Corner of happy? Maybe happy to rip people off. They price their product easily at double the cost of anywhere else. And their pharmacy is deplorable. Theres one lady I like a lot, and a guy whos nice enough. Frequently under staffed at the window. Not sure why a 40+ minute wait for ready prescriptions is acceptable. Unfortunately my insurance isnt accepted elsewhere in town and its a bit devastating. I will say Jamie is outstanding and that woman is a miracle to Walgreens. She is sweet, patient, polite, quick as she can be and I just wow. I am so impressed with her. I want to keep my rating 1 star but I have to give 3 for her alone 😔 Id give 5 if more of your staff were so kind and helpful

Normally I like Walgreens as they are in most parts of the US. This week they get a fail. Doctor called in a new prescription for me in the afternoon. Next day I call and get a we are working on it call back in an hour. Day after I get same message and take option to talk to a staff member. 20 minute wait and finally my turn and whoever was picking up the phone hung up. Now I am angry. Short staffed maybe. But no excuse. Gentleman answers next time and I say someone hung up and not one apology or even a half baked excuse. Your prescription will be ready in 20 minutes.

Walgreens obviously buys their reviews! Walgreens decided that my review of Falscera remover was not within their guidelines. The post explained that this product gave me a chemical burn, which my DR. Noted in his report that it was responsible for my cornea ulcer right after using it!

Employees need to learn better costumer service rather shop at Walmart !

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. The cashiers are really RUDE + the whole management team are not at all concerned for their customers. I’ve seen the WORST customer interactions happen here & management just stand around and do nothing and every single time it’s a race fueled interaction, you guys need to do better!!

Doctor sent prescription over and said it would be ready before noon. Got tothe drive up window at noon and attendant said it would be 20 more minutes. My wife called a minute after I left and said it was done. Got back in line and waited over half and hour to get back to window. It was taking close to five minutes per vehicle to move from window. Very slow. Now when I get to the window the attendant says he doesn’t think it’s ready and has to go look. To check to see if it is ready takes more than 3 minutes, but it is ready it just wasn’t scanned. Over 4 hours to get prescription cough syrup😔

Waited an entire hour watching multiple later arrivals get serviced before me. All due to the ignorance and lack of communication between the pharmacy section. How they pharmacy manages to function at all is beyond me at this point. Worst service I’ve had just about anywhere I’ve ever gone.

Let me start off by saying. . I have never been in a Walgreens where the staff is this nice. I was visiting the area and have gone in here a couple times and I am blown away with how nice they are. Not a normal thing in the area I am from but I will for sure go back again.

Such a horrible experience here, the lady wearing a grey shirt, I think her name was Shelly would not help me find what I was looking for! She has no customer service skills what so ever, I have no idea how she became a “lead” ....

Kinda spendy but not crowded

For being a busy, big box pharmacy, they sure try hard to provide great customer service. Great staff and extremely short wait times (compared to Rite Aid). I love them.

Went in for the first time today (I finally had it with Rite Aid)To have everything transferred over and drop off a new Rx from the doctor. They were having trouble getting approval from my insurance co., also a new insurance company, not any fault of walgreens so I simply said that I would stop in tomorrow to pick it up, no big deal. By the time I arrived home there was already a message waiting for me letting me know that my Rx would be ready for pickup anytime after 6pm this evening. Above and beyond what was required of them to do.

Cashiers are helpful and friendly. The store is clean. Doesnt seem to get too busy. Never have to wait in line. The pharmacy is fast and they have a drive thru. They always have great deals on make up. Down load the app and you can clip coupons to your card. Photo department does a good job. My pics are usually ready in about 15 minutes.

We went in trying to get a western union money order cashed. They werent able to do it but Tracey Goff went way out of her way to help us as much as she could! We were very impressed at how caring and understanding they were!

I just arrived in town. Kristan was outstanding helping me and my unique situation. She certainly has earned me business and loyalty .Thank you.

About the 5th time in as many months Ive been told to pick up medication in an hour Only to return to them saying, We will or cant fill this tomorrow (?)Perfectly legal and new prescriptions from same Doctor of over 25+ years.Walgreens in Moses Lake has got to get it together.

Cashiers are rude

I have been in this store twice in the last 3 weeks. Both times the cashier at up front was not wearing a mask as required by the Gov. Inslee. I confronted this cashier both times on this issue. I will not be returning.

I love the walgreens pharmacy. They are quick and easy to deal with and the drive through is awesome.

Unreal. Prescription called in 3 hours before I go pick up. Wait in line another hour while people hand in prescription and simply wait at t he drive thru. Totally selfish if you ask me. Get up to window and get told it would be 45 minutes. This place is always slow.

I would give them a zero if I could. Horrible service, 7 hours and still being jacked around about my prescription.

I just waned to say, that I would never use Wal Greens pharmacy. My mother-in-law is staying with for awhile and she uses Wal Greens pharmacy, in the time she has been here we have been to the pharmacy several times and every time we go through the drive up window we have to wait and wait and wait and when we finally get to the window, were told that the prescriptions arent ready, the have no prescription ready or we will have to come back. The one time the girl that help us was rude. Twice we have received a robo call that there was a prescription ready to pick up and go there and there is no prescription. I would never use WalGreens pharmacy ..

I DROPPED OFF MY PRESCRIPTION AT THE WINDOW ABOUT 2:15 PM AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT AN HOUR TO FILL. THEY ARE ALWAYS SO GOOD WITH THAT SO IDECIDED TO DO SOME CHASING INSTEAD OF HEADING HOME. UPON MY RETURN, IWENT INSIDE WALGREENS TO DROP OFF SOME 35MM FILM AND LOOK AROUND, GOODTHING, THE DRIVE-TRU WAS CLEAR AROUND TO THE FRONT OF THE STORE BUT MOVINGRIGHT ALONG. THE INSIDE COUNTER HAD LONG LINES ALSO. I AM TRYING TO PAINT APICTURE OF HOW BUSY THIS MOSES LAKE STORE WAS AND HOW WONDERFUL THE STAFF WAS UNDER THE STRESS. NOT ONE EMPOYEE THAT I HAD ANY DEALINGS WITH SHOWED ANY NEGITIVE ATTITUED INSTEAD THAY WERE ALWAYS POLITE.I TALKED TO THE PHARMACIST,HIS ASSISTIANT AND 3 OTHER PEOPLE IN THAT DEPARTMENT ALONE AND I FEEL THAT UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANDSTANCES THEY HAD A RIGHT TO BE UNHAPPY OR SHORT WITH THE PUBLIC BUT IT WAS QUITE THE OPPOSITE. THEY COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE FREINDLY OR HELPFUL. THIS FEELING WAS THROUGH-OUT THE STORE.THE TWO GIRLS IN THE CAMERA DEPARTMENT WERE MORE THAN PATIENT WITH ME WHEN I COULD NOT FIND THE FILM IN THE BOTTOM OF MY PURSE AND THEY TOO HAD A LINE. BUT ONCE AGAIN, SMILES AND HAPPINESS. I HAD TO ASK FOR HELP FROM TWO OF THE CLERKS ON THE FLOOR DURING MY SHOPPING AND THEY TOO WERE MORE THAN EAGER TO HELP WITH THAT OR ANYTHING ELSE.THIS IS MY LAST STOP, THE CHECK-OUT AND I MUST SAY I AM ANIXIOUS TO SEE IF THIS IS THE SAME KIND OF KINDNESS I HAVE EXPERENCE THROUGH OUT THE STORE WILL CONTINUE. IT WOULD BE A FIRST FOR ME IN MY 60 PLUS YEARS TO SPEND TWO HOURS IN ONE STORE AND NOT FIND AT LEAST ONE DISGRUNTLE EMPLOYEE. THE FIRST THING I WAS ASKED WAS IF I FOUND EVERYTHING I WAS LOOKING FOR AND THEN MY PHONE NUMBER AND ZIP CODE. BEFORE I KNEW IT MY $70. PLUS BILL HAD GONE DOWN BY $20.56. HAD HE NOT BROUGHT UP MY REWARDS CARD I WOULD HAVE JUST LOST THAT MONEY AND PAID FULL PRICE. NEXT THING I KNOW, I AM SIGNING A TICKET FOR $55.54 AND BEING WISH A HAPPY HOLIDAY BY NOT ONLY MY CASHIER BUT THE CASHIER NEXT TO HIM ALSO. THIS WAS ONE EXTREMELY HAPPY CREW OR JUST MY LUCKY DAY BUT I DEALT DIRECTLY WITH 10 MOSES LAKE WALGREEN EMPLOYEES AND EACH AND EVERYONE WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE MY LIFE BETTER. THIS COULD BE A ONE TIME THING, BUT I DONT THINK SO! EVERY EMPLOYEE AT THE MOSES LAKE STORE ON SATURDAY 20,2014, BETWEEN 2:15 PM AND 4:45 PM DESERVE A SPECIAL AWARE OR A CHRISTMAS BONUS. There is 1 cashier and a very bad manager I dont like going to this Walgreens I prefer to drive 1 and a half to Pasco to Walgreens today I went for my job and the cashier was very nice but for me personally I dont come back
