MARINA was awesome... we are on vacation and had a cpap break down.... she went above and beyond regular service to help us enjoy and function normally for the rest of our vacation by helping us get a new machine!
Manager should go learn to manage, handing paperwork back to you instead of accepting responsibility of an employee misleading a customer is unacceptable, go back to class
Ive dealt with norco for almost 15 yrs and the mountain home location is absolutely horrible when waiting for supplies.For the most part it takes weeks to get my supplies and sometimes months and Im just talking about compression socks,grips for a walker etc...I would suggest going to the nampa facility where it only takes days instead of weeks!
Received excellent introduction to CPAP equipment from Dan. I recommend using NORCO services.
I had better luck with the boise meridian store I was told my wifes oxygen contractor was very hard to get i called boise and they sent my to the meridian office to pickup the one she has been waiting for for over a month.
They are currently delivering oxygen to a family member with severe COPD without wearing masks or gloves...... huge risk and liability on the company’s end coming into a compromised home without PPE!
I wanted to thank John for always taking the time to talk to me when I have questions. Im new to needing oxygen and have a million questions - he takes the time to answer. I have a prior commitment I made before starting oxygen use, and John has gone above and beyond to find me something that will work for this 3 day public event Im part of, so I wont have to drag the large cylinders along with me. Good PR also. Thank you John
Adam Kelly at Norco really stepped up today and fixed my grandmothers walker brake at no cost! It had become dangerous and my Dad ran to town to try and find a solution, and Adam took really good care of us! Highly recommend!
All the other reviews look like they were wrote by Norcos PR guy so I decided to write a real one. Theyre pretty good. They do their job well. The staff is nice.
I have never been to Mountain Home before but we were in town with the PRCA rodeo. We are from out of state and upon arriving I had forgot my power supply cord to my CPAP machine. I called and talked to a John S. on the phone he told me to come in and he was sure he could help me. When I went in I can’t say everyone seemed to care but I would give John raving reviews for taking the time and helped me get what I needed. Thank you for taking the time and I know I would have had a few sleepless nights if he hadn’t taken care of me. I will forever be grateful for people like you!

I was recently placed on CPAP therapy and was given an option of two places to pick up my machine and supplies. I was a little apprehensive about choosing NORCO, because of the mixed reviews I received from my co-workers who had done business with you in the past. I can now say I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. Especially from the respiratory therapist Eric Craig he was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the equipment, and also made me feel comfortable asking any what I would perceive as silly questions. He walk me through the proper use, fit, and how to take care for the equipment. He genuinely cares for his patients and that is hard to come by now days.
Eric has been so amazing as I have been on this new journey of cpap use. I have been in for mask fittings, hes called to see how things were going and hes contacted my doctor when my results werent where they should be yet and got the necessary changes made so I can get the most from my machine. He has gone above and beyond what I expected and really makes sure the patient gets a comfortable fit and experience. He truly cares and wants the patient to get the best results from the product they are getting. I am more than pleased with the professionalism and care he puts in when he is helping me. He has explained several options in case this does not work out which made me feel extremely at ease in a somewhat scary new situation. I highly recommend Norco of Mountain home and especially recommend Eric Craig!
I am a CPAP user and my husband is on oxygen. We have both had excellent service from the Mountain Home Norco.Not only does Eric fit the equipment to me, but, he also explains it all.. We have taken one issue at a time to get me the best CPAP experience.He recommended the SO Clean machine when I was waking up all congested and It corrected the problem. I would recommend the SO Clean machine to any CPAP user.The staff at the Mountain Home NORCO is friendly and very helpful.
I am wheel chair bound. My big family reunion was coming up very quickly in washington. My chair lift was broken and we needed the parts asap. I called Jeannie at the Mtn. Home store as she is my go to gal. She is efficient and professional and she just plain gets the job done whatever it takes! Well we had several problems with the manufacturers getting the parts shipped. It didnt look like I was going to get to go after all and my spirit was crushed.! She didnt give up. She called around the entire treasure valley to try to find the parts with no luck. Finally the manufacturers decided they would over night the parts. And she mafe sure it was shipped and an estimate of when it would be in. She got us the parts and tho we left a bit later than planned I am on my way to my family reunion. You couldnt ask for a better customer service! Shes always been helpful and friendly and that makes a world of difference! She needs a huge raise. So I highly recommend Norco in Mtn Home for all your medical equipment needs. Ask for Jeannie and tell her Jenn sent ya! Thank you Jeannie you have no idea what this means to me!
