They ground up my brisket, gave me half a leg bone and called it roast, destroyed the prime rib, and gave me odd cuts. And the normal cuts were odd too. Some cuts were uneven. And they charged me over a hundred more than my friends said I should have been charged. Never again. I wouldnt trust this place. And I felt they shorted me meat. I had a whole cow go in and didnt get a whole cow back.

Very unhappy ordered no more than 15 pounds of hamburger and got 61 pounds. No brisket that was ordered no stew meat and only 2 small packages of fajita meat. Butcher said to look online at what cuts you-can get. Have never been told this from previous butcher. I have home grown beef so I get the cuts I want. I got what he gave us. I am irritated. Over $900 spent for the beef and cut and wrap and he says 40% is waste and apparently telling him how you want it cut meant nothing.

Ordered a half beef. recieved 96 lbs of hamburger and 63 lbs of various other cuts. the amount of hamburger is way out of proportion to the other cuts. I was ripped off. dont have them cut your meat. It seems like they are stealing your best cuts
