Shirts turned out great, quick turnaround time and okay price. Sales process was crazy easy, staff are amicable.Inside of the shop seems neat and organized. I ordered with just a quick phone call - great sales process. Quickly turnaround time with local pick up! Nothing more to ask for.

This store provides excellent service and attention to detail. They provided my work and an additional alteration to my order in time for my deadline! Jen and Jenny and the owner, are careful and detailed oriented and turn out excellent and artistic workmanship. They do all they can to meet the needs of the customer and value the quality of their work. They honestly put love into each order. They have a keen eye and provide tasteful suggestions. The shirt was beautifully designed on site, and was well executed.You will not be disappointed!

They didn’t want to give you the free pass even when I gave them the free email. They said that you’re not the local residents even you’re living in San Jose. So rediculous!

Big Frog was amazing! I walked in with a rough drawing of a design idea, and was a bit apprehensive that Id be peppered with technical questions about format, color, etc. that I wouldnt be able to answer. Instead, the salesperson scanned my original drawing, took notes on my design idea, and sent it all off to one of their in-house designers who within hours sent to me (via email) some designs for my input. The designs were far better than I could ever have made myself, and after just a few tweaks, they were ready for print. It took just a day or two for Big Frog to order the tote bags I wanted, and printing was done in under 24 hours. I got my beautifully printed bags just a few days after walking into the store with a basic design idea, and they were a huge hit with my friends! From start to finish, it was a great experience. Big Frog makes it really easy to create a unique design (at no additional cost), the print quality is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. I was more than satisfied - I was thrilled and impressed!

The quality is good, ordered a T-shirt from them some time ago. But... Terribly slow, designers are not really skilled. Stepped by several times asking if they can do an easy print. They are always busy and cannot accept my order again. They will need 3 days for just one small bag with basic print, and I have to send the order 1 day prior to this...🤷‍♀️

Randi put together a great design for my son’s water polo team. She spent over an hour trying to make it perfect and she knew up front that we were only ordering two sweatshirts. We will definitely be back!

We went here for the first time and our two boys created their own t shirt designs with help from Jenny. It is a lot more fun when you create your own, well worth the price and experience. We will come again when they out grow these shirts. There are an infinite number of designs as your own imagination is the limit.

It was very easy to get in touch with someone over email, service was friendly and the turnaround on the t-shirts was very fast (as advertised). They also turned out great! Will definitely be coming back if I need something printed again.
