She was in a poor mood since being treated so poorly by the Albertsons pharmacy, and it was great to see you take such good care of her. You can bet we will stop in again when we pass through town.

Got a prescription for my daughter in which I had to give name/DOB/SSN. The following is a conversation between the pharm tech and I.Pharm tech “Tell me your SSN.”I requested that I write the SSN down and stated I wasn’t comfortable stated it aloud.PT “No one is in the store and I’m right here. If you have to write it down then I will have to shred it.” In a very snarky annoyed tone.- keep in mind my infant was crying and this tech was about 15 feet away so in order to tell her this information I would have had to speak up louder than I was comfortable.“I would prefer to write it.”PT “Fine, no one is even here. If you’re that worried about someone stealing your information then write it down.”Instead of giving me heck for choosing a different method than your preference, understand I have a reason for giving the information the way I had wanted. I should have never been belittled or argued about the subject. I absolutely will not go to this place again.

They are amazing, my dad refuses to go anywhere other than Sav Mor for his prescriptions. We appreciate the patience they have with my mom and dad.

Apparently Sav-Mor Drug can no longer compete in the pharmacy market. My insurance company will pay for 90 day supplies, but sav-mor can not get the drug at a price permitting them to supply a 90 day prescription and originally blamed the insurance company. After confronting the insurance company, and then Sav-Mor, the truth came out that thsy can not get the drug cheap enough to make it profitable for them. While I support use of local businesses, this business is no longer viable and can not meet my needs. If this were an isolated incident, I would not be overly concerned, but this is the third incident... three strikes, youre out!

Heather Hutchison? I think her name was, she was at the window at around 11 and she was pretty rude, the way she answered the questions I had. I wanted to use GoodRX and she says “ we don’t take that here” so I was like oh okay and then she goes “so what are you going to do?” She was very short and continued to be that way for the entire service. because of her attitude I’m not spending another dollar here.

I really like that my prescriptions are always ready to go when I stop by to pick them up. I always feel like I am in a rush, so it is very helpful that they are on top of things. Plus, the drugstore always has the few last minute items that I always seem to need when I am in there. I love it.

Tried to explain about the Blink card, they claimed ignorance of the fact even after one of the techs said oh yeah, I know about that. Shown them the app on my phone, they took the phone and looked it over. Some one even said they saw the ad on TV. Then they said it must be some kind of scam since they dont sell that med at that price. Please send the owner to discuss the problem next time instead of one of your lackeys

Hey went above and beyond for me. I was out of my medication and needed it right away. They didnt have it in stock so they went to a nearby pharmacy and borrowed it just so I would have it that day. They are the best.

They get my prescriptions ready for me so quickly, its amazing. I pick at them and tell them that I never get a chance to sit down and relax. They are awesome.

I go to Sav-Mor Drug because it is very convenient and close to where I work. They have anything I could possibly need there, whether it is an aspirin run during the day, if I need to grab something for lunch or if I forgot to buy someone a card..they have it all. Plus, the staff is always very friendly. If you need something, I would recommend stopping there.

I get good service here. The staff is nice and on top of my prescription needs. Not a big retail store but they have little goodies and standard pharmacy products. The drive thru...tiny. I barely get my Ford Expedition thru it ....lol.

This pharmacy has the best customer service I have ever experienced. They strive to remember their customers, and their needs. I have moved all of my familys prescriptions here.

When I moved to Mountain Home I had to find a new place to handle my prescriptions. A new neighbor recommended Sav-Mor Drug to me. I really like it there so far. The staff is nice and I am beginning to get to know everyone who works there.
