When you go to Mundelein Tobacco you can find all your favorite tobacco products that you would need the store is extremely clean and the staff or extremely friendly and extremely helpful as they will answer your questions that you may have about your potential products your looking to buy and if they do not have what you want they will get it for you so stop by and check out the product and prices.

Ive lived here for less than a year. Hard to find the papers I like but this place has them. During the week the customer service is top notch. On the weekend however the person behind the register is rude and disrespectful. He over charged me and got upset when I questioned him even though the price was clearly printed on the wrapper. He wouldnt sell to me without my ID ( no problem) i went to get it & came back in, he was selling to someone else without one. WTF. I should report him for that. HIS attitude in itself makes me not want to give this business my money. I try to only go during the week because this guy is really rude.

Been going here for a few months now buying cigars. The one guy was real cool.. Now for the past week it has been someone new working with his wife. He Only allows you in the humidor for five min and will not let you touch any cigars unless its the one you buy. He sits in there with you like you a child. Very unpleasant experience as of lately. I guess I will just be going o Binnys from here on out. What a d*** this new guy is.

HAD TO OUT ONE STAR. IF I COULD HAVE I WOULD HAVE PUT NEGATIVE STARS!! This place sucks. Their prices are a rip off. They over charge on everything. The owners act as if you are a burden to them when you walk in. I lost my wallet but had my ID and a check and they said since they had not seen me before that they will not take a check from me. But they told me they do accept checks. But since it was the first time they saw me ( AND THERE IS NO WAY IT WAS THE 1ST TIME) they said they would not accept my check. I have been going here for years because of the walk in humidor. I would purchase a box of Dutchmaster Patellas and a carton of cigarettes every week.. THE NEW OWNERS ARE HORRIBLE THEY ARE RUDE AND OVER CHARGE ON EVERYTHING. THEY HAVE LET THE HUMIDOR RUN DOWN. IT BARELY WORKS AND IS A COMPLETE CLUSTER BLEEP NOW. MESSY AND NO ORGANIZATION WHATSOEVER..I am goimg bald so I shave my head and the man owner called me a Nazi and told me to get out. He said that I am the 1st lerson he wont take their check from.NEVER GO TO THIS RIP OFF OPEREATION EVER!!! IF YOU WANT A GREAT DEAL ON CIGARETTES OR CIGARS OR ANYTHING*** THE VERNON HILLS TOBACCO IS WAY WAY BETTER*** THEIR PRICES ARE BETTER AND THEIR SERVI E IS EXCELLENT. GARY IS THE OWNER. HE WORKS THERE ALMOST EVERY DAY!! THEY HAVE A GREAT SELECTION OF GLASS, E-CIG SET UPS, HOOKAHS AND CIGARS OF COURSE!!!
