system was custom cut, bent, assembled and welded one piece at a time. Steel pipe hangers were welded in place. The new system fits the car like a glove.It is PERFECT.In my opinion, if you are looking for this kind of expertise, attention to detail and customer service for ANY exhaust work whatsoever, your search stops here.

Nice people but not a place to get a performance exhaust done cause they wont try, mainly for normal exhaust work or older cars from what I could tell, tried to get some exhaust work done but they wouldnt take me cause they thought I wanted my cat taken out but I didnt and the part I came with had a cat in it so Im not sure what the problem was... But if you need just normal maintenance work done on an exhaust or replacing a cat then go for it.

The tail pipe on my Armada had a rusted out flange that the dealer was going to charge me $750 to replace the entire tail pipe. I took it to Ray’s and they welded it back together perfectly, charged me $75, and I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. A great experience!

If you buy new exhaust tip from this shop. Please tell them to not weld pipe hangers directly to the tips. They ruined mine with weld splatter and it made them rust, but I took them back and they fixed the problem.

Rays exhaust shop is a bunch of extremely rude mechanics that try to make buy parts for your vehicle that is not needed. Their work is NOT WORTH THE PRICE. Not including the headache you will get from talking to the mechanics. I highly recommend not coming here. I am very disappointed

They had the tools and no how, very professional. 10 minutes later I was back on the road. Going 2morro morning. 3rd time there same exhaust leak or crack down pipe. Charged 40 to fix 2nd time I was there. Mind u they put in my full pipe headers to muffler. Don’t know how many times this goin happen lol

Wow I just had a muffler delete done with a tip added on and all I can say is wow! They Literally finished in 15 min and I was out the door no appointment needed on a Friday at 1 pm!! Best custom shop definitely coming back for a full exhaust when I have more $$.

Theyve put exhaust on two of my Mustangs and installed a shifter support bracket on a third vehicle . Prices are VERY competitive and quality was well above most other shops I have used . Ive used them before and I thought it was pretty fair but I literally need a 12 piece of pipe welded in between my new headers and the existing exhaust and they quoted me $200. They put a cat back on my truck for less than that. Maybe they just dont like custom work despite the name.

Was quoted a ridiculous price to repair our muffler. Went to Rays...next day our car was repaired and bill was under $200. If you want quality work at reasonable prices go here.

After reading the other post i wanted to say you go to rays to get your exhaust fixed its not a beauty shop or coffee house so do not think that your going there to get all the bells and whistles those thing cost money then it drives up overhead.

Where are your keys?Fifteen minutes and $98.72 later I was out the door with a quiet car. They stuck a good looking tip on the end for no extra charge.This was my first time at a muffler shop, so I really have no basis for comparison, but I was impressed. Definitely a southern crew, and dont expect conversation, but it looks like they did a good job, the price seems reasonable, and I barely had time to sit down before they were done.

Wow, someone should tell these guys that the south didnt win the war so they cant treat people like slaves! This has to be the most RACIST business I have every had the displeasure of visiting. Unfortunately I got to meet the grand wizard Gary who wouldnt make eye contact and wouldnt even come outside to look at the problem. All he would say was your gonna need a new exhaust and you will have to find someone to sell it to you. My response was, I thought this was an exhaust shop so couldnt I buy it from you? His response was Your gonna have to go find a shop to get an exhaust, I cant do anything. So I guess it was worth losing a potential customer to show his southern ignorance. Oh, and there wasnt another person in sight. Surprised? No me, cause this guy business practice is obviously reflected in the amount of clientele he has.

I called these guys on the phone inquiring about a flowmaster setup on my 2013 Camaro, the guy I spoke with recommended a muffler delete, which costs significantly less. This is rare for a shop to recommend something that pays them less because they know it is better for the customer. I brought my car in the next week, I showed up 30mins late from when I said I would be there, about an hr before they close and they still got me in and got the job done. They were fast and did a great job keeping the exhaust looking stock, the end result is great. Car sounds amazing and the did some good, fast work at the price they quoted me. Would recommend to anyone wanting an exhaust done. They may not be much for conversation but they know what they are doing around an exhaust system and probably more based on all the certifications on their walls in the waiting room. Good family owned shop.
