Some of the guys were great. An older gentleman was super friendly and packed great ! Heck he even wrapped a deflated balloon in paper! The other 2 girls that helped not so much. SO much of our stuff is broken. All my boyds bear collectibles are shattered because they were literally just thrown in a box of junk ceramic on top of glass photoframes, they even put an iron in thr same box for good measure. No paper. No bubble wrap nothing. All my ceramic pumpkins are shattered. Yes they were wrapped in paper... but put in a box big enough for them to bounce around like dice. My big mirror shattered, bed frame broken, bookshelves falling apart.so many boxes were crushed. I wish I hadnt been slow unpacking the boxes. So I could have made a claim. But after the older gentleman did so good with all our kitchenware and photoframes from the main room I wasnt worried and I wasnt in a rush. Until I decided to just get it all put away. Almost every box that was packed in the back of the house has something broken in it. But hey, at least they packed their masks and b transfer jackets in our boxes. :/ I was so pleased with them at first but now im just disappointed and sad. Its not even necessarily about all the monetary value, but so many things that I cant replace and that had meaning are just gone now. If it wasnt so obviously neglectfully packed I wouldnt even be mad. But who throws so many breakables in a box ?

Penny was friendly and helpful on the telephone and I immediately got a good feeling about the quality of work that we would receive. All of our teams arrived on time over three days and worked steadily to pack and load all of our belongings. Cant express in words enough on a great job B-Transfer does. I hired their crew to come move me out as I sold my home. They showed up on time at address given and were very happy came up introduced themselves shook my hand and proceeded to start there job . I spoke with Kevin in the crew and asked him if I needed to stick around .He replied no sir we will get this done with care and be done in a few hours. I left and called there office a few hours later and the receptionist and she knew exactly who I was and told me there crew was finishing up now, I went home expected to see a mess only to find a clean home. Couldnt even tell they had been there. Very impressed at how professional they were and I intend to use them again when I purchase my new home . Great job !!!!!!!!!

Today was day one of our two days with the guys from B transfer. They have totally blown my mind with how fantastic they are! Incredibly kind and efficient! I was so nervous going into our whole moving process but they have really and truly put me at ease. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Truly pleased!

Best movers weve ever had after six moves with the Air Force. They are super polite, wrap everything to perfection, document all items accurately, and work very hard. Highly recommended!

Horrible company. Refused to wear shoe covers refused to wear masks. (With everything going on) Sat down on my furniture without asking. Missing items and refused to listen when I instructed them not to open certain boxes. We are a military family And they left 2 rooms pretty much a mess which left more work for me to do. Highly dissatisfied

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are NOT friendly to military families. I am an exhausted new mom with a very collicy 3 month old in the middle of a move by the military to England. My family has been living out of bags and moving 4 times in the last 8 months due to military trainings so all of our household goods are in a storage unit. Upon arrival the men were hostile to me because they did not want to remove our belongings from the unit- apparently there was more in the unit than they expected. I offered to reschedule if there had been a miscommunication. While holding my baby the man got in my face and yelled at me. I was crying. They told us it is not their job to remove the items from the unit but only to place in their truck which parked directly next to my unit. They stood there and made my husband and I drag everything out of our unit ourselves the 8 feet to their truck while my baby was crying in the car seat on the ground. A chair fell on me and I hurt my back. They barely spoke slammed my things around and when they left they left trash and empty boxes in big rain puddles that I had to clean up after. Military families have it hard enough. We had our dog in the car we are exhausted and stressed out preparing to move overseas. And this company made my already extremely stressful situation that much worse. Ive never cried from being yelled at by a business in my life. If you respect the military do NOT use this company. I am so disappointed.

If I could choose zero stars thats what I would give them. They are horrible. If you are military and you get a call saying they will be packing you, do not let them. Everything was mislabeled. Our nicer things like glass and models were shoved in the bottom of boxes and all busted and broken in pieces. But long and behold the one empty plastic canister which was pretty much garbage was packed like it was worth millions. We cannot find our TV stand. Why it wasnt with the tv I will never know. This was the worst packing job weve had and this is our 5th move. Do not recommend!!!

Worst moving company in the treasure Valley and surrounding area few experience movers working with very inexperienced movers the movers that are good are very good but one man on the job cant cover for the rest of the bad ones

Employees are nice and friendly and knowledgeable about their storage units.

Storing was fine, however to get it out when you buy your home having to wait three weeks to get your stuff delivered is 200% unacceptable.

B Transfer, Inc., the local Mayflower Mover, recently moved us from Idaho to Arizona. From the first contact with their coordinator, Penny, to the last box being unloaded and beds set up, it was a perfect move.

I cannot believe how incredibly rude the receptionist was. Last year I needed a tv moved and the receptionist was rude then. I went somewhere else. Now that were moving from one house to another I was hoping for a different experience. Nope. They just lost my business altogether.

They are a bad company. They shipped my stuff and I had some stuff missing. I talked to them about it but customer service is the worst. Havent heard from them and my missing stuff since November 2015, I wonder if I ever am.
