They arrived when they said they would and replaced our large picture window. Very professional and excellent job

Columbia Glass did such a excellent job installing 8 windows into our older home! Such an upgrade! The 2 installers did such a great job and didn’t leave any mess for me to have to clean.

They installed our front doors but had to do it 3 times because they couldnt get the threshold level. Then they used fixall instead of the proper concrete materials. Its leaked now for years but they will not fix it. They will not return calls. BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We absolutely love our new sliding back door! Columbia Glass had a hard time getting us scheduled for install but they made it happen. They were very responsive and super easy to work with. Thank you!

I am so impressed by this company, and their crew. Ive lost count ofall the windows in my home that they have replaced but around 25. They stand behind their work, and do everything to please the customer. Along with all the windows, went shades too. Brittney rocks. Im sorry guys, Ive run out of windows for you, but dont worry, have equally as many doors so well be seeing ya!

Columbia Glass recently installed UV filtering blinds in my skin revision studio. Brittany was very professional and courteous. She did a great job installing as well. I’m very happy with the coziness my studio reception area now has.

I had a representative come out and measure with a promise to send an estimate the next day. 8 weeks and multiple calls later I still have no estimate and no windows. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, and then realized they must not need my business.

Never have I written a review...until today. I am so disappointed with Columbia Glass. Fifteen years ago we built a home and ordered our windows through them. At that time they were wonderful to work with and always polite and prompt. Never was there an issue. This time around it has been one issue after another. I continually had to call to find out what was going on. They are terrible at returning phone calls. Our screen door was lost. Our order never got placed and apparently was lost, so another visit from them to take measurements a second time with a promise it would be done by the end of the year. NOPE! Again, I had to call. Then I receive an unitemized statement, promptly after service I might add. It took a couple weeks to get an itemized statement. Shouldnt that be a press of a button? A very frustrating ten months later I finally have the glass replaced in a window, two new window screens, a new screen door (since they lost the original), and an itemized bill! I do not recommend this business and will alert as many as I can to take their business elsewhere.

We have been consumers for many years and have had many experiences with different companies. Our transactions with these guys have been far and away the worst. We are over a year out from our original order and we STILL do not have the proper window for our house. They have made 7 attempts to get our window installed and all have not fit except the one we are stuck with in the picture. And it finally Fits, but it doesn’t match and looks like trash. Please see my photo as an example of their work. Two months ago they said, “ oh your window is in. We will call next week to install.” Never called...which is par for the course with these guys. We decided to wait and see if they’d ever call. Crickets. Looks like they couldn’t care less about our transaction. If we had a dime for every time they said, “ we’ll call you “ we’d be millionaires. Don’t be fooled by the post about new ownership. We have worked with both and there is no difference. The other reviews say the same thing. You’ll have to badger them to get your work done. If they can even do it properly at all.

Called to replace a broken window. Price seemed reasonable. They said they would need to confirm the measurements and order the glass. Someone came over the same day for the measurements. Over a week later we had not heard anything from them, so I called. The person answering the phone had no idea what was going on and could only see that we had been given a quote. He promised to call back the next day after talking to someone else about it. They called very early the next morning (waking my wife up) to say that the glass would probably be in the next day and they could probably install it the day after that. Three days pass, so I call them again. I ask what is going on and why I havent been contacted, and woman on the phone (sounding irritated) gave me a bunch of I dont knows and said someone would come by sometime later. A couple of hours later, she called back and said their guy would be by in 20 minutes. The install was quick and well done, the guy was friendly. Thats why they get an extra star. The communication and customer service over the phone was pretty bad. Was expecting them one day, they came another, and only after I had to remind them a couple of times that I still existed. Would not recommend or use again.

We received our bid from Columbia glass, Lowe’s and Home Depot. Columbia glass came in at a good price for us. They arrived when they said they would, finished when they said they would. Jim and Marcos were so pleasant to work with. I needed a new shower door with a very quick turn around time. They were able to have it installed in just a couple of days. Ive also ordered blinds from them and have been very satisfied with their service.

NEVER again will we shop here. Had one small order (after buying and paying for a whole houseful of windows) and they gave us the runaround--they never did complete the order. And the owner was sitting on his fat --- in his office, smirking.We went where we were appreciated.

I would give zero if it was an option. I purchased a house that was suppose to be service before I moved in and they made it out one time with the wrong window. I have had to call repeatedly for who are you or the scheduler is busy. I am still waiting weeks after the window was suppose to be done on May 3nd.
