The Moses Lake store is always so nice and clean. Floor associates always working, but two electonics associates (men) were gossiping by the iPhones while a female associate helped the customers who needed it.

A great place to pretty much get everything you need all in one stop!

3 employees standing around jaw jacking at self check out near hair salon refusing to help at self check out. When you need to find an item, cant ever find anyone on the floor unless its late at night or early am- employee wise. Tired of being harassed by this short old red or blonde haired lady, Everytime in there too shop she has to make a point of discriminating against my autistic young child. Then harasses me when Im there alone. She needs to be fired!

Crowded and hard to get around in the store. Should be open 24 hours to better serve this area.

Asked every employee I could find to open a single case. They said it over the intercom 3 times, I called the actual Walmart and asked twice. An hour and a half later finally someone came and helped and they were insanely rude as if I was bothering them.This is what set it off for me to finally post a bad review but other than this they never have anything in stock and there is constantly things from shelves on the floor.Honestly wish we had a target or Fred Meyer here. Then there would actually be a bar set. I’d prefer to drive the extra distance to Ephrata and have better service.

Compared to other Walmarts. This locations medium in size. It has around 18 self check outs. The self check out staff are friendly and helpful Ive never had a bad experience with the assistance theyve offered. The downside to this Walmart is theres so many people who go to this location the food section is usually rummaged through leaving the shelves half empty.

Great for a quick trip to get some apples and a couple of things in the pharmacy so same old same old Walmart

Only about four apple varieties, and their charging people for bags, but otherwise seemed pretty decent.

Self check out good lord knows its busy and trying to keep a eye on everyone but lets try and use a little patience for some some have personal issues that make it a little tough but doing the best we can would be nice if you would put the same attitude towards all of us....have a good day

Im in the road right now and stopped at Walmart for some supplies. I found the store quite clean and fairly orderly. That is what I expect from past experiences at the companys stores throughout my past travels. Also, I easily found what I sought and the prices were as expected too. So... three stars for delivering what I expected. When Im pleasantly surprised added stars are earned. When Im disappointed, stars are lost. No surprises, good or bad, so three stars.

Always enjoy shopping at Walmart. Had to use pharmacy and the service is always good.

I do almost all my shopping here. Employees are always kind. Just wishing Biden, Inslee, and the virus would just disappear so the shelves will be full, and the people can go maskless, and everyone can go back to work.

Found everything we needed. We were in our Motorhome, and they even provide parking while we ran in and shopped !!

Wal mart! Busy store. Demanding attention, great crew with many efforts to perform and connect daily! The location is great! Awesome families in and out! Products are many and various types. Save money and live better!

I am from a different state and forgot my prescription at home (oops...). The pharmacy at the Moses Lake Walmart Supercenter was AMAZING! Due to conflicting insurances from Idaho to Washington, my insurance was not going to cover it. The immunization technician Rochelle bent over backwards to get a one time override so I could have my medication. I am extremely grateful for the effort that was given to help me. This kind of customer service is above and beyond anything Ive experienced anywhere. I cant say enough good about this pharmacy. Thank you so much!

This is my main store that I go shopping at. I love Wal - Mart

Its wal-mart; however, this one is particularly gross. There is zero enforcement for any mask mandate here, so if you hate the mask I guess thats a plus. Gross people, croupy-coughing children, folks with zero consideration for space just cutting people off like wild animals on their way to buy some cheap stuff. Its a Wal-Mart. You get what you expect to from this place.

Great place to shop for everyone that lives in the area. The employees are kind and more than happy to help when help is needed.

I can only speak about my pharmacy experience since Im from out of town, Richard was above and beyond so helpful in what we needed.Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful when we were visiting! Five stars all around for the pharmacy department.

Showed up to Walmart 6 minutes before closing to grab bananas and strawberries from produce in the front. To be denied admission because the guardian of the door deemed my purchase unimportant and said I could wait for that til the morning. Absolute disappointment and I would have liked to give him a piece of my mind seeing as how he does not deem what is and is not an important purchase. Middle finger to you bud.

Where I go, to get everything from groceries, to household supplies, clothing, gardening needs and medicines!! If I need they got it!! Its my store! And my pay check!! 😉🤣 no, I dont work here.

Store has an uncomfortable vibe from the security people, either that or moses lake has alot of creeps lurking and stalking people very noticably. The lake being right out thru an access at the store parking lots rear is cool . A guy can park and walk 2 minutes to moses lakes shore & or tressel to fish a few dozen casts while his wife shops . Staying overnight while traveling is ok and again a real cheap place to fish ; local people frequent the lake area and do camp there as you may notice but they are friendly and casual to that enviorment. Most enjoy that particular area in the warmer months for the same reason you will. Location ! Since there is not any public safety issues id credit this to be a 10 for adults but any minors should be accompanied by an adult responsibly .

Ordered ahead and bobtailed to the pick up area so easy in and park. They brought it right out to us and then easy back out. Awesome!! Very friendly folks too.

Always super crowded, but its Walmart so thats to be expected. Most people were still wearing masks so I wasnt too freaked out. Not sure how they plan on differentiating between the people who are vaccinated and those who are not?!

This is one of the dirtiest WalMart s I have been in. Poorly stocked shelves. Some of the isles looked like a bomb had gone off in them. What a mess.

The Moses Lake Wal-Mart is huge! Way more to choose from in every department. Lots of employees that are happy to help. Prices are a little spendy depending on what your getting. I cant wait to go back.

My husband and I visited Ellensburg and we lucked out when we found Buzz Inn! The steak was tender and juicy, and the sides were generous and delicious. We both got the ribeye steaks and prawns and thoroughly enjoyed our meals! I have no photos to share because I ate it ALL up!

Well they are not perfect my orders are kinda messed up on a regualar honestly but with a simple phone call to customer service. I got all my money back in a timely manner today actually got like 4 fishing lures for free and a full refund i thought that was exceptional and i will continue to promote your bissness and continue being a great customer to u guys i love wall mart freat prices im going to need to pass out for a min

Too many kids left alone without parents. They let them run around touching everything and they are in your way. Cashiers are so slow..People want in and out fast! Needs lots of improvement.

Walmart is Walmart wherever in the USA you go. This walmart has a discount section that I like to check out, not sure if all of them have that. Also, They always carry an awesome holiday section and back to school sale that i dont like to miss, and no one should its pretty awesome. I could do without having to interact with some of the weird staff at times but everyone needs a job, even weirdos. So its worth it to get the deals.

Its getting better. Apparently theyve decided to teach their employees about customer service and its working. Ive met some very helpful people at the Moses Lake Walmart store and Im very pleased. There was a point that I wasnt going to continue shopping there unless absolutely necessary. In a small town, its necessary.

They only have to check out lanes open in the mornings. Theres no bags to put your produces in or no ties to tie the bags off with. Theres 4 walmart employees to a isle with only 1 of those employees actually doing the work. The other 3 are just standing in the way . Avoid this walmart and go to winco or safeway. You will still save time driving across town back and forth and going to 3 different stores .

I can get pretty much whatever I need here. Most of the Staff are chill and just get the stuff the need done, done. Some are not super friend but luckily you have self check out so for people like me who have anxiety and just wanna check out and go, they can. Ki enjoy going super early in the am when it isnt packed otherwise expect there to be a lot of people.

Although I get extreme anxiety in any Walmart, I still love this store! Always have what Im looking for!

This Walmart has been terrible several times in a row, I could never come to think of a time when I had a positive experience there. Now I never want to go there again. So here is a list of bad experiences I’ve had there. Pharmacy and customer service lines are around 15 minute long wait and there is also no customer service when you are inside shopping in the store. My friend got a subway sandwich there and the meatballs turned out to be rotten. I decided to give them a second chance, I’m unemployed so I wanted to work there to get a start. Once I’m there, they tell me I’m hired and yet do not give me a start date. I wait for a week thinking that I’ll get a job if I’m patient. They lie to me again and say the following week I’ll get a job and it doesn’t happen. In that following week, they finally are honest and tell me I have no job after lying to me of course, to get my hopes up. I will never work or shop here again, this place disgusts me!!!

No enforcement of mask wearing (greaters just letting people walk past without masks and not even trying to hand one time use masks out).Purchased a set of sheets, only to open them up and see that they had previously been sold and returned... And burnt + covered in ash.

Always the goto place. I wish the drive up delivery reverted back to CASH clients. Nowadays every lazy bum with food stamps reserves the spaces and clients that WORK for food, who should get some privilege, are buried behind 69% of the free-food group.

It was right on the mark I like using Google maps they really got their stuff together theyre totally cool it took me rate straight to the Walmart I give them an A+

I was told over the phone that I could pick up an order inside. I went in and signed in at the kiosk. After waiting for over 10 minutes, I was able to get someones attention. When an associate finally came over, she said I couldnt pick up onside and would have to get in my vehicle and move to a pickup point in the parking lot. After about 15 more minutes I was able to gety merchandise.
