Pretty disappointed with how REI quoted and serviced my biked. I was mis quoted twice (by two different employees) and they installed the wrong part on my bike. I havent yet paid for the service, because I hope this can be sorted, but untill then, this review reflects my thoughts. Only reason they get >1 star is that they are definitely quicker than competing shops in the area (ie Mikes bikes) by a lot.

I took my sons bike for a repair, Joe was very friendly and helpful. He worked on our bike right away since it should be a short job. Our bike was fixed in a short time while we waited. We will definitely go back there for repairing or shopping. Great and professional customer service!

After the bike shop in Palo Alto by the same name left me high and dry on getting my bike shipped out, REI stepped in to provide true customer service. Took the boxes bike to Rob and he was able to print my mailing label and make sure the box got on the UPS truck. Thanks guys, you’ve just become my new bike shop.

Quick turn around for service and trust worthy employees.

This place is good for Bike assembly but only on Mondays and Tuesdays. Other days u will need to make an appointment. Better to make an appointment anyway. Even for Mondays and Tuesdays.

Excellent service. Had to repair my bike and ended up here after Mikes Bike were unable to fix my bike in more than a week. These guys did it in 3 days and much cheaper. Highly recommend.
