You can’t get thru on the phone, it’s leave message and get call back. Terrible customer service, they don’t care about helping you. Very rude Lucy sitting at her desk yelling at me at front counter, Lauren rude in phone. Need some customer service training. Get away with it since they are only one in town now. Used to be good few years ago.

I showed up in Moses Lake with my C-Pap machine and realized that I forgot my power cord. Sleepless first night was rough. I showed up at Norco early the next morning and was greeted by Ranae the respiratory therapist. She was fantastic and got me the power cord I needed for my machine She let me borrow the power cord. I went home, took a nap and that night was back to my very restful sleep. Thank you Ranae you saved me from having to cut my trip short. Very friendly and helpful group of people.

Thank you Mia for going out of your way to my chair approved and staying late even when you closed at 5pm to ensure I got my chair approved! I appreciate all the hard work you did to get me approved as fast as you do!

I have no idea why this place has so many negative reviews. The folks at this location bent over BACKWARDS for me on more than one occasion. Walk in, smile at the clerk, act like an adult, and you will be treated very well.

I am so disappointed and infuriated by the customer service at this location. Each time my family and I have gone into this store, we have been treated like a nuisance by the girls working the front counter. The first experience we had, the lady would not let my grandfather talk or ask questions and would get incredibly annoyed when he would ask her to clear things up so he could better understand (he is hard of hearing). She hardly made eye contact and was very cold. The next terrible experience occurred when my mother went in to pick up a concentrator for my grandfather and the girls at the front did not even address my mom, who stood at the counter waiting before finally asking for help. They treated her so poorly and she left with the machine for him to discover at 8 p.m. that they had not given her any of the cords for the machine to be used. Today (9/4/19), my mother went in again to pick up a machine for him. The girls got angry at her for interrupting their conversation and then told her that nothing was ready for her. My mother returned later to pick up the machine and AGAIN, we were given equipment that was not ready for use. The machine wasnt working and completely died this evening. I do not know if the ladies at the front do not understand how to properly check this equipment but oxygen is literally a life or death situation and when you are sending someone without the proper means to breathe, it is beyond frustrating. The only positive experience we have had with this location is your after-hours employees. Emmett was our first after-hours help when we did not receive the cords and Ty was the one who came this evening. Both gentleman went above and beyond in overall service including speaking directly to my grandfather kindly and even taking the time to make sure that all the equipment worked properly before leaving. These men should absolutely get a raise and some sort of incredible recognition. Thank you Ty and Emmett-you are amazing! From the other reviews on this page about this location, I would highly advise for management or the company to make employee changes when it comes to your front desk people. I have worked in customer service for 8 years-It is not always fun, but taking it out on your customers is definitely not the route to take whatsoever. Please take the time to train your employees on customer service or please replace them with someone who is more caring, respectful and kind.

My son with cerebral palsy received a motorized wheelchair from Norco in Moses Lake five years ago. This was the absolute worst chair he had ever had. Even though we live 3 hours away, they assured me they would service the chair at my home. They had to do that many many times because they could never get the chair to fit him right and parts kept breaking, or the technician didn’t know what he was doing. The seat of the chair was held on with Velcro, for God’s sake. No bolts!!!! After three years they refused to honor their contract and would not service the chair anymore, so I have been stuck for two years until Medicare would pay for a new one. The chair is being held together by duct tape, zip ties, bungi cords, anything I could think of until his new chair is ready through Bellevue Healthcare in Wenatchee. They couldn’t believe the condition his chair is in and that Norco refused to fix it. Do not use this company!!! Stuart and his team need to learn about customer service and train their employees about rudeness.

If I could give NO star and write a review I would. Been in business for over 18 yrs and in the last few yrs theres been nothing but problem. Filed prescriptions and paperwork wrong and many other mess ups on their part. They didnt keep records of. Left machines for months at a time without even knowing and took them many weeks to come for one. The one to top it off happened today.... they brought over an oxygen machine, 3rd one in the last couple of months and it had a strong odor of cigarette smoke. Now I know youre not supposed to smoke while on or near the oxygen tank but people do do it. The filters on it even smelled bad. Wonder what your policy is when a machine gets returned to Norco. Do you check them? How could you not smell it! I dont think they washed or changed the filters. It was gross. Not acceptable for our AFH. Rant over.

Beyond disappointed with norco of moses lake, my dad was in a car accident in November 2018 was finally released from the hospital in February 2019. The order for his wheel chair was put in to them in January 2019, we just received his wheel chair April 17th 2019. The wheel chair was not the wheelchair he was supposed to get. It is much smaller than the wheelchair we were told he was getting and he weighs more than the big sticker on the wheelchair says it holds by approximately 76lbs. They had all of his information including his height and weight! What company brings a patient a wheelchair that says its max weight is a certain amount yet the patient weighs 76lbs more than the max weight????? My father has absolutely no use of his legs! What would have happened if I hadnt noticed the sticker on the wheelchair stating the max weight limit and my dad was in that wheel chair and it gave out or broke? He can not get himself off the ground!!!! We rely on companys like this to ensure we have a safe way to get our loved ones around! How can we rely on a company that obviously does not pay attention to the information of the patient and just delivers something that can possible injure them worse???? Completely disgusted with Norco of Moses Lake!!!!

Walked into norco today with an Rx for my daughter. The girl at the front counter don’t have a name for her but she was a blonde girl the only one there was to busy on talking on her cell phone to help me. There was a gentalman there that came to ask me if I needed help. I told him I needed to drop off my rx and he went into the office that’s close to the counter to ask the other girl that was there if she could help me. Which she said she would but was finishing up a “work call” because you could clear hear she was taking to a customer. Once the blonde girl got off her cell phone she came to ask me if I needed help but I told her I was already being helped even though I was still waiting for the dark haired girl to finish up here call. Im not here to bash norco on their customer service because once the other girl finished her call she came right over to help me and was very nice. If you could reach out to the norco here in Moses lake and tell them maybe to tell the girl at the front counter that her cell phone is not more important than the customer at the counter that would make the customer a lot happier and maybe want to return to norco.

Ive been a customer for the past seven years at this specific store. Your other branches are much more efficient at keeping long term employees. The turn over rate at this location has been horrendous within the last few years and it is affecting your customers to say the least. Very, very disappointing. Ive recently moved my business to the Wenatchee branch, regardless that is an hour further away. Ive never witnessed such high turn over at any other business in Moses Lake. This is not normal. Perhaps its time to start looking into the issue and determine whether its a poor management issue. Ive worked in upper management for the last 15 years and as a rule of thumb when multiple people are quitting and/or getting fired in such a short period of time it typically reflects the store manager or management at this location. The reviews of this store compared to Wenatchee speak for itself. Its funny because like Estefanis review below, I too have felt the high school like atmosphere that is let off when walking through the doors here. At times when super busy you can see the store manager in her back office sitting on her cell phone texting instead of helping employees when they desperately need it. I know this is a specific store issue, which is why I have personally chosen to stick with Norco but use a different branch entirely. To anyone needing a new location Wenatchee is great.

Went in there to get a brace for my leg . When I got into the store all the women were in an office looking at magazines and gossiping No one bothered to ask me if I needed any help or came out on there own. I had to ask them if anyone was working. Then I get my leg measured and they didnt have my size in stock so i had to wait a week without any type of support for my knee. Then I get my brace in and ya know what the twit that measured my leg ordered the wrong size . She didnt even bother to write down my measures. Also while in the middle of helping me the chick stopped to talk to some dude that showed up after me didnt say Ill be with you shortly or could you wait while I helped him nothing. Total lck of customer care. Everyone wanted to start working once the men started showing up. Smh place totally sucks Id give them a zero if I could.
