One of Moses Lakes outdoor enthusiasts haven. From hunting to hiking to boating or just beaching... This place almost have them all.Staf are very helpful and accomodating.Whether you are just checking out some stuff for your outdoor needs or comparing price or products, it is worth your time dropping here.Those whoe are travelling from I-90, it is a very short drive going here. If you get disappointed, which I doubt, there are some local foodies around town to try on and calm you. Not related to your outdoor needs, but hey, make the most of your visit to Moses Lake.

On my way to Seattle I stopped to look at your Brooks walking shoes. Unfortunately, the one I liked wasnt in my size. The employee that helped me, Lora, was very helpful. She showed me the Hoka line which were great, but I decided to wait for the shoes I wanted. She went the extra mile for me. So proud of your customer service! Any trip I take to the coast, Ill be stopping! Good job!

I went in looking for something specific. The lady at the counter was very helpful in finding what I needed and I was out in least than 20 minutes. To me that is a successful shopping trip!

The guy in sportings goods was very nice. No 9mm ammo.

I dig that there is a homebrew section. Its not the most stocked on yeast selection, but it does have a variety of stuff for cheese making, beer making and wine making. The rest of the store seems pretty nice and clean too. Great selection. I noticed that they rent out equipment too, which seems awesome and Ill definitely do that some other time.

They have a friendly staff that is helpful and knowledgeable. Good selection of quality shoes and clothing at a good price. Also this is a good place to get a discovery pass or fishing/hunting licensing.

Awesome store! Great selection of outdoor-ish stuff; clothing, gear, fishing, hunting and water sports, shoes and more! I originally visited this store with my sister to find a good pair of shoes for an overseas trip but I ended up exploring the store while she tried on shoes. The store didnt have the size she needed in the style she chose so they ordered the correct size and we picked it up a few days later. The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful and the whole outing was a good experience.

Friendly staff, no hassles, glad I got ammo when I did. Sportsmens didnt have the gun I wanted, but Tri-State pulled through and got me exactly what I wanted.Hopefully in the near future Tri-State will carry my product in there stores for all of you enthusiast to enjoy. And all the people complaining about high prices you do realise they price match another brick and mortar stores prices oh and they have great prices on hunting gear after hunting season

Being a 15 year customer of Tri-State I have purchased a lot from them. They have high quality equipment and a nice firearms selection. I moved years ago and but still call them when trying to find high-end hard to find items. This is where Fred the assistant manager came in. He took the time to locate the item I wanted, walk me through it on the phone and facilitate packing and shipping my item to me across the state. Tri-State has always had amazing cutomer service but I was Blow away by the service I received! Item was better than discribed and shipped FAST. A week later Fred even called me to make sure I had received my item and was happy with it. Never in my life has anyone ever taken the time to do this and boy was I happy. If Fred had his own store I would shop there, but I am happy to say he works at my favorite hometown Outfitter!

This place is not discount, just another high - priced mucky-muck store. In Moses Lake trying to buy a pair of shoes. Ross wiped out. Payless closed. Either this place, or Walmart. Or go to Tri-Cities.

Decent little sports store .....

Good selection of low to mid to high quality. All around great store to get anything you need for the great outdoors. Prices are fair and the clearance clothing racks are a steal!

I love Tri State store! Im an outdoor enthusiast and they have everything I need there. Camping, shooting, clothes, whatever. Prices are good too and they will price match any other legitimate purchase price from other stores. The people are friendly and know their products. So, when I dont quite know what I want they are very helpful at helping me decide, based on product knowledge. Also, they remember my name. That alone makes a difference to me.

Very Nice Store, but they did have the North Face winter jacket i was looking for.

I have always heard how great the area is for fishing especially bass fishing so a friend and I drove to the area to check it out. Tried a few spots but not even a bite. We drove over a 100 miles to get there and we wanted to make the most of are time so we head to Tri-State Outfitters for some tackle and hoping to get some info on where would be a good general area to start. They have a really great selection of fishing tackle didnt look at anything else. There customer se< no problem staying 15 feet away following us around but wouldnt help find what I was looking for. I finally found some line stood in line at the register for 14 minutes waiting for someone to come ring everyone up while a employee stood at the sporting goods counter and watched the line grow finally at the 14 minute mark she decided to come get everyone checked out. It was disappointing that staff wasnt helpful with anything especially directions on where to fish.

I personally love this store. If you are an outdoorsman, this is your spot. They pride themselves in matching the price of the competition so they are my store. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they always have a good variety of merchandise

Lions and tigers and shoes, oh my! My husband is (usually) a grumpy shopper and would rather leave it to me. But Jill (and others) waited on us and took their time, making it a superior experience. And the selection..WOW! I cant recall a store within our range that has as many selections, all with top brands.Store is clean, clean, clean. We are customers for life. Thank you for giving the kind of service that they gave 50 years ago.

I buy fishing and hunting equipment here. A great place to grab some gear, clothes or just some bait.Update: I just left this place after having the staff act short with me and they were zero help. Is it really that hard to tell a customer if or when a product might be expected to come back in? Or if it was discontinued? Ill go to Sportsmans Warehouse over this crappy service from now on.
