I had a misunderstanding about the install date of my flooring. Instead of calling me and asking what they could do to help resolve the issue I was told that I was wrong and was treated like I was lying. I purchased my flooring elsewhere and was treated respectfully and they gave me everything in writing which I should have requested from Village. My mistake. I am extremely pleased with the result.
