Grandpa locked his keys in the car today at his Dr apt. Patrick promptly showed up and in a jiffy had the keys out. Everybody should get AAA. they know every tow company everywhere and always send the best of them.

I had some trouble with my truck, Vista Towing was there in under twenty minutes and helped me get out of a jam. They conducted themselves with extreme kindness and courtesy. If Im ever in the area in a similar situation I wont hesitate to give them another call. I highly recommend this company to anybody in need and desiring a quick and professional service.

Folks at this company are my heroes. On interstate 90, we were towing a 43 foot, 5th wheel, RV with a big Chevy Silverado dually. Truck engine lost power and stopped after big bang. AAA wouldnt help because we had 3 axles..too big. Vista arrived in less than 30 minutes. The guys knew a lot about RVs and got us unhooked, hooked up to their truck, and got us safely to Chevy dealer. The woman on the phone I first talked to was great. She understood I was stressed and reassured me they would rescue us, and they did!!! Great price too!!

I have used quite afew tow services in multiple states and these guys are by far the the worst. Stay away! Call Patriot Towing they are #1 in Moses Lake area

I just saw the most wonderful thing that one of your employees did. During 5:00 rush hour while your employee was probably on his way home, a fellow driver behind him ran out of gas. The driver got out, looked at his rig. In that instant, your employee figured out something was wrong, flipped on his lights, and proceeded to give that driver enough gas to turn his car on and make it to the nearest gas station. WELL DONE, SIR. Well done.

Abysmal customer service - this company refused to work with us because they couldnt make exceptions to nonsense policies to help a paying customer in need of service. Luckily, after briefly searching the competition, there are cheaper options nearby. This company should be your absolute last choice if you need a tow in Moses Lake.

They had ridiculous prices, they were rude and they charged 30 dollars more for using debt. Worst experience I️ have ever had and do not recommend anyone to use their services.

The person I talked to on the phone was rude and unaccommodating. Because of extenuating circumstances, I hoped to pay for a tow over the phone. Apparently, this request was too complicated for them to handle, leaving us stranded without a tow. A tow company whos not willing to work with people in emergencies is completely pointless.

They give you a go around instead of giving straight answers. On the weekends to get anything from your car would cost you $90 out of your own pocket for 5 minutes of their time. Also if you over the age of 21 you cantake get anything out of the car even IF you were the one driving. The lady was very rude on the phone and they charge ridiculous prices. I would not recommend them.

Last week I was on my way to Spokane to a teacher conference when my Jeep overheated on I-90. I live in Edmonds so I was a long way from home. It was getting dark when your tow truck driver, Travis, showed up and towed me all the way to Spokane. He brought my car to the repair shop and then dropped me at the hotel that I was staying at. By that time it was 11:30pm and I was exhausted. Thank you Travis!!!

I had pre-scheduled a pick up of my vehicle that was disabled in town to be towed to the local dealership 4 miles away. The vehicle was scheduled for pickup at 850am and supposed to be delivered by 930am to dealership. When I talked to the dealer they said they had not received my truck. I then called avista who then explained that they had a priority call they had to take and they only had one driver. When asked why no one called me the woman apologized and said when he was done my truck would be delivered. My truck didnt not reach the dealership until 1130 am and off the truck by 1145am in which the keys were handed to the dealership. The professional thing to do wouldve been to call the Roadside assistance line, the dealership, and/or me to let me know. If the call was going to take longer then you shouldve asked another tow company to take the call. This was completely unprofessional and did not expect this from Avista towing. I am very disappointed.

My insurance company always calls this company when I need roadside assistance (seriously, 3 dead batteries in the last few years...ugh haha!). They always show up quickly, their employees are always super friendly, and there are never any hiccups with paperwork or billing.

Terrible service. Over an hour later than estimated time.
