Hi I own a lawn care service locally and I have been shopping with Rathbone sales for 4 years now I bought a couple lawn mowers off them and other pieces of equipment like string trimmers Etc last year and this year I have noticed that people have warned me about what their customer service! But Ive never had them work on any of my stuff but last year I decided to allow them to, and they charge $90 an hour which is understandable theyre working on engines and thats the going rate now, so I agree to pay that for a full diagnostic on the vibration that is happening with my lawn mower I also wanted them to run a Diagnostics on the hydrostatic transmission and make sure that they are working properly and fix the slipping issue and when I got the mower back all of the vibrations were there and so was slipping but to be honest I never brought it up to them I just fix it myself. also last but not least this year I decided to take it in and have them run the same type of Diagnostics that I requested last year fast forward to the end when I picked up the mower it was still vibrating in fact it was vibrating and slipping worse so I contacted them and I brought this up to them and I told them that even the hydrostatic transmissions are Worse and I ask them did they ever find out what was wrong with it and they said the same thing we just tighten some belts and adjusted some pulleys so I contacted the owner and brought it to his attention the customer service that I experienced at his business and the services that I requested that I did not receive, i figured I would get some were with him, well i didnt, he read the message and he never replied I would highly recommend that you guys go somewhere else for any of your lawn care or Bad Boy lawn mower needs or just simply Small Engine maintenance they do not know what they doing up there and they do not care to try and make it right after you bring the problem up to them it just hurts me because I actually like shopping locally but now I have to travel just to get the proper service that I am looking for! SS equipment is a bad boy dealer and they will take care of you the right way! Theyre in othello and Quincy!

Horrible customer service all they care about is their money and they have no respect for customers that have a problem with their service they hate being told they are wrong when in fact they were. Someone ik called to point out what was wrong and they literally told him to shut up bc he was explaining whats wrong then told him to go somewhere else

I had no idea they had so many tractors from small hobby farm tractors and Honda walk behind mowers to hay bailers as well as trimmers and chainsaws. They also service all those and more and have irrigation solutions. Great visit
