Mask police at this ACE: Went in earlier today about the same time as an elderly man, about my grandpas age, who was not wearing a mask nor asked to put one on. I thought “cool, ace isn’t enforcing the mask thing.” Went in a couple hours later because I forgot something on my first trip and did not wear a mask nor bring one. The same employees from earlier asked me to put the mask they gave me on, I did not, they said I had to leave if I did not put the mask on so I left and will not be back.Seems like they pick and choose who has to wear masks. The elderly man who is technically “at risk” doesn’t have to wear a mask but a 29 year old in good health and at little-to-no risk has to wear a mask, makes perfect sense🤔 You’ll find me and my buddies at Lowe’s from now on.

Ace usually stocks items that are not common stock elsewhere. The customer service is excellent. I was looking for a part for my camper, and Aces online inventory showed it in stock. I go to the store, show the picture to someone in a red vest and he leads me straight to it. I need other items to finish the job, and he takes me to where those items are too. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and that saved time means something when you are working a project. Im checking Ace first next time.

Look on the Ace to see if they provide a service and then get to the store and they stand around slaw jawed not knowing how to.

I needed some parts for a new toilet that was being put in, and as usual Ace took great care to get exactly what I needed.

Walked in and some guy Juan was at the register. No smiles and rude . Seemed to be having a bad day. Honestly keep it away from the customers. Must not be trained in customer service. Felt like he didnt want nobody there . Been coming here for years. Next time I think I will just leave if I see him on the register.

They thought we where trying to steal stuff. they looked tired it was right before closing but was very rude and unprofessional so I will never go to this ace hardware ever again. but theres always the chance the 2 people working had a bad day or problems with other customers before closing so ill give them a second chance before completely downgrading the rating

The store is your standard Ace, but Dillan has way too much attitude to be working around customers. Don’t let him keep driving away business, better get him some training with people skills. When I called him out for snapping at me he thought it was funny. I’ll shop at Lowe’s from now on.

Needed a hard to find set screw to attach shower handle to fixture. They had them! Thought I would have to go to supply house to find one. Your NEVER going to find that at Depot!

Prices are a little high, but they usually have what you need.

I visit this ace frequently as always im helped by a younger supervisor. He is efficient in locating items that i request. While having a friendly and helpful demeanor. If you need help i highly recommend you ask him.

I am appalled By the way your store clerks talk to the elderly about wearing a face mask Most of them have health issues in are unable to wear a mask and this woman was kicked out of your store because of it you should be ashamed of yourselves.....

Purchased a gas can and the very next day I got a coupon card for $5 off any retail purchase. I thought I could go in and have it applied but I was basically told too bad, that is how the system works! I would have simply returned it but already filled with gas.I have shopped at Ace Hardware stores for over 40 years. I always go to them first to support LOCAL OWNED business but this is the last time I will walk through the doors!I dont know about you but I spent 40 years in business and would NEVER let a customer walk over $5? Tells me they dont need local support!

Cant find it anywhere else? Go here. 9 times out of 10 they will have it. I shopped all over looking for an old fashioned flat green soaker sprinkler. Ace had it. Thank you Ace for thinking about the customer.

This place is great with a very helpful staff.

They try to get you in the store with the $5 off coupons or other promos they mail out but there are so many restrictions on using the coupons or promos; cannot use on BOGO items which is not listed on exculsions list but they say its a sale item which is excluded. They would rather lose business than take off the $5. Its not about the $5 but the princple. Our previous ACE store which was located in another state would always honor what they sent out even when there were exclusions. Their store was always full because customers felt valued.

Stay away from this Ace Harware store. After this new store opened, it went down the hill. Yesterday I filled out a form, given by the young supervisor/Associate to have a snowblower holded for us. I even told them that I live in othello and we can pick it up in the morning. I was gonna pay for it but I forgot my credit card. Their were nice and the young guy promised me that it will be there tomorrow. We woke up early today, after my husband worked until midnight last night, to pick up our snowblower, when we were told by the Supervisor/Associate that their are sold out including the one I signed the form for. Their didnt even had the courtesy to call us or anything. Plus their didnt even apologize or anything. I am so upset. Just keep a watch on those guys, especially the young guy working there. Thank you everyone.
