People cant make prostics worth a hoot. My husband had one made that never fit right. Yes he swells and it goes down but it was never made right. Tried to turn it in and they start trying to let them do it again. Took measurements and wasted everyone time

Every member of the JP & O staff were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. I did not waste a single minute of my time; it was all spent in making sure I received my diabetic shoe inserts and the information that went along with them. I highly recommend JP & O!!!

Great place awesome people! I know that any time I go in I will get exactly what I need. Theyve never tried to upsell me or push something on me to make a quick dollar. I know that if its on my prosthetic it would be on theirs and its necessary. The people who work there happy come more like family to me and my family!

The Mtn. Home facility is amazing. Gayle was very tentative to my daughters needs. Both of our visits were very quick and informative we had no question about the care being provided. Ive been amputated since 2003. Forced to find a new provider after moving to Mountain Home in 2015, Ive been going to JP&O ever since I discovered them. No regrets, would recommend them to anyone needing a prosthetic.
