Purchased a 2013 Harley Davidson Road Glide Custom and the process was entirely painless. Tony B was my salesman and was very professional and the bike was in outstanding condition with new brakes and after several hundred miles no problem at all. I’ve been watching and they consistently have an great used inventory of street bikes.

Tony (the main agent) is very arrogant. He would make fun of people getting scared of their first motorcycles and then selling them to him. Apparently, that is how he makes his business. He said that so many time during my visits. He also told me if you want to buy a new bike from the dealer go ahead, your bike will probably be here in my store after a week. Not nice. I had a great time with Cristian instead. He is a nice and kind kid. More importantly, I bought a used bike from them and they sold it to me with one single key and no manual (which should have a key code as well). The bike was only a few months old. I had to spend $500+ to buy a new set of keys. I discovered this at the end of the purchase, while signing the paperwork. Always, ask first and make sure that they have both keys.

Awesome first bike purchase experience. Everything went smoothly and simply without any hesitation to show me all the motorcycles i wanted to see and hear. they even went as far as explaining every part of the purchase and compared prices on the motorcycles i had interest in so i could feel comfortable with my purchase. I walked out the dealer the proud owner of a 2006 GSX-R 600.

The first bike i bought from them had a consistent issue with the stator going out, unfortunately left me stranded a couple of times. The way they handled my situation is the reason why Ive just bought my second bike from them and plan on buying my litre bike in the future from them aswell. So I just bought my upgrade today 2009 Yamaha R1 from J&M and the price was good and the cleanliness of the shop was good and the bikes were very well maintained. Compared to the supposed competitors AK Motors (dont know how they are competitors) it was completely the opposite especially when it came to the cleanliness of the shop and the maintenance of there bikes. J&M made me feel like they wanted my business and AK pushed me aside. Thank you J&M for your help. Keep up the good work.

Recently got a sweet Z650 from them. The overall experience was very positive, the prices were ok, the staff was friendly, nice and generally helpful. Another nice part is their in-house 60 days warranty. The only bummer was a test ride policy (which is more like a you have 30 minutes after purchase to return it policy).

I bought a 2016 FZ-07 from J&M, and I was in and out in just two hours! The staff is cool and professional, their selection of bikes is both high quality and varied. Their price was also below what I was estimating, and they offer a 4-year warranty! I will be coming back here for my next bike!

I purchased a part from House of Thunder Harley on 3/28/18 for $353.00 nearly 3 months later after being ran around by the General Manager Theresa on July 10th I had to file a reversal with my bank to get my money back as she didn’t want to refund me only give me a store credit because her shipping department only insured the package for $100 and it was lost or stolen yet I had to suffer and wait nearly 4 months to get my money back terrible experience and will be contacting customer service as well as her District Manager. Be careful with this location and especially Theresa!!

J&M Motorsports (6 stars)!!! I had a bike that I owed payments on, and another that I owned and didnt ride much. Shawn totally hooked me up with a great deal and gave me beyond fair trade in values- he went well above expectations, and I road home that day on my new bike (mint 2007 VFR800). Shawn even helped me get a refund on the unused portion of my service plan with one of my trade in bikes (thanks again). These guys are fair, sell exceptional quality bikes, and are all around great folks. I highly recommend doing business with them. If you see a bike online or on CL, get over there fast! Their bikes sell within days, so dont loose out.

I didnt go there to buy a motorcycle. As I was driving around in my Dodger Caravan, I noticed that it was overheating and so I stopped by because they had a water spicket out front. They were obviously closing up for the day however, both of the young men came outside of the office to see if they could render some type of assistance. I thanked them profusely and went on with my business. I topped off the radiator as well as the reservoir and put my stuff away. As they went to leave for the day, they could have just taken off but, instead, they both waited for me to start my car and get back on the road. Its not everyday that you see that, especially here in Silicon Valley where everyone is in such a hurry, and people so often times forget to remember the simple courtesies that seperate us from the animals. It only takes a minute! I think Ill go back there and check out those bikes, they sure looked cool to me! Who knows?

Came here with a friend to kill some time and ended up finding a dual sport that I wanted! It wasnt on the floor yet, but they told me once it goes through a safety inspection theyd give me a call. Im so glad they did! Shawn and Ann were super helpful on getting me approved!

Dont buy pre-owned - they dont do safety inspections, and their warranty is worthless. I purchased a Yamaha SR400 that was in rough condition, but against my better judgement, I got it because it is a dealer that offered a warranty (in-house only, shouldve been first red flag), and I was expecting they would at least make sure it was rideable for a while - and it technically was, but when I brought it to them, specifically complaining about brakes and valve noise, they rode it, and sat on for a while (had it overnight for service), and said everything was fine and that it was a preowned bike implying I should lower my expectations. But the brake pads up front were basically gone, damaging the rotar, and the bike has two pending recalls, one of which is a safety recall regarding oil lines. How do I know this? Im at a proper Yamaha dealer, and what should have been a $300 same-day 8K service has turned into $1000 repair order and I get wait a couple of weeks for parts. They walked me to my bike and showed me the damage to the rotars, the cracking tire, and were fully transparent. Fortunately this is a secondary bike, so no real skin off my back, but the fact they sold me a bike with inadequate brakes and two recalls, and didnt address them even after I brought it back within their in-house warranty is extremely telling of their service. I really wanted to give them at least two stars because they were friendly enough and accommodating of my schedule, but I also remember a bunch of haggling which soured that experience as well. Funny thing is, I dont think its maleficence, but rather incompetence. If youre not an experienced rider, Id avoid this dealer.

Nice staff, friendly but very disappointed that you can’t test ride the motorcycles... why would I spend a large amount of money without getting to test it first. Had exactly the bike I’m looking for but won’t get my business.

Purchased an 06 gsxr 750cc after a month had 2 rectifier go out. Nice staff but some bikes might be junk and problem. Bike broke down again on my way to work, this is the third break down in a month and half time span.

Where do I begin.. I had an amazing experience at this place. AMAZING. Thank you, Shawn, for putting me on the perfect starter bike for me.I stumbled into this oasis of gently used motorcycles by pure accident (was just driving by really, the selection of what looked like preowned bikes caught my eye). Rode away on a CBR250 about an hour later. 200mi and a couple of days later, came in with my tail between my legs and asked for a bigger bike. Rode away in less than an hour on a CB500F, leaving the 250 behind. 6hours and 150mi after that, and now completely exhausted, I am one blissful glob of a newbie.Excellent attitude/ service, great selection, no-bs.. Will bring my bike right back here when Im ready to graduate again (hopefully in more than a couple of days this time).*off to sleep in the garage next to my baby

I recently purchased a 2003 Suzuki SV650 from J&M. Its my first bike, and although it was an older model, it was exceptionally clean given the age - like much of the inventory on their floor. It was a pleasant shopping experience. I told the salesperson, Justin, that I had just gotten my license, and I told him about what kind of bike I was looking for. He recommended the SV650 because it offered enough power to commute on the freeway while still being easy to ride for a beginner. Shawn helped me through the finance process. It was quick and easy. He also got me in touch with their insurance broker, and I got a great low rate in under ten minutes.Im completely satisfied with my purchasing experience at J&M. Im really happy with my SV650, and Ill likely go back when it comes time to move onto another bike.
