As of summer 2020 Pro Rentals recieved there 3rd new manager within I believe a year. The past 2 managers while nice when face to face had no management skills, people skills, or any knowing of how to run a rental company. In 2018 and 2019 I had called months in advance to get my name on one of there air compressors for sprinkler blowout season in the fall. Both years I went in on the Morning I was suppose to pick up the compressor to find out that they did have my reservations and all compressors were rented out to other people! 3 months in advanced I called, I had over 200 customers counting on me to provide a service Ive been providing for years.With Pro rentals having the nicest and newest equipment around I was determined to stay with them for the next year but this time it was gonna be different. I called again about 3 months in advance. The guy took all my information down and I was set to come pick up compressor in October. Instead of taking his word for it I periodically called about once every month to make sure they still had me on that list. Everytime I called it was the same guy telling me your on the list, I put you in the system, we have new management that has taught us how to input the info into the computers correctly. For me it felt like things were different this time. More structure, better management, skilled employees that knew how to do there job correctly. So a couple days before my date to go back in and get the compressor I get a call from Jared new manager letting me know that the customer before me that was suppose to bring back the compressor hasn’t and won’t answer his phone. My first thought was how stupid am I!? To go with the same company that did the same thing two years in a row prior is doing it to me again! I had messaged him letting him know how my time with pro rentals has gone and how this happens every single year. He told me “ I’m sorry this is happening and I’ll do everything I can to make this right”! I thought I’ll believe that when I see it. So a couple days went by, I’m now a day late from starting on my 2020 blowout season and he gives me a call telling me the compressor still hasn’t come back so I’ll call around and see what I can find. Every single compressor and company that had compressors that they could find in the state of Washington was either rented out or not available except for 1. It was over 5 hours away my Washington states capital. You know what he did? Out of his own day and night he went over to where this compressor was, picked it up himself and brought it back to have for me that next day! I’ve never had someone go that far out of there way to make something that was out of there hands completely and make it right. Not only does Pro Rentals have my business, but they have my respect. Thank you to Jared and there staff for turning Pro Rentals in Moses Lake Washington into a rental company we need in the area. They are the least expensive on most equipment and the best at taking care of there equipment. They have top notch customer service and they know what they’re doing. Thank you Jared for going above and beyond to get me what I needed. I appreciate you and I respect you and as long as your in Moses Lake you’ll always have my business.

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and hygiene displayed at this store. I went in with my fiancé to rent some equipment to assist with renovations I am doing on my property, and decided to try out this business primarily because the prices seemed fairly competitive and the equipment seemed to be in good condition. Everything was going fairly well however a tall man with a beard went to go and check him out and I realized he was actually chewing tobacco WHILE on the job. This is something that I find pretty gross and not okay. While processing the transaction and doing the necessary paperwork he kept bending down to spit into what I hope was a bottle and not on the floor or anything. Anyways the first sentence pretty much said it all but I will most certainly be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Especailly with all the news this week about the virus going around I dont feel this is acceptable or sanitary.
Stuff is new and always works well for me. Prices are a little higher but the equipment is new and not all beat up. Staff is helpful but wish they knew how to operate some of the equipment. I was told the manual is in the machine, but it worked.
I have been using united rentals for around 10 years now for all my big projects. I know Pro rentals is new to town so I gave them a call to see what their prices were like. I spoke with Daryl about a 5K Reach Fork Lift, and another gentleman about a Scissor Lift and Skid Steer. These guys know what they are doing when it comes to service. I would fully recommend Pro Rentals for anyone. They have great staff, great equipment, and great prices. And they are always looking out for their customers. I am looking forward to doing business here.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I rented an excavator for a week that broke down multiple times and the service was horrible. Lost days of work due to break downs when I requested the manager make it right they lent me an excavator for two days lost but charged me for the two days. When I complained about it the company refunded me the two days but canceled my account. I guess when you let Pro Rentals take advantage of you your allowed to have a rental account. Avoid this place use other rental places in town.
