Good mechanics, not great at fast turn around, allow for it to take longer than estimate. They fixed the wrong part, I took it back and they gave me a refund and did the right repair, so they are honest.

I made an appointment one week ago in person to have brake service. I was told to drop off the truck at 0730 and could pick it up later in the morning. I returned at 1030. The truck was right where I left it. No work had been done. The person in the office said they didnt know anything about it but I could make another appointment. Very disappointing. Ill take it somewhere else.

Set up an appointment on Monday for that Friday and let the mechanic know that it was my air conditioning compressor. Real simple fix couple hours no big deal he told me to bring it in Friday morning first thing in the morning. So I assume that theyll get to it that day made my appointment called them at 8 when they opened to let them know that I had dropped the truck off and the keys were in it. Again I let them know that it was the air conditioning compressor that was bad. Call them back at noon to see if they had made any progress on the truck and they hadnt looked at it yet but they said they get to it. So I get off work at 3:30 get there about 4 and theyve got it in the shop pulled in. I sit and wait in the waiting room for 20 minutes before the guy comes in and says that its the air conditioning compressor and that they cant work on it today. So I had to bring it back in on the following Monday. Why set an appointment with me if you cant make the appointment. And keep it for 8 hours just to tell me what I had told them when I brought the truck in. And it turns out they charged me that day for the labor it cost them to tell me what I told them when I brought it in. I will not be going back to the shop

Dennis K.11/08/2014If I could give this place a zero I would. Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had at an auto shop. I had my minivan towed there because the transmission wasnt shifting properly and I didnt want to risk doing more damage by driving it. I was told I needed a new transmission. ( with only 67k miles on the van I found it hard to believe but figured they knew what they were talking about) Four days after it was supposed to be done I finally got it back and it was in worse shape than when I had it towed. The damage The Shop did to my vehicle was unbelievable. My van is wheelchair accessible so I rely on the sliding door to get in and out and it wouldnt open because the wiring harness was catching on the door. The check engine light was on, the washer sprayer was broken, it shifted very hard, the key was very hard to get in and out of the ignition and when taken out the lights wouldnt go out draining the battery, the muffler was rattling, there was a smell of oil burning, and the electric ramp and kneeling system didnt work anymore. I got it in at Ultimate to make it drivable and have everything fixed. The reason it shifted rough and the key didnt work properly was because The Shop broke the gear shifter. (The Shop billed me for a new ignition because they said the old one was bad, the new one they installed didnt work either and they said it was defective and would pay for another new one. The reason it didnt work was because of the gear shifter not going into park all the way.) Ultimate fixed it. The reason the ramp and kneeling system didnt work was because its wired into the transmission and The Shop left the wires disconnected (bare wires exposed). Ultimate fixed it. The smell of burning oil was a pool of transmission fluid on the engine. Ultimate cleaned it off. The reason the check engine light was on is because The Shop never plugged in the knock sensor. Ultimate fixed it. The reason the muffler was rattling was because the hanger for the muffler was bent and hitting the frame. This damage was right where the van will bottom out if driven up on a lift because of the conversion and low clearance. Main Street muffler fixed it. This also pushed the floor up which is why the wiring harness was catching on the bottom of the door. Almost $600 in damage done to my van which The Shop refused to take responsibility for, they said it was that way when they got it. IT WASNT The Shop will never again touch my vehicle and I only wrote this review to warn others. Youre better off paying a little more elsewhere, it will cost you less in the long run.

Its the cheapest place in town and they do a decent job. They seem to get more cars on than they can handle. Instead of scheduling things around and telling people that they are busy so they wont be able to look at your car for a few days, they just kept saying bring it in tomorrrow. You then wait a few days after they told you for them to finish.I stopped going to them because I felt like they were throwing parts at the problem rather than taking an hour to diagnose the issue.

First off they asked me to set an appointment up with them, so I did and when I came in they did not even greet me at all, just asked what I wanted. Told them I set an appointment up and they looked confused, and said sorry I am booked up today. They did not even tell me when they would have time to look at it.
