We went into the Mattress Firm Store to purchase a less expensive queen mattress for our guest room. Josh ( the salesman), shared with us the benefits of sleeping on an adjustable base bed. He asked us to try out the mattress, explaining all of the features and after Josh gave his demonstration, we purchased the adjustable base with king mattress. We feel Josh explained everything very well and made it easy for us to make an informed decision. We feel confident that we made the right purchase. Thank you Josh!

Transaction was smooth and fast however I did have to mention promotion to receive it. Not sure if its just me being a stickler or not but I would prefer the promotions to be presented when a deal is offered. Despite this, fast friendly service.

Josh did an excellent job helping me and my wife find what we were looking for. We always have a hard time trying to make decisions on buying products, Josh was very patient with us and explains the each product so that we could make a sound decision. Josh was very friendly, energetic and explained any questions we had about each mattress. I plan to go back in the future when I buy new beds for my children. I would recommend my family or friends to go in and talk to him specifically when getting a new bed.

Abigail was nice and seemed informed on her products. What she didnt know she looked up. She wore her mask the entire time and observed the 6ft distancing. I forgot my mask in the car and she was very nice about it. The store was clean. The only con is that product availability isnt what youd like. They dont have a warehouse to get the mattresses from so everything has to be ordered. We were looking at a month before receiving ours. We ended up not purchasing from them but it was a positive experience all in all.

Best place to go to for a new mattress, adjustable bed, box spring, anything bed related. The sales guy that helped us was fantastic!! He did everything completely possible to make sure we walked out of there with what we were looking for, where when we went to another furniture store they really werent very helpful. Where the sales person here was very attentive. AND he even did it to where everything worked out for us payment wise or close to what we could get for what we were approved for! Most definitely will be going back in the future and very highly recommend.

Nice beds with warranty delivery, setup and removal of old bed. Beds also have extras like adjustable head and legs also massage.Some beds cost a bit but they will work with you.They have options for payments.

I couldnt be happier with my experience at this mattress firm. The associate that help me (Nichol) was absolutely fantastic. she walked me through every single bed that I could think of and gave me pros and cons on them all very knowledgeable. Not only did she find help me find which Comfort level I preferred she also help me find the right size bed for my needs. I was able to try out any bed that I was curious about and able to ask a questions about the products and be able to get the answers. This was very important to me since these beds are so much more technical then standard beds. I personally ended up choosing the blue touch 500 plus in a queen size and got the adjustable base. my experience here was phenomenal I will definitely recommend this location and the sales associate to my co-workers, friends, and family. Esmeralda was awesome! She didn’t push us into buying and choosing the most expensive mattress in the place. She actually sold us on a “on sale” mattress. But it wasn’t just price, it was the mattress we felt fit us best. After laying on every mattress, she told us the features and greeted every customer that walked through the door and gave us the attention we deserved. I feel if you leave the store unsatisfied, it’s your own fault.

My husband and I went in to figure out a mattress that is right for us. The gentleman in there was very helpful in helping us find something that wasnt memory foam. He also explained to us the trouble with ordering beds online. Could we have found somethi g cheaper online? Yes. Would we know if it was right for us? No. My husband even got a new cool pillow. Extremely high pressure. Tried to get us to agree to a financing option before even looking. After agreeing to that, tried to force us into trying the mattress SHE wanted us to look at. Even down to which side of the bed my wife was to lie on and which side I was to lie on. Pretty sure we can figure that out without a guided tour, thanks.
