Great shopping experience....dont usually have a selection Im interested in but this time they did.

No one greated us when we entered the store. they didnt have womens size 7 in anything that wasnt brightly colored, and when we were visibly frustrated no one said anything. the two employees just chatted for the whole hour we were there, and didnt acknowledge our existence. i would gladly never shop here again.

There was so many shoes to choose from that I liked but, none of them were in ny size. So I left with nothing but my hopes.

They didnt have any delites in white didnt carry them 1st time they didnt have them and wont anymore the black delites are ugly but got them anyway been looking for yrs and the gold on them make them ugly

I called about some shoes the guy was straight up rude and not helpful at all Im in mtn view and was trying to find out about shoes before I drove up there but I just said never mind

Guy was way too abrasive when talking to another employee. So, Im assuming hes a manager? If he talked to me like that (if I was that worker) I wouldve walked off the job. People dont deserve to be talked to with attitude.

The workers were absolutely ridiculous. Stayed in the store for nearly 2 hours trying to find a pair of shoes for my grandmother and was offered no help what so ever. Will not be coming back!

Bought some shoes, they were okay but nothing great. As I think more on it though the company itself is not wholly responsible for that though they should hold what they carry to a certain level of quality. Plays only John Mayer songs and I dont care for it.

Service was good. Disappointed they were out of the size I needed for my granddaughter in several different styles of shoes I chose. Prices were very reasonable.

Cheerful, helpful personnel (2 men) at the busy checkout stand on Sunday afternoon. Gwen had bought two pair of shoes in Jonesboro that were half a size too big. We were going to exchange them in Fayetteville but before driving through Mountain Home, I checked Google Maps and saw this new store on 412. The staffers said to check inventory but, unfortunately, they didnt have half sizes. On to Northwest Arkansas.

Stopped in 10 minutes before closing to quickly check if they had a pair a boots my grandsons size, got a dirty look from cashier,lights went off, music stopped,2 other employees arguing about whos going to vacuum standing next to me didnt even acknowledge me,no boots.Walked past all employees,no response again.Awful treatment

It’s a good place to shop for shoes if you like terrible customer service and being talked to like you’re an idiot, for simply asking the location of a item in the wrong place.
