Went to get 4 tires.. they couldn’t check my credit since I only had a Permanent resident ID..les swab was able to approve me through theirs. I guess they’re more tech savvy

This is a wonderful shop and I would recommend them for anything. Yesterday (08/10/2020) I could not find a place to air up my tires after running through the dunes. When I found them by mistake and told the gentleman at the front desk my problem. He said here pull up and the guys will take care of you. I did so and they did not charge me a dime or anything and said drive safely home. To me just giving out a little bit goes a long ways and if my tires blow or I need any tire repairs they will be the first shop I recommend due to their professionalism and kindness!

Ive never had a bad experience here. Theyre always polite and professional. We have bought many sets of tires from them for our various vehicles through the years. It can be a pain when they get busy to have to drop off the car, but thats to be expected anywhere.

Two of my lug nut tire studs broke off yesterday while driving on I90, I was towed to perfection tire. I left a note and dropped my keys in the drop box because they were closed. I was told by the dealer that we needed 2000.00Worth of work. Lower ball joints, and a day and a half visit. i called perfection and they quoted us 550.00. I dropped it off at 7:00 am. They called at 9 told me that are ball joints looked and felt fine and did we want them changed. On futher investigation it was the sway bar. I left there with a bill of 256.00. My van sounds and drives much better im 1500. Dollars richer and it took less than half a day. They could have kept quiet and changed out the parts we thought were bad. Made a tidy profit. Its great to find an honest business in the car repair field. Thanks perfection. The Wolfe family.

Used to take all of my vehicles here for alignments, not anymore. I dont know if the management changed or what happened but they wont do alignments by appointment. They do a first come first serve kind of thing. So no point to take my car there and then wait 4 hours for them to do a alignment. Also they like to say an alignment costs a certain price and then they raise it because it was very bad. Wouldnt recommend.

Always very great customer service. We always take both our vehicles there first for just about everything we need and have never had a bad experience yet. They are very upfront and fair with their pricing and are willing and able to explain clearly about all of the cost. Perfection Tire is a stand up business that has earned my business for life.

I know nothing about cars and I would like to keep it that way. Until now, I have only needed oil changes. My car started making a terrible noise. Not only did Perfection fix the noise, they made my car drive like it was brand new. My car is 7 years old with 114,000 miles on it, Perfection Tire fixed all my complaints with the vehicle at a reasonable price. I can’t thank these guys enough for the prompt service. I stopped in late in the afternoon on Thursday and Saturday morning at 8 am my car was driving like it was brand new. I will be a customer for life.

Recently I had the pleasure of visiting Rich and Ron at Perfection Tire to get new tires on my Pontiac Vibe. We went thru all the different options and what I use my vehicle for before selecting the perfect tires. I could not be happier with the service and how well my car now drives. Havent had a bad experience here.update: 12/05/2018on 10/10/2018 I took my 2013 ford escape here for a leaking water pump.I was told the water pump needed to be changed and it would take 6 hours.The staff took me home which was terrific of them,later I get a call saying they cant fix my car because they dont have the proper tool.8 days later I get the car back and they changed the timing belt, which is terrific of themI took the car home and the engine starts howling,I send the car back on a flatbed tow truck.Perfection calls me and says it the turbo is going out and I have to take it to the dealer.On the way to the dealer the engine blows up with 98000 miles on it.we tow it to the dealer and the dealership says the timing chain was not installed correctly and the piston slammed into the valves causing the engine to seize.Perfection has done nothing to make this right and I lost 7500 for the engine plus 900 for the water pump job that perfection did.I have done business with perfection for years and never had a problem I am really disappointed in perfection now.

They fixed the issue and my truck runs good now. The cost was very much over-priced. I really had no choice of the matter because I had to get my vehicle towed there in a pinch. They charged $95 just to diagnose the issue when I told them what was going on and it was very obvious. They also charged a shop fee. This basically is a fee to use one of there wrenches. I would not recommend if you have any kind of budget. I will do more research next time. This was not very courteous or professional since I paid to have my vehicle towed to there place. I guess they have to over-charge due to the brand new building and the owners new Denali XL sitting out front.

Wow, great customer service. They let me borrow their car to go get lunch while they fixed my car without an appointment. They also took the time to show me what needed to be fixed. Very impressed!

After dealing witha competing company with a location closer to our home, we decided to switch to Perfection after we were told our tires were balanced, despite my car shaking heavily. When the issue was not fixed there we came to Perfection because the other location was suggesting we needed more expensive work done. Once Perfection balanced my tires my car was no longer shaking while driving at 50mph. Since then we have had all our tire work done here and it is always a good experience. We also get oil changes here. The staff always communicates with us and lets us know if they spot anything else while they are working on the car, recommend the fix, but dont pressure us to have the work done then and there. I definitely recommend this location.

My truck broke down on my way from Seattle to Wyoming. Perfection was one of the only shops open on Saturday. I was able to coordinate a tow truck to drop the truck off at the shop. When we arrived at the shop, it was past closing time. Ron stayed late and helped us drop the truck in the bay.During the week I left it in town to get fixed I received updates on the status of the vehicle. What I initially thought was a blown pinion gear in the rear differential, ended up being a locked rear drum brake. Perfection gave me a quote prior to starting the work to notice me of the cost, rather than blindsiding like some places tend to do.When I arrived to pick up the truck they walked me through everything they did and told me they test drove it 5-10 miles to ensure it was functioning properly. While I dont plan on breaking down again in Moses Lake (knock on wood), I know exactly where I would bring my vehicle if I had any issues, Perfection Auto and Tire.

Terrible place to go, went down for alignment car was pulling to the left when I showed up and when they were done it pulled baaad to the right. So I brought it back in and they said they noticed it pulled worse as it got past 35 but there were no more adjustment s to be done sorry. And you could hear them talking about does this look straight to you its fine three people drove it Bunch of know it all just after your money

Not the best. New tiers kept going flat? Well it turned out it was my fault because the rims were dirty and pitted? How is that the problem of the customer? If The tires were installed on dirty rims without notifying customer? They do careless work. And not accountable. Good luck.

Ill start out by saying if you want to have you car repaired by competent employees, then please avoid this place by all means. I tried to get a new fuel pump for my car and I was very disappointed by how the workers there handled things. First they put in one that was broken and wouldnt work, then I had to take it back a second time only to find out they ordered the wrong one for my car. They finally got it right the third time, so I guess that counts for something but not much.The customer service there was incredibly disappointing. Not only were they rude, but there is clearly a communication problem between the staff. No one knows what is going on down there and they have no idea how to run a business. I was treated very poorly by the end of the ordeal. So if you do want your car fixed and you want a staff who treats you like a human being, then by all means stay away from this place.Also, this is the second Perfection Tire Ive had problems at. The first was in Spokane, WA on Division St.

Prices can be a bit high here, but thats to be expected from a chain. The staff are very friendly and they have a good payment plan if your credit qualifies. Ive never felt like they are talking down to me when explaining problems, they tend to be very expedient, and they have shown themselves to genuinely care about saving me time and money.

Went in looking for a quote on a new set of tires. Ron helped me and was very pleasant and informative. I decided to purchase a new set and was told it would be about hour and a half. My car was ready in less than an hour. Great customer service!!

They told me over the phone that do not carry tire chains and gave a bunch of excuses why. They said most manufacturers recommend not using chains, but wth are you supposed to do when Snoqualmie pass has chains required? Ridiculous. I will not shop here anymore.

Went in to get air conditioner fixed today. Got there at 715 in the morning and around noon was still there and they hadn’t even looked at my car. Yet people who got there after me were seen first. So i left

Great price great tires great service

High priced. Needed tires balanced. 100.00 then they said needed front brakes, they found vacuum leaks under the hood, and other issues. Went to pay by debit card...their machine malfunctioned so an employee took me to nearby bank where I withdrew funds using same card. I asked about rear brakes, was told they were fine. Two weeks later, Les Schwab Tires put new tires on back because of faulty valve stems letting car tires deflate damaging sidewalls...they stated brake drums were rusted on so bad they couldnt do brake inspection on rear brakes!!!

Im not impressed with this shop. I had a van that needed a particular repair done on the motor and it was never done. They got our money and we got stuck with a problem. Rich loves to argue with cutomers.

Very curtious and noligable people. Fast repair work. I went in this morning to see about my AC on my car, they checked it and repaired it on the spot. No appointment needed.

I came in at 10am to get my tires rotated, they are so backed up that Id have to leave my car there all day to get that service done. I was told to come in right as they open.I cam in this morning at exactly 7:30am and there is already a 1.5 hour wait to get my tires rotated. I was told theyve been open since 7am even though their website says 7:30am.Choose a different tire place unless you like to structure your entire day around your cars tires getting routine maintenance.

I have been in the Automotive business for 17 years, top to bottom,Manager for 14 yrs.I have seen it all..............Until I walked into this place.Very nice shop, extremely clean, and well cared for, every detail was picture perfect.Except there were no cars in the bays!!!!!!Which tells me, they are terrible mechanics, or light scheduled due to staffing issues.As hunting season was on, which brought me to town, along with some tires I had in the truck that still needed mounted.The shop I manage now has no tire machines.So, I go in to get these 4 tires mounted, old ones off, new ones on.The counter tard/Richard tells me 34.99 per tire, I repeated this, just to make clearhe did indeed mean, PER TIRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOLLes Schwab did it for $55.00 including the spare tire, so five total.And Les was packed........................I will keep you updated on this clown, we will send a bait car in soon, and catch them stealing and close it down, if his rookie ass dont close it first.

I took my Jeep in because of noise coming from rear differential. All they did is listen to it, and parked it back outside, without looking at the differential. They charged 48.00 to listen to it for less than five minutes, and they didn’t even crack open the differential. Kinda dissatisfied, and will not be going back to them
