So, my first attempt to write a review went fine up until Google decided that I wanted to delete everything I had just written. ANYWAY, Ive been here for more than 5 years, and in that time Ive seen this location to through new ownership. Let me tell you, the new management and new staff are out of this world friendly. The food is always what you want and how you want it, and Ive never had to wait for a refill. Common joke between myself and my roommate is that the wait staff are looking to drown me in sweet tea as often times my glass is refilled before i get lower than halfway! Oh, and if you want sweet tea, their mix is on par with Gold Peak sweet tea!

A tried and true place to dine with friendly staff. The food is made to order exactly as asked perfect for those looking for a specific flavor or wanting to avoid any food allergies. The staff are personable and attentive always making sure youre looked after. Love every experience and would always recommend as the go to for anyone looking for quality pizza and phenomenal service.

Great service, food, and place for parties and gatherings. Prices are reasonable and you can customize your own pizza for the buffet or personal order. Stephanie and Jon are two of the best servers Ive met but everyone is friendly and if youre a regular they tend to know your favorite pizzas and get them started the moment they see you. Cant think of a better place to go for lunch or dinner.

The choice of pizzas were good. And they were hot. If you didnt see something you wanted, they made it for you. The salad bar didnt have much to offer. The lettuce wasnt very fresh. Thats the only thing I found wrong. Fix that salad bar, keep things fresh. Its nice that drinks were included!

Best pizza buffet in the the whole county. I love that they will make any pizza by request. They got great desert pizza, pasta, soup, and those little corn dogs as well as a Ice cream machine. I love it when I get to go there. Very friendly people too.

The staff was super friendly. We special ordered pizzas and once they were finished cooking, they brought us a plate with 2 of the pizza slices on it. Also, the restaurant was very clean.

I ordered two - two topping medium pizzas for $1400. The pizzas were delicious! The lady that took my order, then bought my pizzas out was extremely helpful and very friendly.

Under new ownership and it was Great! The pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious... the buffet was full with lots of variety and the service was just as good.

I love that you can order whatever want and they will make it along with the buffet items. Dessert pizzas are the best.

Just about Everytime Ive been to this location it has been delightful. Sometimes the buffet lacks variety but they are always accepting of requests for the buffet. Wait staff is always attentive and friendly.

Its been almost 3 years since I have been able to find an open Pizza Inn. The buffet was really good, the staff was excellent and very friendly. I was able to order my favorite Pizza from years ago and it really brought back good memories. Fantastic experience!

Waited for about 5 minutes to be seated. All of the pizza was dried out and not worthy of my dog. The lemonade I ordered was actually really good but thats probably the only thing that was good about the restaurant

I normally never do this but, we was in yesterday and started out food was good waitress was great then a man yelling profanity it the kitchen a cook I am assuming, it was not just a few words it was unbelievable! Me and my family will not be back !

Amazing service, definitely unlike any other restaurants around. Pizza Inn is the place to go if you want the best customer service, friendly staff, and some delicious, fresh made HOT pizza! You cant go wrong with the new owner and management. Definitely not the same place as it was. Give it another shot if you havent already!

Pizza Inn is the only buffet I feel is worth the money right now. Their food is fresh and delicious, especially under new management. They have such friendly staff, unlike how it was 2 years ago. They are taking COVID-19 precautions 100% seriously, which is very pleasing to see. I had a personally amazing visit today with Jon as my server. It was busy at 11:00 am and he was the only server taking care of multiple tables. He did a phenomenal job bouncing between each group of people and I never felt like I was being ignored. Pizza Inn is doing a great job training their staff, and Jon is a gem among the rocks. Thank you for the amazing lunch, I WILL be back.

AMAZING!!! We havent been here in 2 years, but decided to give it another shot when we heard it was under new management. Not disappointed one bit!! Staff were very accommodating and super nice!! Food was plentiful and delicious! This will definitely be added to our fav list ❤🍕❤🍕❤✌

I’m ecstatic that I can get a salad here and make it myself. However, the lettuce isn’t very pretty today and that’s why I rated it only 4 stars. They do have spinach as an alternative which is great. The coke taste wonderful!! Hopefully, when I come back I can update this to 5 stars. 😊

Got here nearly 20 minutes after opening. No food on the bar and had people standing around waiting. Had to get my own refills because all of the servers were too busy standing in the back chatting.

One of the best pizza places in Mountain Home if you have the time, they will make any request for the buffet. Stephanies a super helpful waitress . It will be even better once they have beer again:-)

Yummers. We no longer have a Pizza Inn in our area. My husband insisted we go here on our recent trip because of fond memories of the dessert cookie pizza. I was skeptical -- how good could it have been? Its just buffet dessert pizza. I bit into it and every doubt I had transformed into buttery, chocolatey, pastry-ey goodness. Not a huge fan of thin crust so the regular offerings werent my favorite, but I dont dock stars based on personal preference. 😉

Was there for lunch today between 12:00 - 12:30. Salad bar had 4 containers of diced egg that was frozen. Pizza bar was limited with no pizza rotation happening. They advertise stuffed crust pizza but pizza did not have stuffed cheese in it. Cheese pizza was dry and over cooked. Garlic bread was dry. At one point went up a second time and most pizza pans were empty or with one slice. About 20 customers for lunch with no pizzas coming out. 2 stars for server she did keep water glass full and was polite. Also had two different radio stations playing loud at same time. Very disturbing. Won’t go back!!!

Honestly some of the best service I have had in Mountain Home. Jon was our server the other night and I have never been more impressed by a waiter and his attentiveness. He is one of the main factors for me going back and second time. Thank God for new management. The food tastes much better than it did before. Do yourself a favor and give this place another try if you have not already.

Pizza Buffet during Covid. Every pizza slice I ate was great. Salad bar ..individual salad dressing in sealed condiment cups. Must wear mask and they provide the plastic disposable gloves to put on before you get slices of pizza. Every thing was proper temperature.

Sr. Buffet in Wednesday. Theyll make what you ask for to add to the selection.

Always have enjoyed Pizza Inn since a child, 25 years later and I still do. Waitress was very helpful, keeping our drinks full and making sure we were taken care of.

Hardest working server around.

We had to wait on pizza every time we went to the buffet and there wouldnt even be enough for everyone in the family to get more than 1 piece... the waitress did a great job though

Not a good experience...Myself, 10 yr old, 7 yr old and a 2 year old - just left.Rude waitress and the food on the buffet was not fresh.35 dollars for us to eat and we barely even nibbled what was there.

Wow ! Stopped here last weekend to check it out since I havent had good pizza in the year that Ive been in the area. The pizza & the service 100% on point ! Our waitress (Stephanie?) was awesome, Her attitude was great. First time Ive actually felt like they enjoyed being there & wasnt just there to bring drinks & buss the table. My drink was always full and I never ran out of napkins (never happened at any other buffet Ive been to) The meatlovers pizza ... yes yes YES ! breadsticks were also soooo yummy. Great prices for the quality of food. I was expecting to pay more honestly so I made sure to leave a good tip. This is the place to go if ur looking for great food and excellent service.

Pizza tastes terrible and waitress never got my soda refill I asked for. Never going back again. Oh also, Im not a mask fanatic by any means, but to let customers go behind the pizza buffet bar where there is no breathing guard is truly horrifying to me. The customer is being rude, it is quite alright to tell them they cant be back there for health reasons.

I stopped in for their recently opened brunch bar. Friendly folks serving up some good hot food. Biscuits and gravy were good. Eggs were delicious and not out of a bag. Breakfast pizza was delicious and they even had some fresh fruit out. Perfect for a Sunday morning after a late Saturday night. Ive had their pizza before and it is good as well.

I like the fact that they ask if you want a specific pizza and they make it. Especially they make a thick crust

This is an all you can eat pizza restaurant. The pizzas are always fresh and hot. They also serve pasta, ribs and salads. Its nice to walk in and have your food ready to eat without having to wait 20 minutes or more for it to be cooked.Prices are very fair and the staff are the friendliest in town

You can eat all you want and if what you want isnt there they will make it for you. Lots of things not just pizza: chicken, barbecue ribs, soup, salad bar, baked potatoes and onions, macaroni and cheese and sweet stuff and ice cream cones self serve ice cream machine. Its a great deal.

The pizza is great if you come during busy hours! We came one night about an hour and a half before closing and there was almost no pizza out, and the pizza that was out was cold. So we decided to try them again during lunch hours and it was much better. Their crust for the pizza is delicious compared to other pizza buffets.

Absolutely amazing pizza!! We had delivery & not only was it on time, it was hot. My husband & I consider it adult pizza & the kids still loved it. The dessert pizza is positively sinful. Perfect way to end Opening Day for a family of exhausted hunters.

I think their pizza is very bland. Ive eaten at a Pizza Inn, in Mountain view, I thought their pizza was acceptable and the buffet there was good. I have no intention of going back to the Mountain Home store, because I found their pizza very sub standard. I went to try their breakfast on a Sunday. I took a little of most every thing, couldnt eat it. Left hungry, I wasnt hungry enough to eat that food. Went elsewhere to eat food I could keep down.

They are a great place to eat. If there isnt a pizza you like on the bar they will make the kind you like. Awesome waitresses.

My dine-in experience was great. My delivery experience...not so much. My bread sticks were hard as a rock, my mac and cheese was cold and my taco pizza had all the toppings pretty much stacked in the middle. Definitely will not be making that mistake again.

The food was good. But our waitress was very rude. We got up to get food and she spilled a large drink all over our table. My jacket and my daughters were laying on the seats as were our phones on the table. She spilled it all over my jacket and phone did not even tell me she had done so just moved my jacket to the booth behind ours wadded it up so we wouldnt see the spill and wiped my phone down. My husband told her she spilled the drink all over my jacket ( and it was very cold outside) and she refused to apologize to me. My husband spoke with the management as well and nothing was done. And didnt realize until we got home there was sticky lemonade inside of my cell phone. I know accidents happen as we all have have them but she could have told us it happened and at least said she was sorry. So my family and I will no longer visit this location as they acted as if we were in the wrong.

Hostess was super nice but they literally are out of everything and the pizza on the buffet has been there for a while, paying $25 for 3 hard pieces of pizza and 2 waters after being told they have no beer because it was taken for being expired and then they cant make a spinache artichoke so you settle for spinache alfredo only to find out theyre out of spinache too .. so now I get to go somewhere else and find food, I feel bad for the staff that has to tell everyone all of this .. should definitely be a list of what is available because its a lot shorter than the list of what isnt... Super dissatisfied with this place, I understand we are in a pandemic but it should be known immediately upon entrance what isnt available, its highly annoying to be told 4 times in a row Im sorry we actually dont have that .. especially when the girl had to go ask for every single item asked for.

My family and I went to their soft opening, it was so much better than the last time we experienced pizza inn. The staff was above and beyond! The safety precautions they were taking blew my mind and actually made me feel safe eating in public with a pandemic going on. Lastly, the food was great, many options to choose from, buffet was quickly restocked, all in all, it was a great experience, much better than in the past when we visited (where I actually broke a tooth due to a piece of wood in the pizza). WE WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK AGAIN! :)

Customer service is where this place shines. The food is OK but the service is truly trying their best feature. You honestly feel that theyre glad youre there and not in the desperate way.

We went in for dinner between 6 and 6:30. The pizza was dry and the bread was hard as a rock. Literally. The salad bar was well stocked and fresh. There were way too many old pizzas on the buffet line for the time of day. We had a group of 8 and had to clean our own table before we could sit down. The server was friendly. Not a pleasant experience. Dont think well be going back.

Party for friend and they gave us a free small chocolate chip pizza. Nice. Still prefer the taste of Pizza Hut pizza though. Great variety on buffet. Excellent desert pizzas.

We took our grand daughter who hates pizza and she ate more than Ive ever seen her eat in entire years of life. Well worth going. Wait staff was great! Food was perfect. I must admit I ate more than I had in quite some time. Very good. Going for take out tonight!!

My 8 year old daughter and I like going here. The food is always fresh and good. There is an awesome selection plus they will make any pizza you want for the buffet. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well!

Had a great visit right before closing. The staff were real nice and offered to make whatever we wanted even though we insisted what was left would be fine. They even overheard my 9 year old tell me they were out of the desert pizza he liked and made him one to take home.

Really good place to eat and bring kids. Also they sale beer now so after a good day of watching your kids play football or sports its a good place to bring the gang and eat up. Ribs are good, wings are good everything is good. Salad is good too. Only thing that would make it better is if the bacon bits were real hahahaha

My wife and I stopped in at 1:00pm today and there wasn’t hardly any pizza out. No pepperoni or sausage pizza. The very few pieces that were out were cold and tasteless. After over a half an hour still no pizza. I could not drink my ice tea as it tasted as if it contained cleaning or soap products. We checked out and paid the bill and told clerk our experience as he seemed to already know. He said they only had one cook that day. He offered no remedy. We left disgusted and hungry. Will not ever be back.

Ok ..wouldnt really go back but then again I rarely eat pizza! Salad bar was ok but red beans and gumbo were not good ..dont understand why its on the buffet and the fried chicken looked horrible! Desserts looked nice although I didnt try that ...

The pizza is great. The crust was not heavy or doughy, toppings were fresh and the meats were not greasy. The desert pizza was amazing! I will definitely return to this location and highly recommend Pizza Inn in Mountain Home AR!

They have a breakfast buffet on Sat and Sun that is great. Eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy. All the works, they even make you fried eggs if you want. Not bad for the price. Service was great as well
