I went to Old Middlefield Rd. and Pear St. location were closed around 3am. All lights were on no workers to seen. so much for 24-7

This place is probably the super spreader site of North Bay shore. The staff here is never wearing a mask properly and its such a freaking bummer. And as I sit here in the parking lot typing this, some customer walked in totally unmasked yet he had a mask in his hand and never put it on the whole time he was in the store. 😬😬This place is nasty.

The young kid that works in the morning is a rude jerk! Always on his phone rushing me everytime I go to pay at the register and never lets me enter my rewards number and gets bothered that I ask him to go back so I CAN enter it. It isnt the first or second time this has happened.

Our favorite neighborhood store! Its clean and quiet. Outside of a concert day, youll rarely have to wait in line. This particular 7-Eleven location was one of only a few stores that was converted into a Quickie Mart for the Simpsons Movie premiere.

Every time I come here I have a really good experience the morning guy takes really good care of me always make sure that I have the freshest food and get out at the fast thanks Kan!

Theres great energy from the team here. Very helpful if not knowledgeable and you are acknowledged as a repeat customer. Cool man.

Speedy service

Staff arent friendly, and they constantly abandon the customer at check-out point. Thats because they want to do other duties; like multi-tasking while you are paying. They dont even say hi, or say thank you after you pay. Actually they ignore you, and they behave like the customer is nobody. The only reason I didnt give a lower rating is because they do keep the store well supplied.

Cleaner than average and typically well stocked.

Still limited on the choices and the cashiers have the personality of dry wall. Pretend to want to be there and talk to the customer.

Cant trust this place. Sales posted in front of the products. I go to pay and get charged full price. I voice my complaint and the cashier points out that flavors pictured are different than what I purchased and that the sale only applies to those flavors. I pointed out the applies to all 32oz flavors writing below the picture to which he responded with a very tiny expiration date. It expired weeks ago. Why is it still displayed?
