The employees at the pharmacy are the rudest most unfriendly people we have ever encountered. I understand they are overworked and under-paid Walmart employees, but there is no excuse for absolutely no professional superior customer service. Funny how Walmart demands it from their vendors, but not their own direct employees. Long live store #11.
I pick up prescriptions at many different Walmarts across central eastern United States. And they have all gone above and beyond to help me. And I appreciate that. Thank you for your time have a great day
The pharmacist was just super nice when explaining medication but they didn’t even fill the whole prescription and they won’t answer their phones so I can ask why.
The pharmacy at this location is subpar. My medications are constantly & consistently being messed up. Calling a week ahead of time before I run out of my meds does not produce any better result. I have actually spoken to the head pharmacist and asked if I was blacklisted, or something to that effect, from receiving good service. My medications are not complicated and almost all come from the same doctor. Instead of working on trying to improve their performance it almost seems as if they go out of their way to find new and inventive ways to screw up my order. They have also changed my medication without my permission so instead of paying $23.91 for a refill I would have had to pay $44. When I called and questioned them about the change they gave ME attitude for not being happy they filled my order. The solution? The head pharmacist told me, well you are free to take your prescriptions somewheres else.
Should have cuter womens clothing. More trendy.
Lori the tech was very friendly and apologised for the wait. The pharmacist was also very nice and informative as well. However the other tech that was there was very rude and loud towards Lori and everyone outside of the pharmacy could hear her. It was very upsetting to hear her treating her co-worker that way.
Ive tried really hard to be patient and understanding with this place. There are never enough people working. Most of the time the line/wait is insane. Forget if you have to get anything else done. The low drug cost is almost not even worth the time. Some of the employees act as though they could care less about moving in a faster pace than a turtle. Ive experienced a couple of really rude employees as well.
They didnt have the medication in stock, a mild simple pain killer, but thats not why I only put 1 star. The employee couldnt manage even a fake smile, no advice on who would have the med. Just the whole attitude was like I was bothering her by coming into the store. A simple smile and apology for the truck not being there yet, would go a long way with me. I understand that. But since Im a bother, I wont bother to patronize them again. Walgreens had no problem gaining me as a customer.
This has got to be the worst Walmart pharmacy in the country. Every time I go in to pick up mine or my moms medicine there is an issue. From poor customer service to claiming the meds were ready only for us to show and then not be ready. You name it, weve experienced it. My mom depends on her blood pressure meds and they messed up the prescription which is going to result in us having to waste gas to make an extra trip back to this horrendous place. Not to mention, she may have to go without her meds. When expressing issues with this place, youre met with disrespect and blame. This place needs some serious restructuring or change of leadership.
Absolutely hate this pharmacy. Prescriptions are never ready on time. Staff is never friendly. There system on how they help customers sucks. Never enough people working. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone ever.they snot even deserves the one star .
This place only gets one star because 0 wasnt an option they are the worst pharmacy ever they have horrible customer service they take forever to fill prescriptions. Do not use this pharmacy.
I either go to Wal-Mart pharmacy and the hospital where I work bc they are the cheapest and take my insurance Walgreens doesnt
I enjoy going to the pharmacy here because the refill system is super easy, the staff are always friendly. The line almost always sucks but I think everything else outweighs the bad.
I have been getting the same prescriptions every month for 2-3 years. Ive had trouble before with them not filling refills the doctor called in because they got my birthdate wrong. This month after we got the birthdate issue straightened out they claim that they still cant fill prescriptions because they dont have any information on the prescribing doctor such as her dea number and address. Id like to know what info have they been using for the past 2-3 years? Couldnt bother to look it up? Meanwhile Im completely out of medicine, the doctors office is closed Wednesdays (today) so itll be 2 more days before I can get refills. I plan on switching to another pharmacy immediately- hopefully they wont only employ idiots.
The prescription automated refill system is so easy to use.
Your blasted computer telephone answering system is a nightmare. I have tried to get through it several times, but can never reach a human being. My issues require a HUMAN BEING to resolve. You asked me to call ahead to order my prescriptions, but these are new scripts, and I do not have the numbers - you do, but I cannot talk to you. This is HIGHLY aggravating.
Always a long line there. Ridiculous policy making me wait for counseling
Took themb2 hours to review my wifes prescription, just to tell me they disagreed with the doctors prescribed dosage therefore they would not fill the script. Thanks for wasting more of my time.
The woman who answered the phone literally would not even look up my mothers information so she could get her prescriptions filled. We will not be going back
