We were moving our office and arranged more than a month ahead of time to get the vinyl lettering done for the new sign. Thought a local business would be good to support, and the lady was very nice, but not very capable. After many missed promises they *finally* show up with the lettering 2 days before opening, and they had used the wrong material. Even though it was quite clearly their mistake (with emails and written information to back it up), they said it would take a week or more to fix, and they would only give us the wrong stuff to use as a temporary solution if we paid 100% for both it AND the replacement. In my book, delaying us until our backs are against the wall and then putting the screws to us is about as low as it gets.
