Unfortunately they couldnt ship my expedited package when it arrived at 9am on Saturday saying (delay closed business) its been delayed at two different fedex locations. Like I hate the post office but they wouldve got it delivered faster than FedEx

Fantastic customer service! I had a package requested to be held here due an address issue on the original package. I was actually called that same day asking if I knew this was happening and if I requested the hold? First I was very surprised that someone actually called me to make sure that is what I wanted. Later when I went to get my package that night it wasnt ready when I got there. The lady apologized and said its still on the truck and shell have it for me once they drop it off. She said I was more than welcome to wait right there in the lobby seeing it was pretty cold out. Anyway about 10 minutes later my package was ready and I was on my way! I feel the employees that I interacted with went above and beyond. Very pleased with everything and everyone who helped me!!!

Alright, came here in a mailing adventure. UPS couldnt help me (and were very kind about it) and recommended FedEx.Thing was, I didnt have enough information from my friend (currently out of the country) in order to mail it to them. The employee helped me a lot - using the addresses for the DHL and UPS that he had wanted it sent to originally - to try to locate a FedEx to send it to so he could pick it up but there were too many to choose from and without knowing his precise location... Well you get the idea. And of course, my friend want responding to my texts at the time. #FateEmployee really went above and beyond trying to help me. It was not busy at the time. Thank you for trying to assist me on my crazy quest!

Fedex doesnt even seem like they care about getting anything right these days. They always try delivering packages to the wrong house and then act like they did nothing wrong when you try to get them to fix it. You should just not buy whatever youre shopping for online if it cant ship through someone else.

Its a glorified post office who cant get anything to the destination on time. Ive used them 3 times in the last month and a half and each time my packages were at least a week late getting here. UPS is shipping on time, why cant FedEx?

Horrible. Fedex as a whole is terrible. Id spend 5 minutes to type up the full account of my grievances but Ive already spent 4+ hours getting passed back and forth on the phone. I wont waste your time like they wasted mine. DO NOT SHIP WITH FEDEX

The Cowan Road location is convenient for those living/working on the Southside of Muncie. They have extended hours after the USPS is already closed. I never wait in line. One of their staff members Julie is a diamond in the rough for sure. Over the years, we have become friends because she provides a personalized visit each time.

Person on phone rude. Said they tried to deliver package & no one home when someone was here all day. No real happy with FedEx

I can even get nobody on the phone someone sign off on my 200 dollar package it wasn’t me and now they won’t answer there phone

If I could give zero stars, I would. I do not suggest using FedEx for any purpose. Online tracking is inaccurate and they will not even deliver to my door. I have mobility issues and order groceries so they will be delivered to my door. I set up FedEx Delivery Manager to deliver all shipments to my front door, but the delivery person always takes the items to the apartment office. I have to wrestle the heavy boxes to my auto and then into my apartment.A thoroughly irate customer who will not intentionally use this company unless changes are made.

They are unable to scan barcodes to print labels from companies like Motorola. To send products back for repair because the system is out of date. Was told this by several employees at this location and it has been like this for several years.
