Very nice née location. The car wash is often broken but pricing is good for fuel.

I want to say that the staff here is pretty nice and helpful. The ladies at the front cashier were super nice and helpful when we accidentally vacummed one our car keys and they immediately went to go ask in the back to see if they could help me out with getting my key from the vacums and the guy with glasses, tall skinny was very helpful.. i just cant remember his name but he went above and beyond to help us find that key! Thank you! We really appreciate it!

I visit this place at least twice a week. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are what you would expect for a convenience store. If you visit Jacksons stores regularly like I due, get and use there Jacksons reward card.

Gas is easy and all its got lots of goodies most employees are nice except for kristina everytime i go in there she has something snide and caty to say

Customer service is very poor .. I got gas and wanted to add a car wash...after you pump your gas you cant add a wash .. not even inside the store .. you have to prepay for the wash or pay full price... rude cashiers

Every employee of the store is most friendly! When they did not carry certain items I regularly purchase they happily worked it out and ordered them for me. The bathroom is kept clean. Best gas station in Mountain Home

We are at Jacksons 2 times a day at several locations. The Mountain Home Jacksons store is by far has the friendliest staff and customer service. Greeted by them as you walk in the door and welcomed at the counter with great personality. Always neat and clean. Seem to take a vested interested in their jobs and how well the store looks when you enter. This store is top notch. More Jacksons need to adopt this service model. A+++ staff

It was our first time going to this car wash and then a lady that worked at this car wash sended us away to clean this car wash and i was really mad and upset because it was wasting our time and making me upset and they said they will be open in an hour but they never opened. ( i think they closed because they have to clean at night when there are no people and we were there and they closed).

Just wasted an hour of my time, soon as I get up to the car wash they sent me away because a repair mans coming out. Very upset. Ill change my rating if u give me my time back. SMH its not the first time either!
