I was skeptical about this place because my dad only ever heard about it on the radio. But the prices online were fantastic compared to what I saw at other competitors like Best Buy and Walmart so I wanted to give it a shot. I talked to Reggie after I got there and he couldnt have been more helpful in answering my questions about the TVs and the services they offer. He was very knowledgeable and patient while we made our decision and he made the checkout process very easy too. Im very glad I tried out this store and Id easily recommend it as the first place anyone should check out when they want to get a new TV.

I had purchased from Video Only years ago from the Hayward store when there was one. I was looking again at Costco since Costco was having a sale. I thought I would go try Video Only since I really like to shop for the best deal. I was amazed Video Only not only beat Costco prices but when I went back to buy from Video Only said they had found it cheaper for me so they were going to beat that price! They did and through in a sound Bar!Just give them a chance I tell all my friends now it will be worth it.

I LOVE this place! We got a new Samsung TV a few months ago (after browsing different store prices) and saved so much money! We told them what we were looking for and we were in and out in 15 minutes! We were SO happy, we went back this last weekend for another Samsung TV for a different room (replacing them all) and again, told them what we were looking for. We got another amazing price and were out in 10 minutes! Totally recommend this place!

I worked with Donnell and have made other purchases from Video Only but came here to say their customer service and prices are incredible. With every purchase, they have always been knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.I purchased a sound bar in November and the manufacturer didnt have an expected delivery date for Christmas when I checked back in two weeks later so Donnell upgraded me to the next model for free so that Id have the gift for Christmas.

After visiting video only to purchase a TV I was looking for I will never go to another store as long as I have a video only near me to purchase tvs from. They gave me a really good deal on a very hard to find TV. It was the LG nano cell 85 series 49. I grew up in the Bay area and always heard the commercials on the radio stating, ....just be sure you visit video only if you dont youll be sorry. After purchasing my 1st TV from there the ads are absolutely right. If youre gonna go to other stores to purchase a TV then go ahead but you have to check out Video Only at least once to see if they can get you what you need because when it came down to crunch time, they got me what I needed at a great price.

I would have to add more stars than the five I am allowed. Two people at Video Only really sealed the deal. First, I talked to Michael on the phone. Coming across on the phone as a knowledgeable and friendly person is a rare skill. His abilities got me to drive 65 miles round-trip to come to the store.When I got there, Michael was not working that day. I get the manager, Doug. I hope corporate knows the company has a star for a manager. His knowledge, personality and friendliness are what I hope to experience when I shop. It is rare to find solid service these days. Michael and Doug exemplify the best of service.BTW: The price was the best I could find online or at retail within a 60 mile radius. I must have searched for more than 25 hours to be sure I bought the right product from the right team.Patrick

If you are looking for a TV, this is the place to check out. Just like their decades old radio ads, you can get the best price.Please dont check out the TV and then buy online. This is one of the last standing retailer where we can see the equipment before we purchase. Otherwise buying from specs, an expensive item is a lousy customer experience.

Phenomenal service. They patiently tried a few different combinations of hardware for me, unplugging and moving things around to test various scenarios. They match or beat prices. Highly recommended if you are in the market for a TV.

Today was our most recent visit to this store. (Must say, I was shocked to find out that they were open). We were pleasantly greeted by Donnell. We explained that we were there to buy a second Blu-Ray player. But then my fiance walked over to the TVs and that was all she wrote, LOL. So, we bought a 75 tv, the Blu-ray player and a TV stand. We negotiated a little, (it was the floor model and their last one), but my fiance had made up his mind. We were leaving the owners of a new HUGE TV. (I had already figured that his will power wouldnt hold out). Lots of available sales staff, delivery and haul away service, lots of top quality TVs and prices lower than Costco and WalMart! Check them out!!

Hands down the best TV Buying experience Ive ever had! Anthony the store manager spent a ton of time educating my dad and I on the latest TV technologies. He gave us personal white glove service and unlike department stores, they are able to negotiate and give many discounts. They gave us a free HDMI Cable for example. They are also very competitive with Best Buy, Costco, walmart, and Amazon and were willing to beat any of their prices. This is the third TV Ive bought from video only and now I refuse to buy a TV any other way.

Just know things that are on their online site may not be instore! Still brought a TV cheaper than at Bestbuy!

We had a pleasant experience shopping there --- Michael was very helpful and non-pushy, and other sales were also very helpful and cut us a great deal. HOWEVER, they forgot to mention a very important return policy at the point of purchase. After two weeks, we found another TV that was more suitable for our needs at another shop, but the same kind gentleman at checkout turned into a jerk and told us that if the box was opened and re-taped, then they could only give us store credits for our return. This policy is obviously set up to screw with any customer who wishes to have a return and fell for their 30-day return period (with alot of conditions that the sales kindly left out when you were paying for it). Thanks guys. What a great way to screw customers over and burn bridges.

The store is right across the street from Best Buy and so went to check it out. It was one of the best decisions in regards to TV purchasing.We were greeted by Anthony, the store manager. We walked in right before closing. He was polite, helpful and deeply knowledgeable about TVs, manufacturers, models, display types, and best value for the dollar. He spent a good deal of time with us explaining the differences but was not pushy. There pricing is the best over anything out there, and saved significant amount money from buying from Video Only.Do yourself a favor go to Video Only and see Anthony. Definitely will buying all my TVs in the future from Video Only.

Recently purchased my 5th tv from Video Only and stopped by on a whim to see if they could match an aggressive online offer for a 65” LG OLED. Not only did they match it, but they did so without the cheesy salesmanship and pitching a ton of extras. Aaron took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and why and closed the deal professionally. Even loaded the tv into my car. These guys are pros and should be your only consideration for quality video equipment. Keeping business local as well. 5 stars!!!

The CROOKS, thats the only PC description I have for this place. They would do everything to not to honor their won words and promises. The sales associate who helped us did a great job in explaining everything to us as we came in to purchase a new TV. We are very satisfied.

We were looking for a TV and couldnt get to the store before it closed, so we called and Fred helped us over the phone, which was great and he more than matched the competitors price on the TV and gave discounts on everything including delivery and setup, which was amazing and great customer service. Because we did it over the phone my husband went the next day to make sure everything was correct with prices etc. that we were given. The person who helped him the next day when he went in was Anthony. My husband said Hi and Anthony had no response, was very short with him and disrespectful. There was another person on the floor who noticed how my husband was being treated too. My husband is not one to complain often, but felt he was being treated unfairly and felt he was being treated this way because he is hispanic and Anthony was white and being discriminated against because of race. My husband doesnt use the racism card unless it is very apparent, I need to say this because I am white so racism is a moot point in our house. He was very indifferent, rude, not helpful at all, like he was not interested at all in making any additional sales, and my husband wanted to buy a sound bar as well. My husband has been in retail for over 30 years and is a meat manager and regardless of the day youre having you always put on your work face and help customers with a smile. The sad thing is we learned later that Anthony is the store manager and we talked to other employees there who were not surprised at all by his attitude and treatment and one person tossed it up to being young, which isnt an excuse. At the end of the day that was very shocking how do you have someone in management who treats people this way. I would never deal with Anthony again and will make a point of it in the future.I would like to say the one who helped us over the phone (Fred) was amazing. We had gone down a few days later as well because my husband wanted me to see the TV and make sure it was the one I wanted and we got there 5 min to closing. Fred was there and let us in. He showed us the TV, answered all of our questions, and showed us some additional features we were not aware of. He took us to the sound bars and explained about them. He was not in a rush, he was not pushy he was very helpful.At the end of the day its sad that everyone was helpful except Anthony, and hes supposed to be the leader and show by example. Hope others dont learn his bad habits.

I bought three tvs from the mountain view location the salesman Craig Martin was vwry helpful and gave me great prices on them. They held them for me until i was ready to them delivered and upon installing them i realized one of tvs was damaged i brought it back and he was able to swap it out and give me a better deal on a newer model. Video only is the best place to buy and save a lot of money with great customer service. Thanks again Craig!

Forget BestBuy or Fry’s, even Amazon when buying TV’s. The deals at Video Only and Service are just amazing. They got crazy deals that you don’t see in BestBuy or even online. We compared prices for even the Q7’s TV’s and no one had the deal we had, or able to get the discount they gave us. They also have financing and with no interest for longer terms then any other place. All my 4 TV’s came from here, all of them; no one was able to beat their price.Work with Mike, he is very patient, courteous and generous. We walked through the entire store comparing quality, features and sizes.One last thing. Don’t forget that however you walk in, that’s how you will be treated. Be a smart a*s, and they might just be monote tone with you. This is for any business. Treat them how you would want to get treated. When you smile, just like them, when they smile; it’s easier to do business in both ways.

Friends highly recommended Video Only, so when my Amazon order became “lost” in its trucking company warehouse and I needed a new TV within three business days, I visited Video Only. Kraig, the manager, was welcoming and helpful and not only promised and arranged delivery of my TV within two days, but gave me a $200 (10%) discount from Amazon’s already “reduced” price. He also offered me the latest DVD player that was greatly reduced because of the Labor Day promotion. He advised me that the TV wall mount rack I already owned was fine and didn’t try to sell me a new one. He also said that my existing 7-year old universal remote would be fine and that if it needed re-programming for the new DVD player, I should bring it in and he would be happy to reprogram it for me at no charge. He also assured me of the 30-day warranty. The two men who delivered the TV were polite and efficient, advising me to keep the box for 30 days “just in case.” My experience with Kraig at Video Only was excellent—it couldn’t have been better—and I am now joining my friends in recommending them.
