We went in and picked out the carpet we wanted. The salesperson waiting on us said they would let us know when they could get someone out to measure room for us...3 weeks later and still no call.

We got our floor put in with this company they were great. We hope to finish with our bedrooms and master bath done this year. The installers where awesome they did it all in one day. We were so excited with the results.

At first the customer service was great. After bought our material and wanted more, the customer service went down the gutter!! Promises were not fulfilled and after we were told that they could order us more (after we already bought all that they had) they wouldnt return calls or check other stores, after they promised to do so. After 3 days of hassling with them, I had to call around on my own to locate more flooring. Very disappointed and should have just gone to Home Depot or Lowes. Will make sure I do next time.

Wouldn’t recommend going here. For one they gave us wrong material even when they had the sample out in front of them and couldn’t even explain the prices of tiles vs jolly’s to us!
