Creative Engine Inc, the developers of Sketchup do not communicate with their customers. I called 3 times and did not get a call or email back about my purchase. Being a MFA student at the California Institute of the Arts with a deadline for my project it would have been fantastic if I had some responses to the fact that I purchased the software and it hasnt been updated. I will have to disencourage any student that is looking to create projects with them, even when I called to inquire the possibility of purchasing the profesional version of the software there was no human answering the phone.

Great staff and very friendly. I found this place after I did a photoshoot for a young couple.
