I will never buy furniture from anyone else! Brad was awesome and answered every question I had. They have the same inventory, and more higher end stuff, as Hanks but at a way cheaper price. We ended up buying a Bassett sectional based on their build quality and being American made (unlike all other furniture from other companies in Mountain Home that are made somewhere in Asian and claim American made). We love it. Ive never sat on something that comfortable.The Butlers are a great family and they will go out of their way to help you. If you are buying anything for your home or office and thinking of going to Hanks or any other furniture store in Mountain Home, dont. You will get more for your money at Butlers and will be treated like family.Thank you Randy and Brad Butler.

Super friendly staff but not too pushy. They work with you on the prices and delivered quickly. When they delivered our couch one pillow had a stain they immediately got us a replacement.

Every person who works here is so attentive and friendly. They will help you find exactly what you need, whether it’s a sofa, mattress, or accessory piece. After I bought my sofa from them, a problem developed with the recline function. I called, and they came out lickety split to fix it. They are knowledgeable about the pros/cons of the different pieces of furniture they carry, so they will help you find something good within your budget. Good people, good business. If you are looking for *new* furniture, look here first.

Very nice staff, big place, the massage recliners are a mindblower. I wish you could get a head massage at the same time. I wouldnt say any of what they have on the floor is for my tastes but there was a screen where you can search through everything that they can order. Its right by the bedroom gallery.

We moved to Mountain Home from Idaho in May 2019. We left every bit of our furniture there in Idaho due to the high cost of moving it across country. When we got here to Mountain Home we started looking for furniture for the house we now have.We checked several stores in the area and we discovered that Butler had every thing we were needing. The sales staff are very friendly, very knowledgeable about everything they sell and very helpful.Every piece of furniture in our house came from Butler Furniture. Their delivery costs are very reasonable…I’ve paid a lot more for delivery. Delivery is always fast and the delivery staff will place it where you want it and assemble it if needed.The price marked on the furniture is not always the final cost. Every piece of furniture we bought there was marked down by the time we paid for it. Why go anywhere else for furniture when Butler Furniture has every thing you need.Oh, and the quality of the furniture can’t be beat by any store in North Arkansas.

I bought a living room suit from Butler furniture in Mountain Home, AR. that turned out to be too large for the area I planned to use it in. I called Butler furniture & they said I could come in and choose something else & return the original that I had bought about a month ago… what I bought was cheaper so I was even able to get money back… They came out and picked up the first couch and delivered the smaller one.. I really appreciate butler furniture working with me because the first couch that I bought simply would not work... They will always get my business..👍

I purchased a king size bed, couch, love seat, and lazy boy from them a couple years ago. All products have been tested by my 9 yer old and after years of torture, all have survived. Be careful of the quality of furniture at butler. Spent 1000.00 for 2 chairs ended up being bonded instead of leather. They wouldnt have anything to do about making it right.it peeled off and has to be thrown away. No warranty or even caring. Also happened to a friend of ours. Very poor non customer caring company. Just beware!!!!

Will never set foot in this store again. On our second visit to the store to look for furniture we were told by the manager that one of the reasons he loved Mountain Home, Arkansas is that “no blacks” lived here. Disgusting! Of course we left as soon as we could.
