Very friendly staff, I was looking for a replacement spring for a floor jack (manufacturer did not sell replacement springs), helped me look for 20 minutes but didnt have a spring that would work so I described what I was looking for and they ordered one for me, arrived in two days and the spring worked perfect and saved me from buying a new jack! Ive been back a few times since, they have a huge selection hardware and tools.

Better not be in a rush to get something from them. I been wanting for a month n still havent received my order to the store. Poor communication.
