We live in Adel and drive to Sears in Moultrie to buy all of our appliances. No high pressure sales tactic. Donna answered all my questions and listened to what I needed for my family. Store is very organized and clean. Great selection of appliances for your home. Owners and employees are well mannered and polite. Definitely recommend shopping with Donna Cannon and staff at this store.

If you want to be treated like family, shop here at the locally owned and family operated Sears Hometown store. They will go out of their way to help you find what you need. Even during this time of self distancing they are taking extreme caution to be able to serve you.

Nightmare! My elderly (82 YO) mother-in-laws refrigerator went down in March. She lives in Camilla (7 hours away) so we ordered a refrigerator online from Sears. The delivery guys couldnt fit the new fridge through the kitchen door. They left it in the dining room and asked us to call for a different model. We did. Groundhog day. Four weeks later, 5 calls later, and an additional $200 later- still no delivery. When we call customer service (India or Pakistan) to check on it, they claim theres is no order pending - every time we call! DO NOT BUY FROM SEARS ON LINE.

Devon took great care of us. Our freezer quit this am. We called ahead and he had one literally waiting to be loaded on our trailer when we arrived. In and out in 10 min. I dare anyone to beat that. Moultrie Sears is the best. Thank you so much.
